after explaining all situation, put me on hold and then had to explain everything again. I said how many different people i have to explain tge situation. Terrible attitude

We maintain a fleet of vehicles and do business with several shops in the area. These guys are top notch and worth our drive/tow from Springfield. They do what they say they will and give good bang for your buck.
They took me right in and fixed an issue that could've been costly and detrimental for a more than reasonable price for an on the road mechanical issue
Straightforward, helpful & friendly - something you rarely get with tow truck/roadside companies. As a Fleet Manager, I'm adding them to my list of shops to use when we're in the area. Our truck blew a tire about an hour from them. After a bad customer service phone call with Road Ready, who was the closest, & few other shops who didn't have trucks available at the time, I found Bob & Ron's. They were over an hour away from our truck but Dillon, who answered & eagerly ran the call, was great to work with. Honest & upfront with the ETA & price. They didn't act like it was a burden like so many other roadside companies do. Highly recommend!
I would highly recommend this place. Ron was very straight forward and very helpful. Good work isn’t cheep and cheep work isn’t good. A few months ago Replaced one of my drive housings after a bearing failed and trashed the housing. Was told it would be a few days to complete so rented a car and went home. Even being 7 hours away they still kept me updated.
My truck went down on me at Walmart, Ron showed up and got me rolling, i then drove around to his shop, and he finished a second repair. The price was fair and reasonable.. He was friendly and helpful..I give him thumbs up .. Thank
On 5/25, I broke down in Niantic, Illinois after I had picked up in Warrensburg. Mr. Ron came out to tow me in. He looked to see what was going on after I explained what I had seen. He looked, and he said, “You’re Lucky”. My transmission had vibrated apart. 2 bolts had broke off and a 3rd one was about come out. Mr. Ron told me, he just was glad that I wasn’t driving down the road and it fell out. That’s would’ve been BAD! He hooked the truck up and he and I road on. We talked and laughed as we were headed to the shop. Let me tell you, Mr. Ron is very nice guy. He took me to the hotel. He just didn’t drop me off and left..Noooooo, he walked in with me to make sure they had some vacancies and then he left. I was at the Sleep Inn in Decatur, Illinois almost 10 days. They show me Great Hospitality too. So, on 6/3, around 1:30pm..Mr. Ron came and got me and they had finished the truck. He and I talked as we headed by to the shop. I signed the work order and he give the invoice, we shook hands. I told Mr. Ron, that we thanks you. He told me, if we’re in the area and we need his services, just call him. So, Mr. Ron and Staff, we at FAIRLEY TRUCKING from SUNFLOWER, MS….would like to say, THANK YOU, TO YOU AND YOUR TEAM, YOUR KINDNESS, YOUR HOSPITALITY, and YOUR SERVICE!!!
Couldn’t even get these people to replace a speed sensor on the transmission of my 2014 Mack. Already had the part with me and was told they wouldn’t change it because I didn’t purchase it from them. They didn’t have the part, imagine that. Don’t waste your time calling them cause they don’t care enough to even call you back like they said they would. Made every excuse in the book because I called close to quitting time but it said they were a 24 hour service.
Honest people, know what they are doing, very straight forward, family owned and friendly now don’t expect a hug and a kiss either. Ron and everyone at the shop I want to say thank you for taking care of me when had to go there, I really appreciate it!
We were on our way from to Wisconsin when our transmission in our RV with a 350 Ford transmission stuck in first gear. We stopped at 2 Ford garages and they wouldn't even come outside to look at it and called several garages that said it would be 2-3 weeks before they could look at it. We called Bob and Ron's and spoke with Ron. He LISTENED carefully when we told him what had happened. He told us to shut off the engine and wait a minute and start it up again and go down the highway to see if it would shift gears. He assured us if something went wrong he would come and get us. So we did as he said and..IT WORKED!! We are so grateful to Ron for caring enough to give us his time and making sure we were okay. We went on our way to Wisconsin and west to California and back to Georgia safe and sound! Thank you Ron!!
Ran into some issues with a custom trailer I had. Broke down on the side of the interstate and they were able to do a roadside repair the same day. Had a similar breakdown across the country and they were able to get me part numbers to complete the next repair. Then was able to drive in to their shop for a last minute appointment for a repair. Have been able to help me every time!
The place has a fantastic atmosphere great employees In fact when I went to pick up my truck Ann had baked me a cake knowing it was birthday. Thanks Bob and Rons
I do not know how they serve but the lady who answers the phone needs a better training. Called for broken down and she sounded very annoyed or not interested at least. Half way through trying to explain the issue I just hang up.
My semi truck broke down 1.3 miles away from their shop . I call in to have them help out. They quoted . $100 service fee. 100$ to jump my truck . As thats what it needed. Thats fine , phone customer service not great but looked over that since they were cheaper then Loves, and close by. Unfortunate, but as the guy gets to my truck , my driver tries it again and is able to start the truck . So I expect to be charged the 100$ service fee only. I recevie the call and they say 150$. I ask to speak with Ron himself to explain why this is. He was too aggrevated and upset to explain to me where the extra 50$ charge came from . He did not touch my truck or do anything to it. Fair to pay the 100$ but not willing to pay an extra 50 for no reason . Not a good experience. He claims " I'm going to take your 100$ and still report you , so in the future its going to be hard for your truck to get any help at all in this area, im done with this conversation". Very unprofessional .
I was charged the price of the piece twice the original cost, but the rest is very good and the man who repaired the truck very kind and have a good shop
Called to get information for a repair and prices and all I got from the lady ansering the phone was "I dont know, I dont know that either" and then hung up on me. Well thank you then
