The gals in the office aren't to be messed with but they took good care of me...the entire crew was awesome to be honest.. it was a horrible experience with the wreck but they made the progress easier.
All the staff there were very nice and respectful The price is reasonable and I have no complaints they helped me out a lot and answered every question I had. And I did not have to wait long to get my SUV in my driveway.
I had a wiring harness issue and my truck killed itself on the side of the road. Whiteys sent out Driver Jon and he was able to get to me in a quick and timely manner. On top of getting my truck and I safely back to my shop!
Amazing service! My 85 year old mom had 2 flat tires and needed a flat bed truck. She was in an area parking lot and they were there in no time. Thank you for making her situation painless!
The lady who spoke with us when we visited was very nice and gave us some good advice on what to do after our car was towed there after a car accident.
I was recently in my first accident at the fault of someone else. Whiteys did a great job towing at the scene! The next day the insurance was giving me issues so I called and spoke to Connie frantically as I was overwhelmed. She went above and beyond to work with me and gave advice based off their experiences. I couldn’t be more thankful and I would recommend them to anyone!
Update: my bfs trans just went out 2 days after my accident and of course I told him to use whiteys. They did a great job again!
I’ve been calling whitey’s since around the time they opened. Their service is so good. I have long bed extended cab Ram2500 w a manual transmission. The have a flatbed they put it on and they take great care of it. They are the only tow company I am familiar enough with to recommend to others. The people that have called them on my recommendation are all very happy with the service and they will be their first call in the future.

Wow! is all I can say. I spoke with Connie regarding our wrecked car that was towed to Whitey's,. Due to insurance issues, it has been taking up space there for far longer than it should have. Connie not only enlightened me about the adjuster process, but she was also was willing to work with me on a solution. It is so uplifting to know that customer service and kindness still exist at Whitey's. Thank you!

Danny is the best he was the third person Porsche sent out to charge or tow my 911 the first two couldn’t charge it. Danny wouldn’t give up and tried to pop the front trunk while charging the fuse and that worked so we could get at the battery. He was kind professional knowledgeable and cared! Over charged me for a tow. I called and let them know what happened. They said they were making note of it and someone would reach out to me on Monday. I waited till Wednesday. no call. I called back Wednesday and asked what was happening. They assured me someone would reach out to me on Thursday. So I waited till Friday. They said the same thing. I don't think I'll ever get a call to resolve my issue. I got a tow from my house and I followed. They took a weird way making Unnecessary turns. Their reasoning would be weightlimits on roads. Very valid reason. But I took the route that's google stated was the best and there aren't weight restrictions on the roads we would have traveled and no low bridges. Be careful and make sure you aren't over charged

Danny Tousey was such an amazing guy and so sweet and got everything done quickly and easily! If I needed to be towed again I would use Whiteys Towing Inc again 100% and would recommend to others!
I called Whiteys becasue my wifes car needed a jump due to infrequent use. The individual that took my call was very helpful and within 30 minutes a Whiteys truck arrived. Danny introduced himself and got the car started within minutes. He even assisted me in topping off the windshield wiper solution tank. He also did an inspection of the engine to make sure that mice had not feasted on any of the wires. He noted that the battery was quite new and suggested we use the care more frequenyly. I will follow his advice and let the car run for 15 minutes after the jump before I head out to do some errands. A very competent and friendly man!
I just want to say that we will use Whitey's Towing from now on (hoping to never need a tow again, but IF we do....). Brandon towed our Honda Pilot today, and due to the position that the car was in the lot it was towed from, he wasn't able to put it on the flatbed trailer in the direction we would need it to be, for it to be put in our garage facing nose-in. I was amazed that he went above and beyond, by taking the car off the trailer in front of our house, and then putting it back on in the right direction, so that it could be put in our garage front 1st. Wow, just WOW! This is true customer service at its BEST. Thank you Brandon. Kudos to you, in a time where so many people want to do the bare minimum, you really shine. :) Thank you!!
Trustworthy company with amazing people! I want to give a special thank you to Santiago Mijares. I had lost my wallet—with my ID and credit cards—at a car shop, and Santiago found it in the parking lot after the shop had already closed. Noticing that I lived nearby, he kindly took the time to drive to my house to return it. I wasn’t home, but he still went the extra mile by knocking on my neighbor’s door and safely leaving the wallet with them. His actions truly reflect his integrity and kindness. My vehicle got a flat tire at 10:00pm on a snowy night. After attempting to change it myself I came to the conclusion that I needed help. Not being from the area I took a chance on Whitey’s. I talked to Amy on the phone who was very sweet and understanding. Jose arrived within a half hour. He was very friendly and took care of my tire. I probably won’t be in need of their services again but I wanted to show my appreciation.
Called last minute, got immediate service. Felt like my vehicle was respected, very satisfied with service and price. Will continue using their services.

Worse towing company , the driver of the truck on may 23, 2024 around 3:20 pm with a motorcycle was driving crazy , cutting people off and even taking a red like on alqounquin road almost carouse another car crash . Get better drivers I got everything on dash cam will be publicizing all of it soon . Get better drivers.

If you value your car do not use Whitey's. They are not a reputable towing company. On the recommendation of Francen and Son I had them tow my car to the repair shop. When I came to pick it up, there was a 2 foot crack at the very top of my windshield going across. Francen and Son told me it arrived this way. I called Whitey's and had a distressing time talking to Ashley, the girl that answers the phone. She kept giving me excuses day after day on why the person in charge of damages can't come to the phone. I paid $184 for the towing company and now I have an additional $425 repair to make on a new windshield. This is a very dishonest company that will not take any responsibility for damaging your vehicle. Based on their customer service, I'm not sure how they have good reviews.
These guys rock! Had a special circumstance on a broken boat trailer. Set a time for a 8:00am pick up, team member was there at 7:40am, Semi with flatbed shortly followed. Got my boat and trailer back home, with a surprisingly low rate. High recommend!
