They have the contract for Toyota roadside assistance. Guy showed up with a dead portable battery booster. He was already one hour late. He towed my car to Toyota when I should’ve been able to drive it home. Had to sleep on a friend‘s couch. I’m pretty sure he damaged the trim piece on my back wheel, but I discovered it two days later so there’s no way to prove it.
got stuck in a hilly driveway after the 3/16 snowstorm. Nick arrived within 30 minutes of calling(they quoted 45-60 minutes). Nick and his helper got straight to work and attempted to drive my van out and then got the winch hooked up and pulled me out of the driveway. 10 minutes after they arrived i was on my way!! this was after another company showed and drove away...1st Class Towing is now in my phone replacing that other company. Fast service, answered questions when i was concerned and quick work to get me on my way...10 stars if i could⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
You guys tried to tow me March 5th 2026 for no reason. I was parked in the lines and the driver dropped the hook from my van and the driver took the other car. That other car was in their lines. Stop trying to make a check when its not necessary. For all the apartment complexes you guys handle, have your drivers get their flashlights out on their phone to really look. Stop being crooks towing ppls cars if its not necessary. You guys are full of yourselfs.
Best experience I have ever had with a towing company. The picked up my vehicle in below freezing weather in a time efficient manor. They were friendly and got my vehicle right where it needed to be. I highly recommend this towing service to everyone.
