I was stopped at a construction stop light this morning when one of this company's tow vehicles swerved around my stopped car and 1 other stopped car. The driver then proceeds to drive through the red light into oncoming traffic. This driver's clear lack of care for other motorist safety is highly alarming.
Was initially helpful when picking up my car after a breakdown and getting me to a safe place, but when picking up my car to tow home from his yard he was incredibly rude and very unhelpful. When I called to say I was there, the door was locked and he answered “I’m here” and abruptly hung up and didn’t come out or anything to assist. When I came in to pay he said “too good to be true” when I said I needed to pay with card, as he never gave the total on the phone when scheduling the pickup time for me to bring cash. When time to load up the car on my trailer, he tossed the key onto the counter and just walked to the back of his shop without any further conversation. Made me load up my car with no assistance and didn’t seem to care if there was an injury on his property. Seemed like I was just an inconvenience for being there to pickup and pay for my car he agreed to tow and store. The only kind person was his wife, who took the payment over the phone. Not asking for “above and beyond” treatment, but some bare minimum politeness and respect is still expected when paying for services. Very disappointed in the company I chose and would not recommend unfortunately.
The guy seems very narsisctic to he honest. I took phycology in college when working for my law degree. I know a narsisist when I encounter one and I was as respectful as can get
Never go here, he is a very very very bad person, he mentally abused me threw the entire experience of simply picking up a license plate , never go where google maps leads u to the back of the building he threatened to call cops multiple times , absolutely the worst human being if ever talked too. Go to wells towing in lawrenceville very good people there ask for charles
No only does he tow vehicles but he does all my automotive repairs and he gets a them in a timely manner! Fast service, great price, I won't go anywhere else!!
