I took my car in to the shop and this was the first time I had been there. They are amazing!! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and honest!!. They fixed the issue and guaranteed the part for the life of my vehicle!! Wow!! So happy that they were recommended to me and I will continue to take my car there for any issues I may have in the future!! Thank you Watt's!! You truly are amazing 🤩 !!
The while team here is very personable, straightforward, and very honest. They've gotten us out of a pinch more than once and are extremely accommodating AND affordable. Darilyn is the initial contact when calling and upon entering Watts - she is lovely and an absolute pleasure to speak with every time. Everyone here gives off the impression that they truly care about the quality of what they're putting out, which unfortunately isn't the case with a lot of other auto shops. We've been coming here since we moved to town a year and a half ago and we have never had any issues with communication, sales pitches, nor surprises. These guys deserve every ounce of recognition possible - they really are the absolute best!
