Ordered an.engine.and paid a.deposit. They told me it would be out Thursday. Heard nothing so around 3 I called and asked and they told me it would be ready by 11 the next morning.. Drove 125 miles and got there and they said it was at their warehouse. Went and got another part came back and they said the engine was bad!! So $100 later in gas and.still no engine!
I purchased a wheel from AA auto parts. They advertised it as damage code “000” which means no damage. They shipped it to me and when it arrived it was damaged and corroded. When I complained, they want me to pay return shipping. Not satisfied. Avoid.
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. ALMOST 2 MONTHS LATER THEY STILL OWE ME MONEY. Customer Beware when using a debit card with AA used auto parts. On July16th I ordered over the phone a part for my car using my debit card. On July 17th an employee from AA used auto parts informed me that the only parts they could locate were not in good condition. Therefore, they refunded my money that day which they did.However, the refund was less than the amount removed from my checking account. After an additional phone call from myself, they admitted that they use a finance company that charges a fee for processing and I would receive my refund from them. As of today September 5th 51 days later, I still have not received the money from their finance company. If I knew the name of this finance company, I would turn them into the Better Business Bureau. If this practice is legal, it definitely isn't ethical.
They had exactly what I needed and were so easy to work with. Very knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend them and will be using them for all my auto parts needs!
Called looking for something very specific wasn't sure if they had it so they let me come in and look. I brought my son along for his first trip to a junk yard, he had a blast and I found exactly what I was looking for. Excellent customer service only 10 minutes from my home I will 100% be back again in the future.

After searching endlessly for a pre-owned transmission I came across AA Used Auto Parts. They answered all my questions, made sure I had the right fitment, gave me the best possible deal and were pleasant to work with. I believe Dane handled everything for me. I was also informed on any future purchases that if they did not have the part in stock that they could get it for me quick. I am back on the road. Bought a set of tires and rims that was the wrong size for my vehicle. Try contacting them, they want answer me back. I wasn't worried about getting money back we could have made a change for the right size even if I had to pay more. No answer not even email.
Purchased 4 tires and rims there asked the owner will they fit my van and he assured us they would fit go home and they did not fit called to tell him they didn't and all I wanted was to exchange them for some that do fit called emailed even left messages what was happening as of today no response poor business practices BAD BAD Service
Sent me a wheel with egg shaped mounting holes. Obviously did not check before sending out. They wanted me to pay for shipping back to them for refund. So Iam suppose to be out money for them sending me a junk wheel and nothing to show for it.
Was there yesterday, I got a seat I couldn't find all week went to over 10 places and searched and couldn't find it spent way too many hours looking. Almost an hour away from my house but next time I need anything I will know who to call first! The seat was super muddy, but it cleaned up and looks brand new! You can't even tell the slightest that it's a different seat!!!! Can't begin to thank you guys enough!! Thank you for the amazing deal and superior service more than appropriated!

THERE ARE BETTER PLACES. This place truly deserves negative stars. The worst customer service I have ever been a part of. Inquired about a driver's seat for a car and specified that it needed to have no airbags. During a time of social distancing, I didn't want to spend more time than neccessary out, but when I got home I noticed that they had given me the wrong seat; specifically the very seat I had specified I did not need. Normally in this situation, you call in and let them know what has happened. Human error happens so maybe a simple mistake was made while getting the part. When I called to report the mistake, I was told that they had NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES despite the error not being mine. I have never heard of a junkyard not replacing an item that is faulty and I certainly cannot imagine a functioning business model that does not fix their own mistakes.
If only there was a way to leave a 0 star review.
My shop purchased an engine to install for an F-150. As a busy shop its a few week delay to complete any major repair. Upon install of the used engine purchased a misfire was observed. Compression test was performed and failed. The vehicle had less than 10 miles on a road test. The engine was sold to us with a disclaimer "runs good"
We've been told the 30 day warranty is up and nothing they will do even though the engine failed upon install. Our customer hasn't even picked up the vehicle. As a shop that installs multiple engines per week, this is by far the worst customer service we have ever experienced.

Great experience!! I called and asked if they had a tail light assembly I needed and they didnt have one on site but told me they could have one for me by the end of the day. Sure enough they called me back and had it. I went and picked it up. It looked great. No scratches, blemishes....nothing wrong with it at all. I installed it and it worked perfectly. Great prices, too. Two hundred less than other places I looked at.
Called for a headlight, told them twice over the phone what make and model I needed. I get there and they tried to give me the wrong light after talking over the phone. I drove 18 miles there and back for nothing. Very unprofessional for business for people to drive there and back not to have what you asked for after they told you they had it. Never again I will recommend anyone to go to this place.
I couldn't find the part I needed anywhere else but here! And they were hundreds of dollars less than everywhere else. They were very helpful they loaded it for me. I never knew this place was back here but now I will never go anywhere else. Five Star Junkyard if that's even possible
I have not had this great of service in a very long time. I'm skeptical of reviews, but this is a real world review. I need most of the body panels for 2001 Dodge Ram 1500. Their prices are completely reasonable. I would say the best around. I offered to pay for delivery of the bed, and they said they will get it to me. The more I purchased, the better the discounts got. If your in the military, please trust this business. My military tour and time here in the STL area is closing down. It's best a privilege to be your customer. Ask for Dean!
Ordered an AC compressor for my car. Shipped it straight to my shop. Shop installed the part, did an evac and recharge to the AC system and added dye. Called me and told me the compressor's clutch was not engaging, and that the part I ordered was no good. Called this junkyard back to return it. Was told they had a 7 day warranty on the part. To me, that means it should be installed and then work for at least 7 days. To them it apparently means that the part is supposed to be returned within the 7 days from the time I ordered the part. So shipping to my shop, installation time, and shipping back to this junky junkyard is all supposed to take place within 7 days. I already am out the labor for installing this no good part. I recommend not getting parts from these clowns. They will ship you bad parts and refuse to take it back.
I called this place in regards to a cv axle and they told me $50.00. I told them that you can get a brand new one from Autozone for $52.99 and they hung up on me. They are very unprofessional and i wouldn't recomend them to anyone
