UPDATE: To rebut business' claims: 1) they never responded to the ebay message; 2) why did they not call as requested on the follow-up email (which referenced the ebay message); 3) why lie about not being provided a stock # when it is clearly visible on the ebay message & listing (see screenshots); 4) business should review their phone calls before making false statements -- I never got upset with anyone or raised my voice. The employee, Nicole, clearly states on the eventual recorded call-back, that the owner would contact me: Nothing happened, thus the review! The business' response fails to address matters of fact and lacks substance. The response contains more of the same deflect/neglect/reject mentality, showing a complete lack of responsibilty, accountability, and professional behavior. Obviously, if they had lifted a finger and shown reasonable effort (and the right attitude) to take care of the customer, you wouldn't be reading this review. I regularly deal with yards that have thousands of vehicles, and they are "on it." Arguably, a yard with only 200 vehicles is considered a small yard; screenshots of their inventory list revealed that they only had one of each vehicle matching the descriptions provided, thus the employee could have located them in seconds, picked up the phone and closed a deal! Instead, the employee chose to ignore the customer. The business cannot, with conscience clear, assert otherwise. Screenshots of initial contact contradict their claims. ---- First and last experience with X2 Builders / 111 Salvage. Was looking at buying two vehicles from them, but apparently they want you to beg them to do business. I approached this business ready to deal on two of their vehicles, but their attitude and neglect of my offer to do business put a bad taste in my mouth. I'm happy to work with anyone with the right attitude of doing business, but when a customer approaches about buying multiple vehicles from you and ask you to CALL them, that means pick up the phone and do so, even if it's not the same day. Initially, I found their ebay listing for a vehicle, and messaged them on 8/23/24 (friday). Then I followed-up with an email, asking them to call me about buying two specific vehicles (whole vehicles) from them, and provided my number. When monday came, no phone call. I got an email later in the day from Nicole, saying they couldn't help me without stock numbers -- nothing else, just that. Despite a very specific description of both vehicles -- so specific that it would take all of a few seconds to locate for an employee that wanted to sell something -- but that was apparently too much work. I replied back to Nicole, indicating that I was away from my computer, but mentioned that the ebay message should be attached to one of the vehicle's stock numbers, expecting that we could start working on that one. Yet apparently that was just too much work also! I called the office and asked for the owner/manager, but was told by the same employee that the owner does not speak to customers directly, but that she would pass the message. I received a phone call a short while later from the same employee, trying to get me to talk with her instead. I re-iterated my intent to speak directly with the owner of the business, and she said they would call me later that day. Not surprisingly, that call never came! In fact, no one at the business ever contacted me again. If there really is an owner, they should be more proactive about monitoring customer-employee interactions, realize they are losing money, and "clean house." Certainly there's someone out there that wants to work for pay! Perhaps this employee is the owner and she just simply doesn't care whether they sell anything or not; I have no way of knowing because there is no one else to talk to except her apparently. I see that the two vehicles are still listed on their website as for-sale, which is sad and should make any business owner sick to their stomach over lost sales!

Nicole the Sales Mgr. is top notch. Its near impossible finding parts for my Dodge Ram SRT 10. Every time I call she finds the part for me. She follows up when she should and gets it done! I highly recommend X2 as they have yet to fail me.

Bought an unused Kelderman air ride suspension system from X2. Not a lot of money compared to what they usually deal with but it was a lot of money to me. They were very upfront about everything and they communicated often and accurately. Nicole was awesome and I wish every business worked like this.
