Got a Sideview mirror from these folks and they were able to work with me to get it into the hands of the repair folks faster than I thought possible. If you're looking for aftermarket parts, they treated me well!
Rude staff!!! Called to see if they had a rim for my son's Jeep gave them all the sized needed they said they did. I ended getting there and it turned out to be a spare. So I decided if it was the same thing I would take it if it would work. Turned out to be the wrong size tire. Plus it was junk and had a plug in it we noticed later. Called back and asked if I could return it and they said yes. I asked if there was a restocking fee he said no. When I go to return it the staff was very rude said they would only give me $25 and I paid $100 then tried saying the guy who rang it up didn't list it right on the receipt and claimed I returned a junk tire! BS!! They even said go to Walmart if I didn't like it! Should have in the first place I guess!!!Don't ever do business with them they are just trying to rip you off!!!
This place is great for getting some affordable used parts for projects and just your basic repairs. Super knowledgeable staff as well who often help out where they can.
Very rude front desk personnel. First time here never coming back again. The staff member was very unprofessional he sold me a part that didn't work I came back and he refused to give me a part that works and he said I wasted his time, I will never be back again.
Called and asked about a pcm for a 2008 dodge ram, as I already called orileys and they said that there is 4 different ones that go to that truck , so when I talked to rick at 2 & 92 , he said they could order that part . I explained to him that there is 4 different pcm's that go to that dodge ram and he said they had one and that it was the one for that truck, and I asked rick, "if that part doesn't work on my truck can I return it?" And he said yes , so for starter's rick doesn't even know his parts and the part isn't the right part and did not work on my truck. So I called and told rick that , that part in fact was not the right part and did not work on my truck and asked for a refund , then he claimed that , that was the right part and if I returned it I would have to pay $50 shipping and 10% restocking. Rick never mentioned anything about me having to pay shipping on the part if I returned it, I have the receipt that has a 30 day warranty, and Rick said he'd return most of my money , and trying to charge me $60 some dollars to return a faulty part and the wrong part to begin with . Nothing but a RIpoff. I will NEVERdo business with that lowlife scumbag again

Staff was courteous and friendly. As the name states, their main business is pickup trucks and semis/buses, but they have some cars. Unfortunately, most those cars are really picked over. But, since that's not their main business and trucks are, I can't fault them for that. However, their prices are high, at least for the items I was quoted. Their prices need to come down about 20% to make it better than buying the same thing new online. It's a junkyard, so the prices should be cheaper than new, not the same or more than new. But, again, trucks are their main business, so perhaps they don't have as good of a grasp on what used car parts should cost.
Helpful staff. Didn't have my part, but did their best to locate it. Also recommended other places when they found they couldn't help me. Would recommend.

Great place 2 buy quality used parts plus great customer service. The parts man took me out in the yard and helped me pick wat I needed and the counter desk man honered the price he gave over the ph. I will Definitely Shop there again and will advise my Trucker buddies 2 go there as well.
Called about a used battery yesterday. Yep, they got one! Called again an hour before I planned to go get it! Drove clear across the quad cities mess, walked in and they just sold it! Screw 2&92!
Great to find Semi truck parts! Inventories dwindling and staff are not very caring about sales. Have had hard luck with a few used products, one serious safety event because of, however they are used parts. Just would be nice to have a pleasant, polite, person to work with instead of being treated like you are annoying them by being there. We are frequent flyers here and I have never been treated like we were not annoying them by asking to see or get a product. Then maybe we are annoying, hard to say.
