So grateful I avoided this place- the experience led me to an amazing body shop instead! Brought my older vehicle in for what would have been A LOT of expensive body work, but even if I would happily drop well into the thousands$$$ on this car, their snotty attitudes couldn't be bothered. What an embarrassment for a business to treat good paying customers this way- your avoidance on this project (that I am sure a 'before and after' could've drummed up even more business for them) allowed a better body shop the opportunity to make that money. Zero stars all around. Keep the business you want to keep boys, my pocketbook is someone else's dream!

Newell's did amazing work on my truck. They did a door ding repair on my passenger side door panel. I was just getting the dent repaired because repainting it would have been very expensive. Not only did they get the dent out, I can't even tell where the paint was originally damaged anymore so they went above and beyond. It looks brand new. They were very reasonably priced and actually came in lower than what I was quoted, and they got it done in less than an hour and all of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. My expectations were beyond exceeded. I'd recommend them to any of my family and friends.

I brought my SUV to Newell's to replace/repair the bumper apron that tore off and messed a fender alignment. I was told to expect my car to be done in 16 days. It was completely done in 11 days. They dealt directly with my insurance and the car rental agency. My car was clean, shiny and vacuumed! They made the whole experience very easy!

They went above and beyond! We took an aftermarket bug shield when we dropped off for the repair, totally expecting to pay the extra cost to install it while they had the vehicle. We were very surprised to arrive to pick up our vehicle one day earlier than promised with no additional charge. They kept us well informed as the repair progressed and most importantly, the vehicle looks amazing, inside and out!

Absolute best place in town and likely central Illinois to get any auto body work done. Employees are extremely communicative, friendly, and thorough in all aspects of their work. I love the frequent updates they give on the progress of the work being completed. My personal experience is that my vehicle has always been completed promptly, and typically earlier than expected. The work is always top tier and then some. Cleaning of the inside and outside of my vehicle is always just the icing on the cake. Highly recommend.
They deserve 10 starts to be honest! My car was broken into the night of April 2nd. I needed a new back window and a new ignition. It took 24 days but I was in a rental and I don’t mind them taking their time. Aaron was helpful and sweet, he called me when he had updates. And was set on really getting the broken glass cleaned up out of my car. I have full coverage insurance so a $6000 bill turned into $500 and I couldn’t be happier. Definitely go here for your auto body repairs.
They did a wonderful job fixing my car though my insurance company. They handled everything with the insurance company when the damage was greater than estimated, which made everything easier for me. They kept me in the loop the entire time. They always made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle, and allowed me to voice any concerns that I had. Overall their customer service is outstanding and I would recommend them time and time again.
The car also looks brand new. I brought it back home and my dad and brother were both shocked with how well they were able to repair the damage. They did a great job and I will be back should the need arise.
This place and the staff are wonderful to work with. My van looked better inside and out than when I brought it home from the dealer. Great communication. They made this troubling experience so easy and effortless and I cannot thank them enough.They arranged for everything and made sure that I was comfortable and updated on every step of the process. Dealing with my insurance company and the rental company for another car, they made everything come together seamlessly. Then,when my auto had been repaired, I was so pleased. My car looked better than it has for years. It was painted, polished and perfect. I recommend them so highly. They are honest, friendly, and extremely skilled at their business.
