I believe his name was Brian. He was great. He got there about 5 minutes earlier than expected. Did the job quickly and efficiently and was polite and informative.
I couldn't get a flat tire off,lugnuts were badly stripped. Your mobile mechanic did a great job and after quite an effort he got the tire off. I was happy and will use and recommend this service again. Thank you
I love Joe's because of the attitude and passionate distribute to the customers always kind always concerned and if they can help you they're always there thank you Joe for being in Bloomington normal we love you. And the ladies that are the managers there are just great you can't help but love them they are passion and for real genuine.
Waited 5 hours for a jump start. Everytime I would call they would say I was next in line. The tow truck driver arrived, 5 hours later with a dead jump start pack. Tried to the tow guys jumper cables, they was to short. So I had to wait another 1.5 hours for another tow truck to come to try to jump the car. And his jump start pack was “junk” they said. Long story short, I didn’t get my car jump started. They told me to call the office in the morning and they will send someone out to jump start it. SMH. I called All Around Towing, they arrived within 30 minutes. And had my car jump started in 2 minutes. Such a horrible experience with Joe’s. All around towing is the way to go. Fast, reliable and friendly!!!
Called Geico roadside assistance and Joe’s came from Bloomington to Pekin in no time, like 30min. Very nice young man that came and jumped my car. Can’t say enough about how great they were. Thank you so much!
The ladies who answered the phone were sweet. Never had to wait long while they looked up my car. It was stolen from me on Monday January 6 @ 920 pm . Eduardo Diaz got pulled over 2.5 hour drive in Bloomington Il and received a DUI. Thank God no damage was done the process was quick. And on the road in less than 30 minutes. Thank Allison , Sandy and 1 more who sent me another invoice just in case something happened to the original. Thank you Joes towing.
Our Tow truck driver was the best! Not only did he have us loaded up and dropped off in no time, we had a great ride with John. Laughing all the way. Couldn't beat the price for a Sunday either, we still had $ left over to be able to buy a truck tire. Thank you so much for being there when we were stranded

We are from out of state and our car broke down about three miles from our parents. We drove it 15 miles per hour to get it to their home and get it off the street. We called Joe’s Towing at 8:00 AM Monday and were told they would be out during the day to tow it to Peoria. Then around 4:30 we got a call saying they can’t make it and will be out first thing the next morning. We called at 8:00 AM Tuesday to confirm the pick up and were told they were just getting started and someone would be out at 9:00 AM. At 10:00 AM we called to find out that the priority was to get cars out of ditches and they couldn’t give us an ETA. Again, we are here from out of state. There’s a three day window to get a part and get the car fixed before the Holidays, in order to get back home. So, we called another tow company and paid a little bit more and they were out within the hour. They were just as busy as Joe’s. We didn’t appreciate being lied to by Joe’s. A paying customer is a paying customer and we wouldn’t suggest using Joes!
Adison from Joe's Towing did a fantastic job. Great response time within the hour, great price for services rendered quickly and precisely, and great customer service from the man himself. An experience pleasant enough that I know who I'm calling the next time I get my car stuck.

I am here from out of town, and my car broke down. I get very anxious when dealing with my car's ailments, and I babble, a lot. And Ryan from Joe's not only fixed my key fob, and got my car where it needed to go, he listened to me babble, and was very kind. I truly appreciate him.
After waiting almost twelve hours for State Farm roadside service, and no results. I called Joes, and they dispatched a truck within three minutes. Jon the driver was professional and knew what he was doing. He got me going in ten minutes. I’m calling Joes from now on.
Gabe from Joes Towing was the highlight of a crummy situation. A piece of metal punctured our tire, and when we tried putting on the spare ourselves our tire iron cracked and needed to call for roadside assistance. Gabe was happy to help, got our spare on and made sure we were safe driving to the nearest tire shop and provided wonderful and professional conversation during the process! Thank you Gabe!
I had a very bad experience with Joe’s Towing & Recovery. They showed up without any authorization, hooked up our semi-truck, and moved it about a mile. After that, they demanded payment on the spot, threatening that if we didn’t pay immediately, they would take the truck to their yard and charge even more.
This felt like a predatory and unfair towing practice. No proper explanation, no permission, and no professionalism. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially businesses with commercial vehicles. Be very careful dealing with them.
I needed my car towed to a garage. I called Joe’s and Bethany was very helpful. Everything was taken care of and I did not have to worry about the logistics. Just had to give the information and they took care of everything!
2 tows in 24 hours, service was exceptional & both drivers were professional & friendly. Your customer service rep, got the same woman both times, was very nice & patient with me.
We returned from a nearly 2 week vacation to a dead battery. We still had an hour drive to get home. Our flight had been delayed, it was 2am, and the only other person still around was a rideshare driver who recommended Joe's. After a phone call, the driver arrived at the airport within 15 minutes. He was friendly(at 2 in the morning!), helpful, and got us on our way in no time. Thanks Joe's!
AMAZING!!! My dog accidentally locked himself in the car with my keys in the car. It was a hot day. Joes sent someone right away to come get him out!!! Free of charge! Can’t thank them enough.
I was stranded in East Peoria last week!!! Not a situation I wanted to be in for sure!!! BUT that goodness to Toby with Joe’s Towing!!! My entire experience from my first phone call to the company to my ride back to my home town in another state was absolutely terrific!!!! It could not have gone better!!!! Responded in a very timely manner and calmed my nerves!!! They provided me with options and good sounds advice that I felt I could trust!!! My ride home in the tow truck with Toby was a good experience!!! Truck was clean as a pin inside and out. He even provided me with bottled water!!!!!!! At the end of my 2 and a half ride I had truly made a new friend!!! As you can imagine as a senior citizen I was on edge!!! But Joes Towing calmly provided a way home safely!!!! Great family owned business!!!!
I had a fantastic experience with Joe's. The dispatcher i spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly. I wasnt "just another phone call." The gentleman that picked up my vehicle from my house arrived at the time that was promised to me by the dispatcher, was very professional and friendly, and took care with hooking up and securing the vehicle. I would absolutely choose to use Joe's again.
This is the second time I have had to tow my truck in 5 days! Once after work sitting on edge of a country road and they were there in less than 30 minutes. Today…same thing; it was also quick. The 2 drivers from Joe’s were prompt and so nice! Much appreciation for their great service!
Five stars isn’t enough for Joe’s Towing. My car died in a tricky driveway and I was on a tight schedule. AAA sent Joe’s and Mark showed up fast, calm, and prepared. He not only jump-started the car but diagnosed a dead battery, found it (surprise—it was under the back seat!), and installed a brand-new one right there. He explained everything, treated my car and property with care, and had me rolling again in about 20 minutes. Above-and-beyond service, professional and courteous from start to finish. Mitch made a really bad night not so bad. A drunk driver did a hit and run on my house and vehicle. I called joes and Mitch was sent my way to help with both vehicles. He took great care of my car considering the damage.
Excellent service! My tow was within the estimated pickup time, and the driver was incredibly efficient—even in the cold! It took less than five minutes for them to take pictures and load my vehicle onto the truck. Quick, professional, and hassle-free. Highly recommend!
