After an accident on I-72, Lugari Wrecker Service LLC towed my vehicle to their lot. I went there to recover my belongings and I've got to say, you'll never find a better service or helpful and knowledge person than I met that day when I needed it most! Great service! We had trouble with our 5th wheel camper on our way through Decatur, requiring it to be towed. Not only did they arrive quickly, but they were very friendly, respectful, and recommended a great repair shop that has us back in the road early the next day!

Only known for 12 years ... 7 days for an alignment : knew what parts needed replaced two weeks in advanced, changed 1 "bad" part and not the known bad part, and almost twice the $$$ quoted (estimated) ... as a O/O will not ever go back, not even to have things made right! Already paid for items listed to be done once, can't afford to be down again for shoddy prevention maintenance
Hate to do it because they have a good reputation, and that's why i went to them to work on my Peterbilt but the experience was a 0/5. After 3 weeks of zero communication or call backs and getting the run-around everytime i called to check on my truck and getting a different story everyday, i finally just went and picked my truck up, As an owner operator, communication and time are the biggest things to me. I understand things happen and don't always work out but those things need to be communicated, especially when i'm checking in everyother day and not hearing anything back. I'd like to do business with them again if things would be different next time. It is also uneasy hearing that the price is much more than they quoted originally and had no explanation for what had been going on or why it's been a shady story when i call.
I locked my keys in my car at Walgreens and when I called Lugaris he was there in about 10 minutes and had my car unlocked in about a minute and a half!
I actually ended up going with Shaner Towing in Decatur Illinois. they did a great job and got my truck off the highway and then brought it back to Champaign for me the next day.
Awesome far out place, the staff are all great groovy folks, they do complete work that is spot on correct the 1st time, I likes em,their alignment is by far the best in the country, that I have seen, and you can't beat the price, thanks you guys
