DO NOT go here if you are figuring out between carstar and caliber this is your sign to go with car star. I hit a racoon over a month ago and JUST got my car back from them yesterday. Came back SHAKING, busted tire that they refuse to fix which def was caused by racoon and bumper falling off and dragging under it. They also refused to fix the light that was damaged in collision as well. Not at all friendly either and on top of all of that, they would push back the date to get it back every 2 days and at like 3 pm so I’d plan to get car, then receive a text later on that day saying it would be 2-3 more days… and so forth until over a month later. DO BETTER caliber. Really sucks I shouldn’t be scared to drive my car on highway because of a tire blow out or because they didn’t do their jobs properly! EDITED:11/11/25- emailed where they said to "discuss" and still no reply!

My truck was there for over 2 weeks! When I picked it up I was glad to have it returned. I didn’t see the dents until I got home. I just couldn’t understand why after all the time they had my vehicle, the repairs were not completed. If I saw the dents then surely they saw them! Yet, they called and said my vehicle was ready.

Kelly was totally transparent & timely kept me updated on my collision repair. And the work was absolutely flawless - beautiful job! I am very pleased!

Kelly was great working with. She got my truck in from recent hail damage very quickly. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, called for my rental. The staff detailed my truck inside and out before picking it back up and it looked brand new. The PDR technician did a great job on the dents. I have a 2nd vehicle going in soon for an estimate

Caliber Collision Maryville will be my go to shop from now on! I usually took it to Swansea (still love that shop too, promise!). But the folks at the Maryville location provided an experience unlike any other. I hope I never have to bring my vehicle back, for obvious reasons, but if I need to, I know where I'm going! Thank you so much for the quick turnaround (about 3 business days early!!) and for making a stressful situation even easier to navigate!

Where do I start? First of all the staff was amazing. I think they might of just went to the dealership and traded me a new car. This can’t be the same car I dropped off. Perfection! Paint job immaculate. Damage GONE. I feel like it may even drive better but that just may be in my head. Nevertheless I couldn’t be more happy. I would return again and again.

Very friendly and professional. Fast service. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done to your satisfaction. My vehicle was fixed like new again. I ended up paying less than the estimate. Plus, the original estimate was cheaper than anyone else in the area. Highly Highly recommend 👌

I dropped my truck off for body repair and they ended up crashing my truck while backing out of the shop. They repaired the damage they caused, as they should’ve, but they couldnt of washed my truck or done anything else to please a customer that decided to chose your location for their services after damaging your personal vehicle. They cared more about rushing the job and getting the ticket closed for the month. I know that because Lonnie, that coincidentally “moved” to another location” told me that over the phone. I believe it 100% because they returned my mothers vehicle with many mistakes 08/31/2024 (Shiloh, IL location). Very disappointed with these locations for the fact they just want to rush and close all the tickets before the month ends to meet a goal, instead of taking pride in their work. They crashes my fourty thousand dollar truck and couldn’t even detail it or anything. Im not one to act like I deserve anything, but you'd think more highly about a larger company like Caliber Collision. Very dissatisfied. Do not recommend anybody using theses locations. If you have any concerns about using this company, just dont. Go with a smaller shop that’s certified and takes pride in their work. Have a nice day!

No one likes being in an accident but if you find yourself in that situation (accident after 15yrs without one) Lonnie is the person you must talk to. He is the best! And kept me informed all the way and even answered my questions without hesitation. The receptionist was as sweet, and polite as can be as well. Definitely recommend Caliber Collision in Maryville IL if you need your car repaired to brand new condition. They definitely treat your car like royalty. Won't find better attention to detail and customer service anywhere else. Thank You.

This was such an incredible place from the quality of service to the kindness of the people who work there. I had gotten into an accident in which it was not my fault so insurance sent my car here to get fixed. They were communicative every step of the way and kept me updated on the progress of repairing my car. Also, they fixed it up as good as new. I would definitely recommend them for anyone that needs a reliable and friendly place!

They did a great job. Really fast. They replaced my back frame within 8 days. It would’v been taken 3 months if it was LA. They were really good with keeping me posted through out the process. Steven was very helpful and trustworthy. I recommend this repair shop.

We had an accident and needed some small work done on our truck. Our insurance company referred us to Caliber Maryville. Everything about our experience was top notch. From the first call to set up the estimate to driving off the lot with our truck fixed. Lonnie is absolutely outstanding - we highly recommend that if you go to Caliber you ask for him. He was on top of everything, from putting the estimate together, handling insurance, ordering parts and making sure the truck was brought in and fixed in a timely manner. Everything he said would happen did. And we never had to call to ask for anything - he always called us with info. And the work was fantastic. Stellar performance from everyone I dealt with or talked to at Caliber. Hopefully we won't have any more wrecks - but if we do, we'll definitely go back.

I was referred to this location by my mom and also my insurance company. My beautiful brand new 2022 Subaru Outback was hit in front of my house by a hit-and-run driver. I took my car to Caliber and Lonnie met me outside. He did a quick inspection and took pictures. It took about a month to get in to start repairs. Everyone I met was very nice. They kept in contact with me during the process. They even made it easy to return my rental car from their shop. It took a week to get my car back. It looks as beautiful as it did from the first day I purchased my car. Lonnie and his team did a great job and made me feel at ease during this stressful time.

The customer service, friendly atmosphere and the quality of work is absolutely top notch!! The team at Caliber Collision in Maryville is hands down one I would use again and definitely recommend. My car came back looking new again and cleaner than when I dropped it off. 100% quality work!

Awesome customer service and the quality of work is amazing! I received updates about my suv daily from Darren so i was kept informed every step of process.When I picked it up there was no evidence that a basketball hoop had fell on the hood of my car, it was like brand new. In addition to my hood being repaired I noticed they cleaned the outside and vacuumed out the inside of my car which is above and beyond what I expected.

This was my first time dealing with any sort of vehicle repair. So I had no idea what to expect or what to do. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, and made sure I understood the entire process. She answered all my questions. The guys who helped me with the vehicle was just as nice. He made sure I understood the whole process of fixing my vehicle and kept me well informed of any updates. I received text messages throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated!! With the pandemic going on, everyone was wearing masks and being a safe distance. Which is really appreciated. Overall, I had a fantastic experience! And would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. Everyone was knowledgeable and welcoming.

Caliber Collision is top notch! Great work, kind and attentive staff. They even had my car finished early! The facility is clean and overall the staff is friendly and attentive. There was one gentleman who wasn't personable but everyone else I dealt with were fantastic.

I normally don't write reviews because either I forget or I don't feel like doing it. However, because of the whole situation that I got myself into. I thought I would write a positive review for Caliber Collision. I scraped the side of my Mazda while backing my car out of the garage during my move to a new house. I felt so horrible when that happened. So I did what anyone should do, contact my insurance agency and find a local body shop to take this to. Caliber Collision was the nearest one from my house and that I can easily get there and back during my work hours. I made an appointment through my insurance agency. When I first arrived at Caliber, I was instantly greeted by a lovely lady who works there and she made me feel comfortable while we went through the paperwork and do a pre-inspection of my Mazda before the actual inspector of the shop got there. She made sure to contact Enterprise to bring me a rental to drive while my car was in the shop. I only had to wait 10 mins for the rental to arrive. During the wait, the staff made me feel comfortable and gave me information on what to expect during this whole process. I got my rental and drove home. First, I get a text from Caliber that they started the whole process on my Mazda. Then a few hours later, I received a call from Darren who handled my claim at Caliber and he explained to me the process of what they are going to do to my car. He said it would take a week to get my car repaired. It actually took two whole days for the repair which I was shocked and happy to know that it was ready sooner than I expected. I was so happy to get the news that my car is ready, I immediately drove to the shop. When I arrived at the shop, I dropped off the rental and came to see my car. I was so shocked that my car looks so beautiful and like the first time that I purchased the car a year ago. I left the shop and drove home. When I got home, I realized I left my garage clicker in the rental so I immediately called the shop. They answered and said they will wait for me to get there and hand me back my clicker from the rental as i forgot to grab it from there. When I got there, they were waiting for me outside with my clicker and greeted me with smiles and kindness In summary, I felt like I was treated with kindness and respect during the whole process. Caliber Collision has made this whole experience memorable and definitely will be my first choice if I ever need future services for my Mazda.
