We called for a tire change after waiting about an hour through our roadside assistance with no response. They were super friendly and assured us they’d be here within 15minutes! We ended up canceling due to figuring out the issue ourselves, but their great customer service and quick response was greatly appreciated!

They seemingly spitefully sat my car (flat tire) on its rim. It took me less than 1 foot in reverse and less than 25 seconds to get the car on rubber. Don't sit a car on it's rim. Thanks

I was in a wreck on River rd. Byron police had Nielsen's tow my car, even after I told him I had roadside on my insurance. When I called to make arrangements to get my car from them they told me I owed them $400 for the tow and for them picking up parts of the car. I asked for a detailed bill of that ridiculous price and they didn't even bother giving me one. If I could give them no stars I would.
We called Nielsen’s to get our van towed. By far the most reasonably priced towing company!! Extremely friendly!!! Adding them to my speed dial and recommending them to everyone!!!
I took my car to Shawn to have the snow tires removed from my car this spring. He broke the tire pressure sensor and tore the bead on one of my snow tires while performing the service. He tried to replace the sensor but couldn't get the sensor to work so my Tire Pressure light has never shut off. Then when I go to mount my snow tires last week I find that he tore the tire bead rendering the tire useless. Cost me $209 to replace the tire. He ruined it and never even told me at the time just pretended like it never happened.
When I contacted him about this he never responded. I text him again regarding this issue and his response was to not to text or call him anymore. What? Really?
Stay as far away from this place as you can. Never thought a small town service station would be like this. He also tows so be careful when using him.
