Had a flat tire dont wait long at all. He showed us how to get spare tire off its a teaching job for sure but he did well showing us. Plus he was helpful very fast work rain come in afterwards good timing to get it done before this nasty storm coming in.
Had a flat tire this evening. They arrived quickly and changed out the tire quickly. Helped me to get back on the road and home safely. Very friendly and helpful.
Super fast at showing up, was quick about everything, and actually gave me a lot of information on the problem that I'll be passing on to have my truck fixed (greatly appreciate because I know nothing about vehicles ), and his prices weren't bad either which was a blessing. Great full for his service such last second.

I got caught at about 2 am and they saw me and came back after he got his customers vehicle droooed off. He came and got my truck started and I got home from my cross country trip safe and sound.
Couldn't recommend James more!! Great guy, super friendly, fast, communication was great, reliable, pleasant experience! James helped me a figure out that my battery was the issue & ended up saving me hundreds of dollars. Originally I was going to have to have him tow my vehicle to a shop that couldn't get my car in for 10+ days, rental for 10days was $610 plus a $200 deposit. All that was wrong was my car needed a new battery, & with James help; he told me to run to the auto store & plug up my car & diagnostic test. Come to find out, it was in fact just an easy fix of the battery needing swapped out!! Wow, what a blessing!!
James was real pleasant and easy to work. He came and towed my car to springfield to the dealership. He kept in contact with as to when he was coming to pick up my car. Super nice guy. I would definitely recommend and use his services again. This was the first time I have ever had to call a tow truck on my own. He made it quite simple and easy. Thank you so very much.

Very rude to his customers…. Called early this morning to get a car towed was rude when answered the phone… waited 4 hours for him to arrive and never did when I called to cancel he was extremely rude then as well I ended up calling Shaners’s and they came right out…. Poor excuse for a business owner needs more training. Do not recommend
due to a busted hydraulic line they were late towing my jeep so they offered to towed it for free....saved me 70 bucks,i didnt even .ask...thats some damn good service.
James went above and beyond when my teenage sons car broke down. We were prepared to have it towed but he realized it had a bad battery and just needed jumped. He could have towed it and not even tried. I'm thankful for J&K towing. James has restored my faith in humanity. I can't thank him enough. I would definitely recommend them.

These guys are great! On probably the busiest day of the year, they scheduled a tow for me and even arrived early. Unfortunately, I wasn't ready early, but they offered to come back when I said I needed them. The driver even helped another driver having problems in my parking lot, without being asked. Such a good thing to do. When their truck had brake line issues (frozen!), they called me and kept me informed, and even arranged for a tow from a competitor to come and get me. I made it to my appointment on time and everything went smoothly.
Arrived in no time at all, dropped the car at the shop, took me to the next needed destination, beyond fair in his charges, and ensured that the transaction was secure. On top of it all, James, as I came to know him, is a salt of the earth man, trustworthy, and professional. 10 stars is more appropriate.
Very very nice people! Our tire and rim came off of our trailer, leaf springs broke. James got us back home to Indiana. He took one look, saw we were from out of state, went way above and beyond what he needed to do. I am so very thankful, he restored my faith in humanity!!!!!!! It's been a week and I still want to give him a big thank you hug. James you are awesome man!
Outstanding, professional, efficient and friendly service. Responded quickly to roadside assistance request for tow from Champaign to Peoria. Even though the driver was not going to repair it, he graciously took the time to listen to me describe what was going on with my vehicle. He didn’t lose focus on the task at hand and when the vehicle left my location I was confident it would arrive safely at the Peoria location. It did.
This is the best place to get a tire changed. I had two go out on me back to back in two days and he came quickly and did an excellent job. A must call when u need help
The only tow co. that let me schedule ahead for my tow! Said they would call when on the way and did just that! Plus they only charged $65, where other places were anywhere from $75 to $95. The man who came to tow my car was very polite and friendly. Thank you!
Broke down at 930 outside Monticello. Called and got an immediate answer and the owner was more than happy to come out. Very quick and professional. I would recommend this towing company to anyone. Very reasonably priced too!

Very quick and reliable service. The driver picked me and my vehicle up in Decatur IL and drove me to Springfield IL and then back to Decatur and dropped me off at home. Very professional and easy to get along with. Very affordable compared to other companies in the Decatur area.
