Handled my '55 Lincoln with care. Good price -- again, even late on a Sunday night..... Only had to tow my car about a mile or so ---- I'd **almost** made it home, but my battery was completely drained in the 6V system. But a very positive experience with TMG.
Trenton was amazing! Showed up faster than what he quoted me and got my car taken care of safely and efficiently. Def was a relief after everything that had went on today!
Don't recommend them. Called for a tow around 12:30 and was told 1 ¹/² hours for a tow, ok sweet. Had my gf look out for them, 3pm comes around nothing, ok not a big deal things happen, 4 comes around still nothing. I called around 4:40 was told it will be there shortly, ok alittle late but sweet. Here it 10:40 and not only did I not get my car towed but no one called me to tell me that they weren't coming. Very unprofessional of them to not even call me and communicate. Yes they had my name address and phone number and where it was going to be towed. I will not be giving them business.

Had a flat tire near Mt. Zion on Elwin Rd late at night.... 15 degrees out and wind blowing... They showed up within 30 minutes, replaced with spare, and I was back on my way. Very thankful for their responsiveness and service.
I set up two appointments and called to make sure they could make them. They assured that they could make it. They missed both times with a no-call no-show. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
I called for a tow was told over an hour eta & sure enough 20 minutes later Trenton from TMG called and said he was outside of my house, very fast and respectful service. Highly recommend them to any and everyone & they are the cheapest in Decatur. Treated my vehicle very delicately as it sits lower. Very professional young gentleman.

Great reliable company always show up they are very gentle with your vehicle the young man is very polite this is an all-out great company they have hauled my vehicles numerous times they have saved my rear end a lot I cannot say how much I appreciate them putting it in words would not be enough
After getting TMG Towing recommendation, I called to get my Jeep Compass's door opened after my keys were locked inside the car. The customer service was excellent. The man who assisted me arrived very quickly. He was able to get the door unlocked and opened in 5 minutes!! I was charged a very reasonable amount.
If I ever need help opening my car door or towing, I will definitely call TMG Towing again. Also I highly recommend to anyone! I would give more stars if I could!
They were not only really cheap but they were fast efficient and friendly . I would definitely recommend them over anyone . We needed to have an 12 x8 shed moved from the fair grounds to our home on jasper n Garfield .everyone we called were busy and it would be at least 400 I called tmg towing and they sent someone out with in 30 mins of calling and only charged us $125. That's a major difference! And the young man was very nice and friendly made conversation while still working . I was very impressed !!!
I recently locked my key fab in my trunk. TMG towing and recovery were very efficient to come and open my door to retrieve my key. This was late on a Saturday night! I would highly recommend these gentlemen for the job.
This company TMG Auto towing and recovery has seven reviews on Google where they didn't show up to tow the vehicle over the course of one year. Will make number eight. I made an appointment with them to have my truck towed to a repair shop, and they didn't show up wouldn't answer the phone didn't return messages. Just ghosted me completely. left me hanging. Seems to be a trend with this company. I'll never call this company again and I don't recommend that you do either.
I'm totally pleased with the prompt, efficient and courteous service provided by the young men of TMG Towing tonight. They first had to push my car from the lower level of my condo parking area, because the tow-truck was too large for garage entry. After arriving in Springfield, he made sure I saw him lock my car, drop my keys in the dropbox, then escort me to my loaner car before driving away. That's service!
Trent at TMG was super helpful and fit me into his schedule last minute and didn’t charge extra for the last minute tow. Communication between driver and I was great, I received a 15 minute heads up before they arrived and then they helped push the car into a position where they were able to hook up. If I or any friends needing towing in the future I will make sure they use TMG!
We are so grateful for your service! After waiting almost 5 hours with 2 kids with us for a tow with another company in Decatur, our insurance company called TMG and they were out to us within the hour! I didn't get the guys name, but he looked so young. They knew what they were doing and got our vehicle safely transported. I highly recommend that they be your first call if you need a tow in the area.
I had a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon on I-72 on a holiday weekend. There was a time I would have changed my tire - but I'm senior and not so good at that :) I called my husband and found out he was at the emergency room in respiratory distress so I was really anxious to get back on the road. The response from your company was amazing. Your work was incredibly efficient - quick - polite - professional - off the charts excellent and I am so appreciative to have found you. Thank you. We are all home and safe and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there. On a scale from one to five I give you a 10 plus.. Highly recommend this amazing group!
Locked out of my vehicle on a Sunday night. Couldn't reach anyone by phone to help. Called TMG and he arrived within 15 min. Plus hade me inside the truck in 6 minutes. Very good job TMG and thank you for not overcharging me. I would recommend these guys for any towing need. Very impressed with their professionalism, reasonable prices and quick response..
