Timely, professional, and very fair prices - especially compared to other quotes I got. While I hope I never need to call them again, should I need to, I won’t hesitate.
A tenant moved out and left a junked car in our lot. I didn’t know how to get it removed legally. First Class walked me through the process, waited the right amount of days, and took care of it cleanly.
These guys are truly first class. Got into a pinch trying to move a 6' x 6' tool box into a storage unit. We ran into trouble after we had another towing company bring it there (no fault of theirs - they just got busy with other calls and could not return before it down poured) getting it physically into the storage unit, they went above and beyond to help us find a solution with a back up plan as it started to rain.
We are very grateful that they were able to respond so quickly being two doors down from the storage unit and had a quick plan of action to help us get this monstrous toolbox put away that we physically were not able to
First Class towed my brother's Mustang after a mechanical issue left it stranded. Quick response and reasonable pricing. You could tell the operator was skilled and knew how to load a car properly on a flatbed without causing any sort of damage.
My teenage daughter got a flat and needed a tow. The gentleman who answered was super nice and the tow truck was out to my daughter in less than 10 minutes! Will 100% use again. Thank you!
I called the place and the guy who answered the phone, says that we need to make an appointment to pick up the car, I inform him that is illegal according to Illinois Code Statue:( 625 ILCS 5/4‑203 )
unfortunately unable to produce the name of the statue over the phone, I got earliest appointment possible to simply just to notify the building that we are on the way there, I get to the place and their is no problem.
Just don’t understand to put stress onto people like that?!?!?!?

We called them after our daughter had been in a crash, they were compassionate and friendly. They sent someone right away and they were there within 15 minutes. The driver was super helpful and was very kind. They knew how to work with our insurance so we did not have to pay. I would highly recommend.

My van was illegally towed from an apartment complex. The spot has a sign that says we can park there. The tow company is aware of the van is allowed to park there. This has happened more than once. Once confronted all they say is the driver made a mistake or he’s new and return the van. Overall a shady practice. Follow your own rules when towing a vehicle and check the account while towing it. All this would have avoided if your driver took the time to look at the account or even the parking sign.
First Class Towing was very much first class! The driver that came for our car was very professional, prompt and helpful. Everything was taken care of promptly and professionally. The driver even did a great job of fielding a plethora of questions from my 12 year old son about tow trucks! Thank you again!
I came to pick up my car after calling and the woman that could release my car wasn't even there so I have to wait 40 minutes. When she did finally arrive (an older blonde woman) she had a nasty attitude and refused to send me the pictures of my car even thought the man on the phone said I could see them and take photos. The brunette man was was much nicer and actually provided answers and reasons to my questions without attitude.
They were very helpful and picked up my truck and transported it all the way to my house. The tow truck driver I had was awesome and very nice and professional. Thank you! Would definitely recommend.
They had my car on their truck within 20 minutes of calling them and sitting on the side of the highway, took my car to my house and backed it into a very tight spot like it was nothing. Very nice genuine people, Very fair prices too.

My car died on the way to drop the kids off at school. I left in a parking lot to have towed to my house later. They were there within 10 min of my phone call. Helped me push it into a tight parking spot of my house. Let me ride with him to the house. Very friendly, very helpful. I've never dealt with a tow truck company that was as nice and as great as this. Seriously the best I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with allot.
I live in Arrowhead apartment in Algonquin Il .. our apartment management hired this towing company to tow cars that belonged to non-residents and that were without a residential sticker on their cars… our apartment management provides stickers for all the cars … but nowadays this towing company is towing residents car with the sticker and providing silly excuses that we didn’t park right .. this is residential parking not public parking … they said your car wasn’t parked properly so we towed the car and says it’s the “parking rule” .. that’s totally wrong and when we go pick up our cars in their location in lake in the hills, the people there speak very rudely and don’t provide proper information.. they are just trying to get some money because now in our residential parking all residents have their stickers on their cars so they don’t get their car towed but now the company is coming up with excuses to tow cars just for money…these are the pictures of the cars that are not parked in the appropriate parking spaces and still they didn’t get towed, so if they are following the “parking rule” they should tow these cars everyday because these cars are parked everyday at same and wrong places…I don’t blame these people for parking in these spots because there is very limited parking space available.

These people are nonsense. Yesterday, towed my wifes car. She parked right in between two cars, and who sees other two car parked beyond yellow signs. And there is hardly you can see yellow parking sign. As my wife went to pickup her car they made us pay $190.00 with disrespecting and rudely speaking with my wife.
If therewere no cars left and right she would not park there. They said we dont care and we broke the rules. Everyone pls see attached pictures of the parking lot. Just earlier also owner was very rude with me, i lost my controll and i did say a bad words to him and he hangup .
This company probabbly good for other ladlords to towed peoples car but in this case they just towed my car intended to make money making this fraudulent reason.

First class towing absolutely lives up to the name. I'm a mechanic so I deal with a lot of towing companies. That should tell you I know what I'm talking about. They are professional, courteous, and extremely skilled. Got my project truck moved out of a real tight spot and over to my friends to finish the build. I didn't believe they would be able to get to it how it was sitting but this man worked some real magic. Gave me a unbelievably fair price. Don't waste your time calling around. This is the tow company you want. I assure you. I'll never have anyone to else handle my towing and recovery work again.
My car was damaged by this company during a tow out of my apartment complex. Owner and employee whom were not on the tow that night only responded with “it was damaged before he got there” even with finding the damage I agreed to pay for the tow but since I would not sign a receipt admitting that damages were found before the tow they would not release my car until the cops arrived. Thankfully my neighbors camera was filming and caught my cars back end pulling in the parking lot before I parked, which shows NO damage at all. Also the cars that pulled in the lot that day/night never touched my car. The only vehicle near my car at all that might in the exact spot of the damage was the tow truck which they have pictures of themselves and showed me but still deny the damage. I am filing a civil lawsuit to make things right it’s not about the money it’s about principle and holding everyone accountable for a wrong as I did when I paid for my car being towed out of my apartment complex lot due to a missing placard.
I called first class towing to take my car to a shop. They arrived quickly and the 2 guys were really helpful. The 3rd shift supervisor, I forgot his name, was really cool and talk a little bit about my car and knew alot more about it than I do. They left the key in the drop box and saved me a trip to the shop myself. I hope I don't need a tow anytime soon but if I do I'll call first class towing.
I have used First class towing a few times now and as much as I hate the idea of needing a tow. This company really makes it a good experience. The people are Awesome. Genuine and honest. Gino did my Last tow “most recent and he’s a great guy to deal with. Very happy with them. Very clean trucks. Very professional and was beyond impressed with their time response.
