Ethan quite literally saved us! Our EV got stuck to the charging station. (The cord got stuck in the port) Ethan advised us that he wasn’t very familiar with EVa but proceeded to spend HOURS with us. He was such a life saver as the car was shutting down and it was 29 degrees out. He broke the cord fee from the car, towed us (going back to his office to get a different truck), got us to a warm diner & was just SO calm, kind & helpful. I can’t say enough about what a difference he made for our family that evening. THANK YOU, Ethan!
Ethan was great, we were only in town for a short period of time and he got our truck brakes fixed within 24 hours. He even gave us a ride back to our campground and came out to pick us up the next morning. Above and beyond service and he was very kind. He was also informative on several years/ makes/ models of trucks.
10/10 for this man, can’t say anything bad. Every other towing service I called said Mendota was either too far away or rude over the phone. The dude I talked to was very polite and to the point, gave me the price up front without it being requested and gave me a reasonable time for the pickup. Will definitely be keeping this place in mind for any towing in the future
I had a bearing buddy come off on my camper while I was at mendota hills campground. After I replaced all wheel bearings.

Father-in-law locked his keys in the car. I called them, they quoted me a great price, arrived promptly (shorter time than they originally quoted) knocked it out in 2 minutes, and all was done.

On 9/19 I had an unfortunate problem with my pickup truck on I-39 several miles north of I-80. I called the repair/towing service that would be 2-3 miles from my eventual destination (Woodhaven Lakes). That's when I first met Ethan Orzech. Ethan is the most pleasant, cooperative and cordial tow truck driver I have ever met or done business with. He surprised me with how fast he got to me. Once we got to the shop, he volunteered to taxi me to my lot and pick me up when repairs were completed.

Called on Easter, they answered the phone and said they would be out in 35 minutes. In the meantime someone stopped to help us out. I really appreciate the service on Easter I thought we would be stranded for hours. When I called them to let them know we were back on the road Ethan was super nice about it. Great service, showed up before the estimated time. Super helpful exploring all the possibilities before suggesting the tow even though I lived quite a ways away and business was busy at the time. Over all just a great experience in what was otherwise a stressful circumstance.
