Connected to Los Amigos Auto Services, this man towed my vehicle, wouldn't answer my calls, hid and locked the office during regular hours whenever I would visit, and eventually sent a title transfer through the state claiming that I "abandoned" the vehicle
This place is a joke, Terrible service stay away!! Towed a semi with a one ton dually and ended up hitting a bump on a bridge and dropping the semi in the middle of the road. Got back to the shop and came off extremely arrogant and nonchalant about the incident and just left and haven’t heard a word from him since!!! Damaged and tore off the mudflap on the driver side bent the passenger side one up to the point it can’t be used and messed up the chrome light bracket I had as well not to mention the damage to the airbags as well!! Also caused flat spots in the drive tires and messed up the alignment!! STAY AWAY!!!! Only gave one star cause ZERO wasn’t an option!!!! And it was the owner himself who was the driver!!!!!!
I called Anytime Towing and the gentleman. (Tony) that answered was very nice in asking me why my situation was . I told him that I'm needing towed from our house to a dealership in town. He did ask me if I was shopping for the lowest price. I told him I am doing what most customers should do which is our homework that you need in order to make a conscious decision.
He was very understanding and he said that he would do it for $ amount from point A to point B. I told him perfect and that this is fine with me.
He sent a nice guy out to hook up and tow my car back into town. While my car was getting hooked up . Myself and the guy (Bob) started talking about the problem I had with my car and had gave me some advice as what it might be if the dealership works on it. Both men Tony and Bob were very nice and very quick to get me service. From this day forward I will use Anytime Towing and I will recommend them when possible to other family and friends. Thanks
Called at 5pm said they had no one that was able to do it, "anytime" a Longshot bur they were able to do it the following morning. Other then that the driver parked it perfect no issue with vehicle
BUYER BEWARE! - When asking about pricing, the "owner" of the company told me "I don't deal with questions, call someone else" and hung up. When called back to file a complaint with management he told a sob story about how since his company has such a bad driving record they have over a million dollar insurance bill he needs to extort customers for in order to pay. GO ANYWHERE ELSE
Probably the most rude person had on the phone. I just say hi, told him that I had an accident he just decided to answer me rudely saying there is no one available for me and hangs out. I call him back he answered and said I don’t care just don’t call me back. I think he acted like this because of my accent.
Don’t have to explain much considering the rest of the reviews underneath, on top of the rude and unprofessional responses the company is feeding back to people. The man and woman i experienced on both occasions interacting with them were very rude. Be cautious before you call to ask any questions… you will get treated with disrespect and made to feel as if you’re an idiot.
Called to get a price for a tow and the guy was unfriendly and said they are too busy tonight and wouldn't even give a quote for tmrw. Lost my business right there
i called to get a quote on a tow extremely rude service i didn’t even have more than a 2 minute conversation with the man who picked up the phone extremely snappy and rude when i was trying to get address for where my car is (in my apartment to which i just moved less than a month) he made fun of me for not knowing my address which i said i was going to find it, i would never use this service due to rude men who feel that they have entitlement.
Wouldn't quote me a price on a tow 21 miles, 2 weeks out. Said he doesn't play quote games for the reason of competition. Doesn't need guaranteed business on the books because he already has people he tows for everyday. Apparently I offended this man without even trying. No service provided, but at least you'll know who you're dealing with.
Bob #3 from Anytime helped me get my 1966 Custom Chevy C-10 home after the rear tire and rim came off the truck. Friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend their service.
Please avoid this man at all cost!
He picked up our vehicle and refused to take it to our shop in Chicago, instead he took it to his yard and refused to give it back for 5 days. We order another towing to take it to Chicago, but he refused to release it first time. He was insulting and threatening our driver and another towing service driver and was overall less than non-cooperative. Afterall, he charged us $2300 for 25 loaded miles, not to mention that we payed $800 for tow driver that came and went empty, and then $800 again +$250 for uber for the driver. He also damaged one of the screws on the drive shaft, so other tow driver had a problem taking it.
This man should be isolated from society.
Save your money and nerves.
What a good human the and I want to tell you the best towing company around. Took so care of my daughter on the side of the interstate risking his own life a true man! Be safe and thank you from the bottom of my heart
The owner is extremely rude. Seriously... I called for an update on my car and that was it and got talked to like I wasn’t a customer. USE JOES TOWING. Way better. And coming from a business. Your response should be more professional like “sorry for the inconvenience” or “sorry for the mix up”. There was not that much confusion to be talked to like that on the phone. I just wanted an update on my tow. Again will not use them again.
I called to ask about the price of a tow. Whom ever answered sounded annoyed that I even asked let alone called then proceeded to tell me it would be when the next available driver which could take a while since its Sunday. Which I understood and didn't mind the wait. But now we are going on 16 hours and I still haven't even received a curiosity call.
Had my tractor towed from Lincoln to Morton on a Sunday, when they left the truck at kenworth, they left it up on blocks a foot in the air. Had to pay kenworth 750 more dollars to put it on the ground. After paying over 900 dollars to anytime towing for the 30 mile tow, I would expect the truck to be accessible for the repair shop to work on it. Not sitting in the air a foot.
Sir if you wish to post after I leave a review please leave the truth. You laughed when I called you back telling you I went to put the keys in the car. (As you requested) amd told me that the state police called 5 minutes after you hung up with me giving me a price. You could have told them that you just spoke with me. You could have called me back you had my number. You instead chose to rush out grab the car and charge 4 times what your previous quote. You are a sad excuse for a business man and a disgrace to the towing industry amd I will be sure to tell everyone I speak with !!! See you at the hearing win or loose the State police will know you don't live up to the standards they demand !!!!

Never will I call them ever again rip offs never came when said then my daughter called they moved the truck about 2 feet and charged over $128. DOLLARS WOULD NOT TAKE A CHECK. USED MY DAUGHTERS CHARGE CARD. BIGGEST RIPP OFF......

Unexpected customer service! When I explained to the individual that answered the phone that I was not able to deal with a stuck car this late a night because I am a single mom, they literally sent someone to pick up my keys at my house and took care of everything for me. Both people I spoke with (my driver was Dave) were very professional, understanding, and extremely nice in the midst of a rough situation on my end. Honestly that alone would make me recommend them but I also thought the rate I paid was more than fair especially for the middle of the night and it took less than 20 minutes for them to show up!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Called after hours and the person on the phone was pleasant and knowledgeable. A (nice quality, flatbed) truck was out and picking up my car within 20 minutes of my call. Driver was also very pleasant and empathetic throughout the whole process. Very reasonably priced too. All over great service, don’t think you could find a better provider in town. Hope I don’t have to, but would definitely use them again!!
Flat tire, 2 hrs of waiting on another tow company....gave up on them and called Anytime.... Fast, professional, and reliable response. I was stranded by myself with 2 flat tires and they showed up quickly! What a relief to call someone that is dependable and helpful.
Very reliable and reasonably priced. No matter rain or shine, day or night they have always taken care of us. Will be recommending to others. Definitely not one of your regular companies that sit and wait on campus, downtown, or parking lots to tow something. Very polite.
Tony was awesome, helped us out after our roadside assistance coverage proved to be useless. Got us off the side of the road on a Saturday night, a place to park our camper, and a mechanic that was able to replace our fuel pump on a Sunday. Can't thank him enough.
