Went to find a new rim or tire and couldn’t find one. But they were nice enough to be able seal the one I had out of their own humbleness and generosity. I love them there and definitely a 10/10 recommendation
My experience was a joke. It started out whatever as I went with my friend that needed a part. I was wearing a long sleeve and asked to use the bathroom which they did let me but it immediately turned into the guy asking if I wanted an audience (which I joked back this didn’t bother me really). They even printed out a paper of possible cars that might have the part we needed as well as had tools we could borrow that we needed. At first he seemed nice and asked if we wanted to put our ice cream in the freezer as we went to the junk yard and I agreed.
We didn’t have much luck but it was our own fault even. So my friend (who is a male) returned the tools that were borrowed and there wasn’t any problem at all until I walked into the office when all of a sudden just a socket just happened to be missing when things were fine for my friend. I believed him at first and went to look for the socket since took set was only opened at all near 1 car and did not find one socket.
My friend did have a part but he put it down at the entrance of the junkyard and then got in his car and drove into the yard to find me. I can not stress enough about how HE WAS DRIVING INTO THE JUNKYARD when I saw him and got into the car to go look for the single socket. And than we were being surrounded in the car by all the non threatening employees (I’m really not trying to be mean when I say they all were standing around the car looking around as if they had not a clue what they were doing) as if to scare us I’m assuming.
I believe it was the owner (the same guy in the first paragraph) asked me how much money I had on me which was $20 and why would I tell him any more especially when I was confused. I had to go into the office give him the $20 all while some customer that was talking to everybody there was making remarks about how I was stealing. I regret paying it but again at the time not really understanding the situation. Than later on talking to my friend about this insane nonsense that I truly believe there was not a socket missing.
So long story short, I got robbed of $20 for a cheap socket that I have better ones I could have brought if they asked nicely as well as my 2 tubs of ice cream. I can’t say for certain if it’s cause I’m female or we just looked like easy targets to make some quick money off but they clearly made out with a win.

Took a vehicle to them that was totaled and they were very professional and honest about the process. If I ever need any parts or need to sell a vehicle that is wrecked again, I will be going back to Bridgeway.
It's always nice to go here, even if they don't have the part you need there's always something going on in the office! Family run business with a great bunch of folks and usually several of their family members and friends having some random conversation that you can jump right into. Good deals on parts and sometimes they throw other parts related to the part you needed in free of charge, one trip I bought a tensioner pulley and a harmonic balancer and there was a new serpentine belt on the car so I grabbed it and they GAVE IT TO ME FREE!! super cool bunch of folks. Thank you
Called ahead of driving there . They said they had the rim I needed. When I got there they did not have it. Said they do not inventory parts. Don't waste your time going there
I have purchased parts for over ,25 years from lee.billy and his dad.they are fair priced and gets the parts quickly.i won't go to any other yard but bridgeway.
This is a great junkyard to pull your parts from. The people that run it were very nice and very reasonable price compared to the other junk yards. There is three or four large yards to pull parts from. Lots and lots of parts. Now they even owned a sub lot behind Toys R Us with more cars
in it.

Been going here for years. Always a huge selection, great prices. Bill is awesome, always makes you feel welcome and that your business is appreciated. Very patient when answering questions. My only complaint is that a couple other people there could follow his example of customer service a little bit more.
They pay better than all of there competition. Very easy to work with and extremely generous when it comes to buying used parts for all of my vehicle needs.
The staff at Bridgeway were so nice and helpful to us. I've been to other places and didn't have a good experience like I did at Bridgeway. Very satisfied and will be returning and recommending.

This family owned and family oriented business will do anything they can to get you back up and running. Fair prices, honesty, and no BS. A dieing breed of business. This is also known very well as a Quad City Standby Business. Always atleast give them a call, they care about their customers and care about their reputation. They work personally to help their customers, especially noticed in this time of all of our local businesses trying to survive.
This place needs better communication between its staff, with customers, and more accurate records. I called right before I left the house and they claimed they had the part I was looking for. 15 minutes later I show up to find only 1 car in the appropriate year range/body style available, missing the part I needed. All the rest were crushed days or weeks ago. If you're looking to have your time wasted, Bridgeway will take care of you.
I bought a motor for my car, which was sold at very nice price. 2 weeks later my daughter hit a deer in my truck. They sold me the entire front clip at an extremely low price. I now tell everyone about the great sales and service at their establishment.
Flat out awesome place. Owner works hard. Always friendly. If you're having bad trouble finding the issue with your car so trying different parts he will work out a decent price. Good prices either way. I've wrenched for years and this is always the place I check first. Workers are alot of help too. Just a cool place.
Great family run business that still cares about its customers. They work hard to earn your business and treat their customers right! Definitely my first choice when looking for used auto parts. I've picked up a small fortune in parts from them over the years. Each time I left feeling like I got a great price and a part I could trust to work as expected.
Customer service is wonderful. It's a junkyard so don't expect a nice holiday inn experience. But the phone service, and the personal one on one customer service is excellent. They tell me right where things are, and sometimes they drive me back to where I need to go. The prices are probably the best. I think friendly, customer service, should be a perfect 10 wherever you go. It's nice to go somewhere where they want to help, instead of feeling like you're bothering them
