These guys are awesome!!! The staff is great and they even helped me from states away!!! The lady at the front was very helpful and the guys helped with what I needed!! Definitely recommend!!!
Kind of sketchy. My vehicle was repossessed and we didn't clean out our stuff prior. Picked it up and we were about to leave and we remembered we had an ac compressor ($400-500 part) that we left in my truck. And we asked about it and they were like oh yeah here it is. Sketchy being a junkyard. Feels like they were trying to keep it for themselves. And the box it came in was all wet.
Don't buy here careless sales people. I called and some girl answered. I asked here if she could please check the yard to see if they had front bumper and she's like "if I need to send someone to check I'm just going to pull it and charge you $300 instead $200 if you pull it". VERY UNPROFESSIONAL GIRL! 3B'S YOU WILL LOOSE PARTS SALES WITH THIS GIRL THERE.
Lied to my face about a motor being good. Had 30 day warranty but I spent 2 weeks putting the motor on and then to take it off… would’ve been prevented if the owner or the guy in the front desk wasn’t a liar. Made me waste so much money.
3B's has a decent selection of late model wrecked cars, trucks and vans to pull parts from. The yard was rutted up making walking difficult. Counter help was helpful
The staff refer to their business as a scavenger hunt. They aren’t kidding. If you’d like to be in mud up to your ankles, hunting for things that you were told exist but they don’t, I’d highly recommend you waste your precious time right here. Like so many other reviews, the women who answered my call wasn't helpful or just didn’t care either way,

The spindle I purchased was not fully stripped and getting the partial caliper off was an absolute nightmare. Staff was friendly enough aside from the women who the person I had call for me initially spoke to, she was apparently quite rude and unhelpful, didn’t actually put the part on the list to be pulled for us and said we couldn’t come pull it ourselves, yet the significantly more helpful dude I spoke to told me we could if the vehicle didn’t need to be jacked up. They carried the spindle out to my van for me which was deeply appreciated since I couldn’t lift it on my own, not that I had to try til I got home. Still would have been appreciated if the part had been fully stripped. It’s now 4 am and my friends are still going at the partial caliper with a blowtorch and it doesn’t want to come off.
Just called asked about a hybrid battery The front desk lady was not welcoming . She did not even look up the part . She did not say hi thank you for calling . She just said no we don’t and she rush to say she know that All Junk yards do not sell hybrid batteries. Please if your black America don’t waste your time . #blacklivesmatter Of you need car parts look elsewhere
Handicapped entrance and parking. I'm not sure if moving about the lot would be a smart idea for handicapped. But I'm sure they could pull a part if needed. Nice yard, abit muddy now. Great selection of cars makes and models. They keep good track of their stock, so they know it's out there, but ya he to find it.
I needed inexpensive,but reliable used tires for an older vehicle we have and 3 bs was great and I got what we needed at a fair price. 3 days later again the old van wouldn,t start and found the battery wouldn,t charge so again 3 b,s auto rescued us with a reliable used battery at a low price and a yr warrenty on it.worked great .I had never been to 3 bs before but glad I went.paul was very helpful and very nice and so was the young lady working the counter.As older people on limited budgets I appreciate all their help and done in a timely manner.Thanks again.Glad your there.
One of the guys that works there can be a real card...I called them once to ask if they had a tire for a Honda I was basically " we dont have tires we usually take them off when the vehicles come in".. so good luck to that place I'll go to LKQ.
Very friendly service and were helpful when I arrived. Knew exactly where the vehicles were I was looking for and had very fair prices. Will definitely be going there again.
Initial experience : after previously calling the 8 Auto parts stores ahead of them on Google's list to check the availability for a common part and Must make them the most qualified as they were only shop that felt it was uncanny to use "correct terminology", guess the customer Isn't always right. So then I suppose their quality of customer service is equivalent to the dog training received as pups.
People who said this place has good customer service must have been there when Paul wasn't there. His personality is the furthest thing from customer service. Rude and unprofessional. Go somewhere else as there are plenty of places that treat people better.
I love this place. I go here all the time. They always help me out on price if i need it. Super easy to work with. Send guys out to pick up your junk vehicle and give you excellent price, usually better than other yards. I love these guys and you will too!
I had an old car that wasn't worth selling or trading in, and 3B's made it easy on me. $200 if I can drop off my car, and $150 if they tow it. They you just hand over the title and they hand you the check. It was quick and hassle free for me. I took off my plates so I didn't have to file paperwork at the DMV but they allow you to leave the plates on if you need.
Good prices. Needed a rim w/tire $50 - which i thought was fair but had to find it myself out in the salvage yard. No big deal just be ready to go trekking through the mud & weeds to find what you need.
