Extremely friendly staff!! They are always available and ready to help us unload scrap off our truck & trailer! Plus they take just about everything including car batteries! Thanks Olson's you're now the only place we will take our extra scrap metal!!
DO NOT GO HERE!!! they have no idea what they are talking about they are extremely rude on the phone. I asked them for a part on a 2006 Buick Lucerne they said they didn't have any and they have a 2004 Buick LaCrosse. Last time I checked they didn't make the LaCrosse in 2004 go to Lincoln Truck and Auto. They have 100 times better customer service and at least they know what they are talking about.
Was told my car would be picked up on Tuesday. It was not. Then was told it would be picked up the next day and that it was okay if my roommate gave them the title. They didn’t show up again.
Just got off the phone with them. Guy picks up and says hello. I say to hold on a sec so I can adjust my phone on my ear and he starts yelling "HELLO CAN I HELP YOU" before I even get my phone over to the other ear!
Then I ask him if he can hear me and he yells it again, cutting me off. Now I don't know if he's yelling cause he can't hear me or of he's frustrated so I repeat myself one more time to make sure he can hear me.
"YES I CAN HEAR YOU WHAT DO YOU WANT"
I want to do business with someone else now. Only reason I asked if he could hear me was so that he could have an easier time helping me... I was trying to nice and was met with aggression. Absolutely never going to this junkyard.
