We need can’t say enough good things about the service we received from AJ Turner. After our truck broke down, he went above and beyond to make a stressful situation much easier. Not only did he tow us off the road safely, but he also took the time to help us navigate the area and made sure we got to our destination without any issues. My wife's car stalled on Veterans Parkway and I call Maurer Wrecker which came quickly to save the day. I requested that they bring the SUV to our house as I figured it just needed a new battery. They placed it in my garage perfectly and were very careful to not scratch my epoxy garage floor. Great service all the way around.
Unfortunately I had to have my truck towed on a COLD December night. Maurer wrecker showed up quickly, hooked up to my truck safely, and took care of vehicle very professionally. The driver, AJ, was courteous and made the unfortunate situation a little better. Thank you!

They stole my car. I've lived in the same apartment complex for the last four years. We don't have assigned parking for the lot; you give the apartment manager your license plate number and the apartment manager gives you a sticker for your car and you can put the sticker in the front or back window. Either front or back is supposed to be fine per the manager. My sticker is in the driver side back window. I pulled through to park when I got home Friday afternoon, which I have done almost daily for the last four years, and I didn't go anywhere over the weekend, so my car front was facing outward. Woke up yesterday, 28 October 2024, and go outside a little before 7am to go to work and my car is just gone. Called the cops first, and in hindsight I should have let them send an officer out, but I declined at the time saying I'd call the tow company next on the slim chance my car wasn't just stolen right off the lot. It was stolen right off the lot. By the tow truck. Why? They claimed I don't have a parking sticker. Told them I do have the sticker and they said they'd call me back after confirming. They call me back 20 minutes later and confirm I do have the sticker. Wow, what a surprise. Ask if they're going to bring my car back since they illegally took it. Nope. I can come pick it up from their lot on the far west end of town. In what car? The one you stole? Ask their hours. They say 24/7, but to make sure a person is in the office M-F, 8am-5pm. I work M-F, 7am-4:30pm. I'm annoyed, but I hang up with the guy. I managed to get a ride to work though I was over an hour late at that point. Also managed to get a ride out there to pick up car over lunch. They're closed noon-1pm. Would have loved for that to have been mentioned when I specifically asked about their hours yesterday morning. We come back at 1pm and the counter guy, I did not get his name, defends their (also unnamed) driver who could not be bothered to walk to the other side of my little sedan to actually check if I am illegally parked before stealing my car. Maybe if your driver can't be bothered to use his eyes, an important part of driving, then maybe he also should not be allowed to legally drive. Counter guy also tries to cite their contractual right to tow cars off the lot. Cars without stickers, yes. My car is stickered, as you have already confirmed, so that's called theft and it is not within your contractual right. At no point in this conversation does counter guy apologize. Not even a fake apology to get me to go away. I missed about two and a half hours of work in total yesterday because of them, and they can't even fake apologize. No, instead this guy has the audacity to tell me to my face, "Well, we're giving you the car back for free" as if I should be grateful for such generosity after having my car stolen. Clearly a case of it being almost the end of the month and they're just looking to make a quick buck. They don’t actually care. I did talk to the cops again after getting my car back yesterday afternoon, but since the stolen property was already returned there wasn't much they could and/or were willing to do. So, I'm publicly complaining on the internet since a civil lawsuit is not at all worth the money or hassle. Jerks. I would give zero stars if Google allowed it.
towed my car even though my apartment complex said they didn’t even work with maurer. when i spoke to one of the drivers, he was incredibly rude and wouldn’t listen to anything i was saying. DO NOT use them!
After calling several companies for price checks. They were the cheapest so went with them. They were at my house in ten minutes. I had Zech he was very nice and gave me advice on how I should proceed with the recalls that were called for my car.
Best in town! Dion has towed vehicles for me many times and is a true master of his craft! They’ve even moved my tool box for me several times! Dion’s not just a tow truck driver he understands vehicles and what’s required to tow them safely without causing harm to your vehicle!! Highly recommend!!!
Had a rear tire blow out on my bike and Maurer was the only company willing to come get me asap off of the busiest street in town. The driver, Dion was professional and extremely careful with the bike.

Unfortunately. We have had to use them on several occasions. When we have, they always answer the phone promptly and show up in a timely manner. Never have we had to wait more than 30 min. They show up, very courteous, and helpful and help with our towing needs. The price has always been very reasonable.
Zech hill and Richard are the best here they are very friendly made sure I was safe and towed my vehicle out safely if it wasn't for these two I wouldn't know what to do these two are the best I would highly recommend when your in need call them!

I've use Mauers towing several times in the past for tows and a lockout! Great prompt service. I usually deal with Dione Smith who does an outstanding job an the rest of the crew is great to!
I can't deny that the driver (Zech) looked like he was born in the hills, but he's really sweet and mindful about how he handled my broke down heap of junk. Best wishes if you ever need their service.
