Bought a rebuilt rear differential for a 2004 Ford explorer a year or so back. Should have went somewhere else when the first one shredded itself. At first they made me replace both U joints to make sure it wasn't that. Had another one rebuilt for me which I had to wait a few days. Installed and was never reimbursed for all the gear oil I had to use. Now, found that the pinion nut had come loose. Vibration between 55 to 70 miles an hour was the symptoms but thought maybe a cv axle or aomething else. Took a look at the differential and found they barely replaced anything inside. What they did replace was with the cheapest seals and bearings they could find. I would never purchase anything rebuilt from this place ever again. Please beware!
Bought a hood and grill and headlites when I had a car accident and it was cold out they pulled the parts off the cars and had them waiting for me when I got there to inspect them

I called kept saying coming when finally called again it’s to far they only 45 min a way They are a joke my boyfriend called and talked to Jay who all week said they were going to come when called said they were coming then waited and called again said it was to far . Bad business but that’s ok got someone now picking up and no you didn’t talk to but my boyfriend
I called today for used starter wants $75 + thinking het a grip buddy have a nice day. So goes to show you pays to shop around. New one at NAPA is $80.00 the 75 price he was very rude and obnoxious like he could care less I'm with old one core and called route 14 auto parts they said $35with OLD one. The guy at rye 12
Even though this is the closest yard, I like Route 14 way better. First time I called the guy that answered was very grouchy. The first time I went in he was grouchy and wanted $100 for a pair of USED mirrors that didn't match my color. I laughed and went to my car and bought them brand new for $64 and painted them myself. At least these ones aren't faded, oxidized, or scratched.
I called another time for some fog lights, the guy that answered was VERY helpful, but unfortunately they didn't have it. I called about some wheels, they pulled them off the car, but was very misleading when he said he had the "police package". Package means there is more than 1 thing, and so I thought they were the steel wheels with the chrome caps, but when I got there there were 3 heavy duty steel wheels and no caps. He didn't tell me he only had 3 when I called. I was looking for a full set.
Overall, they are fantastic at searching their system and telling you if they have the parts or not, but I only go here as a last resource. My first experience was bad, but they earned a 3 star for the next few visits/calls.
When me and my friends went in the front, the people were really rude and wouldn't even show us the thing we wanted to buy until after we had bought it cause he thought it was stupid to go have his guy bring up the part just show us and not now if we were gonna buy it or not, other then that I guess I can say they weren't bad but I just had a bad experience, I'm just gonna go to route 14 auto they help out and are really nice.
