Richard and his team have always been outstanding. Their communication is top-notch. Even when they had to delay my tow due to an important police call, they kept me informed the whole time. They also got me in quickly whenever my plow or dump truck went down. I really appreciate their professionalism and reliability.
3rd place i called and they picked up right away. Gentleman that answered the phone was so helpful. Daniel the driver made it out to me in less than 15 minutes and got my tire changed quickly! Great company would definitely recommend! Just used them for a second time for a flat and tow and service was just as great as the last!

Locked my keys in my car (go figure) and they got here as quickly as possible. Guy on the phone was very kind and helpful, completely stopped me from worrying and gave me a solid time frame. Had to have daughters car towed, we have used Richards in the past before this last time which was in February Great people, friendly, helpful & honest, highly recommend them.
Very unprofessional! The girl they have in the office was very rude and very unwilling to help, I understand completely the tow fee, but a storage fee, when the whole tow should have went a different way if even at all! Then say you can just release the car to them for the charge of it all!! When I went back before they closed they had a man in a wrecker blocking my car like I was going to take it without paying! Just a circus ran business!
I called a different tow truck company and after them not coming after two days I needed my plow picked up, i called Richard's towing and they got my plow within two hours of me calling. Will definitely use these guys again!
I want to take a moment to thank Richard Towing and specifically my truck driver Chris. He really went above and beyond. I was passing through town headed home from out of state after the Xmas holiday week, and my car overheated. Chris got there in under 15 mins. But most of all, he took me to a motel and he stayed until he knew I was safe.. As it turns out the motel did not honor the reservation b/c they were asleep and refused entry... so I'm very lucky Chris stuck around. He took me to a second motel.. all this after doing his job and towing my car to a repair shop. He followed up w me the next day and I am very grateful for his service and kindness.
I had a van towed to and back from a mechanic this week. Both drivers were professional and friendly. The van got there and back with no damage. 4 out of 5 stars, will be using them again.
Lost my sunroof during tow because they put my car on the flatbed backwards. I've called and asked to at least be reimbursed for the tow and no reply. Having the sunroof replaced cost 4 times the price of the tow!
I was in town for a concert and my daughter accidentally locked my keys in the car. I called Richard’s and they were able to get my car open very quick. We didn’t miss a second of the show! Would highly recommend them!
I have always used Richard's when needing a tow. They have always been prompt & professional. The last time their driver even waited around for my ride. When he took too long, he gave me a ride to work.
Don't waste your time with these jokers they waste your time then make excuses as to why they're so busy.
I tried 3 times to get a tow Everytime they made excuses flat tire, we don't work on sunday and we dont take appointments.
Call back Monday first come first serve was the result.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband has been stuck on the side of the road for literally 7.5 HOURS!!!
They did call and inform him there were a couple of wrecks which is fine, but then not long after they say their on the way, Richard’s calls back to tell him they won’t be able to help at all!!??!!??
I understand that wrecks and police tows take priority but come on… 7+ hours is ridiculous!! call and find another truck or do what you can to help remedy the situation. I know a lot of places these days are unaware of this term but it’s called customer service!!
Tow was called in shortly after 7 am, at roughly 12:50 he was told the truck was on the way 20 minutes later he was told they won’t be able to tow him at all.
Right on time! On a Thursday night around 8pm. When the vehicle quit working at Walmart. They got to me so quickly. They were so friendly and kind from the phone call to the tow.
My brother was helping me exchange a front door at Menards. He got out of his truck to unload the door onto a cart, but left it running with the air on for his little Yorkie. Somehow the Yorkie hit the lock button on the door handle and locked the door! We called Richard's Towing and Storage (recommended by a friend who always uses their services to tow vehicles that they work on in their auto shop ... including our vehicles) and they were 3 hours out with other towing jobs. When I explained that there was a little dog locked in the truck, they said that they would be there right away.
We learned a hard lesson that day about how even when you think your dog is safe in a vehicle, the unexpected CAN happen! We are SO thankful that they cared enough to make getting the dog out and safe a priority. In my opinion, that makes them outstanding people who provide awesome service and really care. I will definitely call them when I need a tow and will highly recommend them to others!
