Pizzas were undercooked and can’t even get a refund because they keep telling me to contact DoorDash because it was delivery and DoorDash says to contact them. This store is a joke

I absolutely love Casey's Pizza I don't usually have any complaints but I placed my order at 5:25 told me it would be ready at 6:30 now I still have another 15 minutes to wait and I have somewhere to be at 7:00 p.m. not quite sure but I'm going to be able to eat or not.. I am sorry to say I understand people get backed up but it should not take an hour and a half to make one pizza

Ordered online due to rewards, was given 21 minutes for pick up……. Went to pick up my order to find out it wasn’t even made… no offer to make it and was told to go to Port Byron!! No manager on duty. Double checked to make sure it wasn’t on my end to find out it disappeared along with my promotion code!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 1 Specialty Pizza and 2 large 1 topping pizza’s. My pizza’s were 35 mins late they didn’t bring it out to my car for carry out had to go inside. Then when I got home my pizzas were cold, 2 out of 3 of my pizzas were burn and I mean it was black, and none of my pizza’s were cut. I called and asked for a manager they said they do not have one on duty, I asked for the name of the person who cooked the pizza’s and the guy hung up on me. I then called back and finally got the name (spoke to the person I talked to the first time) he said I’m uhhh well I guess my name is uhh Erin. Never have we ever had this experience with this Casey! Definitely will not be back, and will be making a call to corporate! Not worth $47.00.

Ordered online and got annoyed because kept clearing my order. So I called the store and it sent me to automated order system, spoke to a machine. I ordered Medium BBQ Brisket no onions no peppers. The AI read back my order correctly said order would be ready 10-15mins. Get to the store and said they had no one of that name. Honestly a waste of time ordering here just went somewhere else due to lack of personal connection or interaction with customer

Ordered by Doordash. One hour and 40 minutes later I still don't have my pizzas. I live 10 minutes away !!! According to the GPS for my order, the driver took off for East Moline. So I blame both Doordash and Caseys. Never order there again !!!

They forgot onions one one pizza and I had toppings one the side for 2 large taco pizzas. They gave me enough toppings for 2 slices and didn't even give me chips. Spent 43.00 for terrible pizza. I don't recommend Carbon Cliff Caseys

Worst Casey's in the Quad Cities, by a landslide. I came in a 12:30pm today (Saturday) to get gas, and was feeling like a slice of Casey's pizza. Their pizza display was COMPLETELY empty. When I asked they needed a cook, they scoffed at me and asked why before making excuses about the one pie they almost had out of the oven. Whoever manages this place should be embarassed of themselves, for real.

Casey’s pizza from Carbon Cliff, Illinois is one of our local favorite places to go for great pizza. We usually pick up but once in a while we get delivery. We are pleased with our orders. During holidays or special events they can get backed up but we generally are patient because we love their taco and Canadian bacon pizza. Keep up the great work.

Ordered $100 worth of pizza on the app for an early morning pickup. When I got to the store, my pizzas hadn't even been started. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a refund, and I have heard nothing.

Ordered online and the driver did not bring all ordered items. So I called up the store and was put on hold. I put my phone on speakerphone while I ate the part of my order that was correct and it has been over 30 minutes with no answer.

Stopped in on Monday as I’m a regular to meet the new manager. Friendly gal came out introduced herself & she’s remembered our names since then. I hope Daniela sticks around. I know things won’t change overnight but she might be what Casey needs to bring back old customers.

Ordered pizza for delivery. The taco pizza came with only cheese, beef and like half bag of chips on it. No lettuce, no tomato, no sauce or beans that was supose to be on it. Tried calling the store for 30 minutes and never got an answer.... won't be ordering from them any more.

Every single time we go here they are late on pizza. I dont know why i come back. The last 3 times we came at time online order said the pizza hadnt been started. They are not all like this but this one is terrible.

Went to Casey’s in Carbon cliff yesterday for 2 sugar cookies ended up paying almost $30.00 extra manager doesn’t want to acknowledge we were even there yesterday spoke to someone in corporate and told charges are pending on my account when I checked my account the charges have already posted. I’m frusterated because we are on a limited income and I was treated as if I was lying. Was also told the last time I was there on June 13th and June 14th which we were never there. Also our orders were messed up the last few times we were there.

Half of the time I go into this Casey’s at least one of the employees smells like pot. But my real problem with this location is there’s never any iced tea made, not sweet or unsweetened. 9 out of 10 times they don’t have anything made and the 1 time they do it’s only one or the other. Every other Casey’s keeps up on making tea, and Casey’s tea is actually really good. This location is the worst Casey’s I’ve ever been to.

No wonder this store only has 2 stars. No one knows how to answer the phone, take orders or help guest. I've tried multiple days in a row to order a pizza and can't get any customer service. What a joke. Ill take my money elsewhere. I would give zero stars if I could They don't even deserve 1 star

Where do I begin? First, the restrooms are utterly disgusting. If the same nastiness is on the toilet after about a week, then who's getting fired?? Second, waiting for the cashier to stop texting before she rings me up, then having to wait yet AGAIN to pay, due to her texting AGAIN, is completely unprofessional and unacceptable! This clearly is a management issue. Lack of training and accountability for their employees!! If I didn't have to stop here and use the facilities due to traveling for my job, then I would gladly pass on bye! And one more thing, your rewards are lame!! Maybe try a little harder to make the program FEEL like a REWARD!!!

Tonight I ordered a pizza online to pick up at Carbon Cliff, IL store. I said I would go into the store to pick up. Which I did. I went to check out and the cashier said it would be $15 something . I tried to show him I had the 10 boxtops rewards and wanted to use it. He took the pizza away from me and told me that was fake. And I needed to leave the store. So I went back to talk to the lady making pizza ad she said there should be something to scan which I found on my app. There were about 15 people in the store at this time. I have never in my lifetime ever been so humiliated. I have been a loyal Casey's customer for many years. I was trying to have a nice supper tonight for my birthday tomorrow as we have to be somewhere for my fiance. In the end he gave me the pizza free but was cold by that time. I in sisted he use my boxtop point but he said he tried and couldn't get it to work. Which he never scanned the code.

I called the store on Thursday night to order a pizza to pick up Friday morning. She suggested I ordered it online for best results.i went home and ordered it online. I even used 1700 of my points to get a discount. They said it would be ready at 5:45 AM. I arrived at THE store at 5:45 AM and it wasn't even started. I'm beyond furious.

It's been quite awhile since I went to caseys for pizza because it was always late and always a pathetic excuse about the atm online ordering! Tonight proved no difference, I was quoted 30 min, o got there right on time and the manager made an excuse and no apology about it, simply said make a complaint and Walked in front of me. Ordered a a couple of pizzas at five till nine didn't see a problem with this because the app clearly states they offer pick up till 9:30. After a couple of minutes I got a phone call canceling my order because the kitchen had closed early. Store hours are posted for a reason they are not subject to the whim of lazy employees. Furthermore not a single employee was wearing a mask properly and the store smelled like BO and mold.

Workers to lazy to basically ever have pizza made for the warmer to be purchased by the slice. 11 out of the last 14 days I went there no pizza amd they couldn't tell me when they would be able to have some in there the other days I just didnt even try for pizza but would bet they would have disappointed me again and again . Funny thing is you can catch that on numerous occasions finding the time to go out n smoke cigarettes. I swear they ignore the phone or leave it off hook because its impossible to placenand order that way.

Called this morning 8-2-2020 @ 8:52 AM to order one breakfast pizza and the phone call took 7 mins because the young man taking the order seemed so out of there and confused. Every time we would explain the toppings he would repeat it 2-3 times back and keep asking for last name over and over. Please get someone with better hearing picking up these phones! Never had a problem before.

Ordered a pizza over the phone for takeout, lady was pretty rude to me when taking my order. When I picked it up the person at the register was helpful and nice but that was about it. My pizza was terrible. Dough wasn't stretched right, all the sausage was on one side of the pizza, totally skimped on the cheese... didn't taste like regular Casey's pizza that's for sure. Probably never going to go there again honestly

the last 2 times I have ordered here the service has been appalling! this time just blew my mind... I ordered a breakfast pizza boneless wings and breadsticks at 4:15 pm... wait time for pick up was 80 minutes which was fine. got there at 5:30 and my order wasnt complete! 80 minutes mind you so I sat and waited an extra 20 minutes just for the "boneless" wings. got home my pizza and breadsticks were cold and the wings were bone in. I called to the store and got the run around the employee on the phone was unprofessional and had no knowledge of what to do in this situation. I won't ever waste my time or money at this Casey's again!

I had enough proof of purchase to get a free pizza. I called on. Friday afternoon about 4:30 was told wait time was a hour and fifteen minutes.It was ok figuring it would be just about the perfect time for dinner.So I got there to pick it up about 5:35 was told not ready yet and hadn't even started yet.There were two people ahead of me.So I just waited maybe 20 more minutes and they brought me my pizza and free bread sticks.Both were very good.It was a Friday after all.I do recommend the pizzas.
