Well it took 2 trips to get the right parts & the counter guy wasn't to knowledgeable the first trip & the girl hooked me up on the return trip, but bottom line they had the parts & the van got fixed.

very good auto parts store ..buy online.. pick it up or have it shipped ..you can return to the store any cores or wrong parts ..cant beat that ..

I don’t pretend to be a car guy and actually know very little. Joe W. saw me struggling in the isles and immediately came and helped and made sure I did not spend more money then was necessary. I would highly recommend this and encourage you to see Joe who also has a very cool semi pro football ring. Great guy.

I love going to this store... As a single woman I've learned so much about my car without mechanics trying to get over on me... They are helpful and they go above and beyond to save me money where they can... If they don't have it in their store they order it with a fast delivery... Go and ask for Sean... I promise you won't be disappointed.!!! I know I'm not.!!

They took my old batteries and oil and gave me in store credit on the batteries. Very nice people at the counter that knew what they were doing.

Not too bad.. definitely better than O'Reilly's... but, not as good as Donnelly.. It's merely the experience and knowledge, that leads me to Donnelly. Also, the ability to get those hard to find items..

Needed a very odd sized bulb, had it in stock. Attendant was helpful and courteous. Store was neat and orderly.

If you plan to buy anything online from them you better only do it when they are open and hope customer support is not busy. They only allow a 45 minute time period to cancel an order and if they are closed or support is busy then to bad for you. Never ordering online from here again.

An employee named Miles there is very helpful and knows what he's talking about. He helped me find the part I needed in stock even though it didn't appear on the computer. Very good service.

Checked out a loaner tool, when it was returned they credited someone else’s credit card They told me they noticed the card number didn’t match the card number on the slip but that was my problem so deal with the bank. Buyer an tool renter bewart

Online ordering and in store pick up is highly convenient. Usually always 10-25% coupon discount codes when ordering online for in store pickup. Didnt give 5 stars because the last 3 times ordering online they didnt have product ready. Website states ready in 30min, after ample times of up to 1- 1 1/2 hours, they claimed the didnt see the pick ticket. Other than that smooth process.

Very polite and prompt my order was ready and waiting when I walked in the door. Didn't even take the thirty minute wait it said it would b uh ordering online. No hassles in and out the door with the parts I ordered.
