Me personally I like Advanced Auto for anything automotive. You get more discounts and money off on the app. I swear everytime i have to grab something there, I always have a 5 or 10 off coupon. O'Reilly's has more truck products and is my second go to.
My girlfriend was stranded three hours from home with a bad alternator that was under warranty. They let me swap them in the parking lot & were very helpful and easy to get along with. Thank you guys for your help! ( I think names were Candice & Shawn but I don’t remember now)
I'm fixing electrical system components on my boat and many items I need are sold here. From batteries and switches to fuses and lightbulbs. Staff are helpful and not only check the shelves for me but also their computer system.
Needed a battery for my suv. Called O'Reillys in Chillicothe and the sales girl was very friendly and helpful over the phone. Got the battery and there were no issues. Thank you for helping us.
Love O'Reilly's from everywhere. The franchise seems to find the most friendly, helpful, and informative staff and this store is no exception. Has all of my car needs.
Saturday 5/7/22
There is a handwritten sign on the door stating they close at 5 pm. I came to pick up a part I ordered that was supposed to come in last night but it didn’t. I showed up at 4:45 and the doors were locked and no one would answer the phone.
During the week when the store manager is here it is a great store and I always get the help that I need. When the store manager isn't there, there is little to no help and the interactions I've had with the other employees have been less than pleasant. The current worker even refused to check my check engine light. Giving three stars only because the help is not consistent, especially on the weekends when I have to drive out of town to go to another store to get help
I stopped in shortly before closing to get help with providing a solution for a broken windshield fluid line and Rob had just the thing and even came out and made the repair for me in the freezing weather. I know many of you will agree with me that customer service just isn’t what it used to be but this effort made by Rob should not be overlooked and in fact should be rewarded. I will be going to Chillicothe O’Reilly for all my auto part needs.
Went to get battery checked. Car wouldn't start unless jumped. He checked alternator then battery alternator good battery bad. Only thing didnt like was only one choice of battery. He installed for me was also very nice.
I walked in, and saw that NO ONE working there was wearing a mask, or gloves. I turned around and left and will never go there again, even after this quarantine is over. They are endangering the health of customers and their families.
The manager, Erik, was super friendly and helpful! Great team that works there. Friendly and amazing!! Erik went above and beyond for my husband and I.
Showed up at 8:58 for one can of pb blaster to get through the night. Supposed to close at 9. But they cant let get get one can, in and out in less than a minute but no. Extremely rude!
I will never spend another dollar at this store. The customer service is terrible. I don't know that I have ever felt so disappointed in an establishment in my life. Kindness goes a long way in this world, expecially when shown to those trying to do the right thing. The Manager on duty on the evening of August 11th 2017 should be fired.
The folks that work there have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable every time I've been in over the years. Prices are competitive and they have great customer service when I've had a problem with a product.
