I had gotten stuck in mud at the Washington County State Recreation Area.
I had almost tipped over, so I called SI Towing. I was a little anxious due to the fact that I was leaning, a lot. The person in the phone was super calming and helpful. I couldn’t even remember how to do a pin for location 🫣. They sent someone right away. They even called back to make sure I was okay. Danny got there and was so nice. I felt so stupid, but he said a lot of people have done the same thing in that spot. He towed me out and all is great!

Absolutely the worst people on earth. The man on the phone was so rude and condescending I couldn't even get my vehicle back. They basically hold it hostage at ridiculous storage fees so unless you willing to fork over a fortune good luck getting your car back. Never have I spoke to such a small smug little man but he is the a joke when it comes to customer service. Avoid this place at all costs.
Excellent towing and recovery company called 8n a emergency had a truck in water and they were right out sent VERN out in the water to hook truck up and tim winched it out very professional and respectful definitely will recommend these guys for any towing need very reasonable on prices and the office help also awesome helped me with the insure to getting pics of the vehicle
Car wouldn’t start, wouldn’t turn over, couldn’t be jumped had know idea but to get it towed to my mechanic. Gentlemen that came out was fast & friendly, going my car out of the safety neutral(?) and got my car started without having to be towed. Thanks for your service!
