2 tows in 24 hours, service was exceptional & both drivers were professional & friendly. Your customer service rep, got the same woman both times, was very nice & patient with me.
We returned from a nearly 2 week vacation to a dead battery. We still had an hour drive to get home. Our flight had been delayed, it was 2am, and the only other person still around was a rideshare driver who recommended Joe's. After a phone call, the driver arrived at the airport within 15 minutes. He was friendly(at 2 in the morning!), helpful, and got us on our way in no time. Thanks Joe's!
AMAZING!!! My dog accidentally locked himself in the car with my keys in the car. It was a hot day. Joes sent someone right away to come get him out!!! Free of charge! Can’t thank them enough.
I was stranded in East Peoria last week!!! Not a situation I wanted to be in for sure!!! BUT that goodness to Toby with Joe’s Towing!!! My entire experience from my first phone call to the company to my ride back to my home town in another state was absolutely terrific!!!! It could not have gone better!!!! Responded in a very timely manner and calmed my nerves!!! They provided me with options and good sounds advice that I felt I could trust!!!
My ride home in the tow truck with Toby was a good experience!!! Truck was clean as a pin inside and out. He even provided me with bottled water!!!!!!! At the end of my 2 and a half ride I had truly made a new friend!!!
As you can imagine as a senior citizen I was on edge!!! But Joes Towing calmly provided a way home safely!!!! Great family owned business!!!!
I had a fantastic experience with Joe's. The dispatcher i spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly. I wasnt "just another phone call." The gentleman that picked up my vehicle from my house arrived at the time that was promised to me by the dispatcher, was very professional and friendly, and took care with hooking up and securing the vehicle. I would absolutely choose to use Joe's again.
This is the 2nd time (unfortunately) I have had to use Joe's towing to unlock my car for me. Everyone there was always very nice. They responded quickly, and the cost was very reasonable!!
My driver is very appreciative of the classic cars I own and his work and attention to detail show that. He’s the only one I will let tow my beauties as they get the work done around town. Thanks Tommy and Laci.
Good and efficient work , came 10 minutes early on scheduled appointment . Tow Operator was very personal and patient . They do not accept AMEX cards and were patient as I went to retrieve some cash to pay.

I don't usually do any review stuff, but I can say that this towing business is the best experience I have ever had as it relates to customer service. I was involved in an accident over the weekend and very, very upset as I was visiting relatives and wrecked the only car I had....BRIAN, yes, get his name BRIAN probably literally saved my life. He calmed me down (ever seen a great big guy stressed to tears, I was there!) and even help me get to airport as I knew nothing much about the area. Still a terrible situation but he really helped me....he mentioned what a great company he works for and it shows how he must be treated there. BRIAN, you are a superstar and I cannot thank you enough..hoping you see this. Bravo to Joe's and trust me....use this company for any and all towing needs.....the two young ladies I spoke to on the phone were super helpful as well (hope I got names correct--Missy and Georgie?). Joe's is the very best and other companies regardless of the business can learn something here!
This is the second time I have had to tow my truck in 5 days! Once after work sitting on edge of a country road and they were there in less than 30 minutes. Today…same thing; it was also quick. The 2 drivers from Joe’s were prompt and so nice! Much appreciation for their great service!
Five stars isn’t enough for Joe’s Towing. My car died in a tricky driveway and I was on a tight schedule. AAA sent Joe’s and Mark showed up fast, calm, and prepared. He not only jump-started the car but diagnosed a dead battery, found it (surprise—it was under the back seat!), and installed a brand-new one right there. He explained everything, treated my car and property with care, and had me rolling again in about 20 minutes. Above-and-beyond service, professional and courteous from start to finish. Thank you, Mark and Joe’s Towing—you saved the day!
Driver was efficient and helpful. Wait time was about 1 hour even though they were busy that day. Little over priced for only towing about 3 miles, but service was good. Thanks
On august 19th 2025 I got stuck out at Miller park I called Joe’s towing and had someone inform me that a driver will be out as soon as possible. Jon then contacted me off his personal phone to give me updates on his arrival time. Once arrived Jon helped me get my car back started so I didn’t even need a tow truck after all and he also followed up with me after leaving to see if my car made it safe and I got the help I needed. ( I needed a new battery) Which Jon also informed me that he could replace right there in Miller park just for 80$ which I thought was reasonable he showed up with a smile on his face and ready to work. I appreciate the communication and the good energy he gave while going through a stressful situation. I appreciate Jon and hopefully if anything ever happens he’s called out to come help me out again. Thanks Jon you are appreciated so much!
My experience with Joe’s towing was terrific. I called them and they were there within 20 minutes, and the driver was very capable, friendly, and really efficient. I cannot recommend these people enough they were terrific.
I've been doing business with this company for several years and to date have not had a less the great experience! All drivers were courteous, knowledgeable, and very prompt! Communication has always been outstanding! I recommend them hands down!!
Just remember, if you violate any rights. My uncle is a us Marshal. I've done called multiple times claiming my car is there and we heard it was not. I think you're liars, meaning you will owe me a lot of money. A good job front desk, you don't protect the owners at all.
The entire experience was wonderful from the phone call to the drop off. I called and they were there within the hour. I asked for a call when they were on the way but did not receive one. The driver was more than patient while he waited for me to arrive. The car was already loaded on the flatbed when I arrived and he took my tire and loaded into the car for me.
He drove me to discount tire and had great conversation the entire ride. He explained how he was going to offload my car and did exactly as he said.
The price…can’t beat it even though Farmers will be paying me back!! Thanks Joe’s!!!
Mitch made a really bad night not so bad. A drunk driver did a hit and run on my house and vehicle. I called joes and Mitch was sent my way to help with both vehicles. He took great care of my car considering the damage.
Very helpful office staff who seem to acknowledge your schedule and try to get you on your way quickly. Very disappointed however that I needed to make payment in person to have my vehicle moved to a body shop. Not convenient in today’s world.
Waited about 45 minutes for them to arrive which is normal plus my directions to my location were inaccurate. My trailer unhitched from my car due to hitch failure. John and his assistant elevated the trailer and towed it with their truck to farm and fleet where I bought a new hitch. They put my trailer back on. Total time for repair was 30 minutes which was fast. Friendly and professional and reasonable price charged.
This company is amazing! I called in need of a tow after business hour's and this person Sandy that took my call was amazing and so sweet. The service was very professional and they were quick and having a flatbed available as quick as they did because my vehicle is AWD that most very much appreciated that me and my daughter didn't have to sit around and wait. I experienced the best towing in town. I have always trusted Joe’s Towing for my SOS-moments. From 15 minutes to 45 minutes of a wait (when they’re busy). I love that Joe’s shows up and gets my vehicles to where they need to be. Seems like I called at the right time today because it was one of those times when they get there right away! Within 10-15 minutes I was already receiving a call from Joe’s heading to my starting location. Just amazing!
Special thanks to John who helped me with my towing needs. His parking skills are phenomenal! Today, he first confirmed he was at the right location and asked me for details on where my car was parked. He was actually pretty close to where I lead him! I appreciate that. John’s professionalism is top tier when it comes to having patience, explaining what’s going on, and tightening up my car’s battery (that had not been properly reinstalled at the shop) in order to jump my car to ease off his truck’s bed.
John went above and beyond with his service today. It truly moved me to give him a shout out.

The guy that helped me out towing my Odyssey was very helpful. It was stuck in our garage, and I could not put it in neutral since we didn’t have keys. He spent some time figuring out the best approach, and got it out safely and to the dealership!
I was involved in a bazaar accident on 4/21/25 on Hwy 29 just outside of Chillicothe, Il. My semi truck needed to be towed & Nathan showed up. He was very professional, he explained what he was going to be doing to get my truck to the body shop. He ended up having to separate my semi truck from the trailer I was hooked into. He called another tow truck driver to haul the trailer to the shop. Shawn showed up & he to was very professional. They ended up towing my tractor & trailer to CIT in Bloomington, Il. Nathan made sure I knew where to get the loaner truck before they left. Just 2 vert professional drivers. Thank you for your help Nathan & Shawn.

We did not have to wait long for the driver to arrive so that was nice. Our driver (Nick?) was a great young man. He was very quick and knowledgeable about his job and we were on our way in no time. It was a long but pleasant and safe drive home. Very happy with our service from the initial phone call to get help, all the way back to our driveway. Thank you!
Excellent service! My tow was within the estimated pickup time, and the driver was incredibly efficient—even in the cold! It took less than five minutes for them to take pictures and load my vehicle onto the truck. Quick, professional, and hassle-free. Highly recommend!
After waiting over 4 hours for AAA to send someone, we finally picked up the phone and called Joe’s Towing and Recovery. Dispatch was super friendly and efficient. I had a tire blowout on I-74 in middle of a 2000 mile trek from AZ to OH. Was stranded on highway shoulder with cars and trucks blowing by. Got connected with Joe’s Tire and Recovery service. Rodney arrived and saved the day for me! Nicest and most professional roadside assistance guy I could have asked for. He made sure I got on road safely and helped me find nearby tire store.
