Price quoted after an accident, not honored, instead price gouging. If you are in an accident, remove your personal belongings to prevent being held hostage to their price gouging. Not a place I would recommend as an honest business.
Snowdance was there when we were in a bind, Tom was there within 30 minutes and safe while trying to pull a 24’ enclosed trailer onto his flat bed in 5 degrees on the side of US 6. Thank you for all your hard work!!!
Friendly and professional. I was in a bind and needed service while I was on my way home. They took good care of me and it was nice to see friendly faces when things aren't going your way. The treated me right and I was great full to them for getting me back on my way. AAA+++
Wonderful fast polite service. Even let my service dog ride with. Had companies before make my dog ride in the towed vehicle. Showed up very quickly when I was broke down on 80 west. Fair rates as well

Called for a Jumpstart because of a dead battery on 6/8/24 after hours. Arrived in timely manner, the employee had a battery jump pack, tried to connect the hot side first and after correcting himself put the connectors on in correct order. Should have been our first sign or things to happen. The batterypack would not Jumpstart the car, so we assumed it was the battery. So had to pay for a tow from Morris to LaSalle. So it ended up being a $335 charge instead of $150. We get home, roll car into the garage, pay and he leaves. We put the car onto our batterypack and it fired right up, which means there batterypack is bad. I called Monday to talk to a manager and complain and for them to check their batterypack so it doesn't happen to anyone else. They look into it and tell me their batterypack is an older model and may have been weak and offers a $50 refund and that's it. We wouldn't have even needed a tow if it wasn't for their faulty batterypack!!!!
I had an odd job that I needed some trustworthy help for. I needed 2 20' conexs moved and one 40' high cube.
The boys showed up on time, had a plan, and executed. It took longer for me to say hello than it did for them to implement their plan and get straight to work.
The results? My containers placed up to the edge of my building, just off the edge of my concrete. Exactly the way I requested.
Extremely fair on the price too. I am very thankful.
called them for a tow for someone car on my property and they were here in a flash no questions and very nice toys but and lady that answered the phone!

Not the cheapest, but man, if you want it done right, this the place to go. They want it to "Be Right" when they are done! And they careful to explain what was needed, and what was done!
