Guy was super unprofessional and was being really rude over me just asking him a few simple questions Abt if we can pull are parks and was making seem like I was trying to steal from the junkyard overall terrible service
Great experience! Helped me find the part I needed! Staff was wonderful, knowledgeable & easy to work with. Prices were more than fair! Would recommend & come back again! The guy in the back room was exceptionally kind.
They had the axle I needed. It's hard to find but not rare. It was a lot of work getting them to sell it to me. The woman in the office is not helpful at all, refers all questions to the man who is distant at best and downright rude sometimes. Twice I phoned for information to save a drive over and twice my call was not returned. He acts like the only junkyard in the area, maybe the others are worse.
Oh, and they only accept cash and a receipt was never offered to me.
Had no idea how to remove part. Employee there took the time to not only help, but also walked me through the removal and installation process. My new go to spot for parts.
Stayed late for me on a Saturday! Had the tailgate pulled and after I okayed they carried it out to my truck and installed it!!!! The price was excellent as well as the service.
Great place for dropping off your recyclable metals, appliances, and cars. They may pay by weight of bulk items depending on what you have, ask them. Also will pick up your old car if you're junking it.
Love the convenience of the process of taking in my scrap metals at auto salvage, but...I think the need to have their scale checked....before I left home weighed in at my grainy in my town , got to auto salvage and was 20 pounds less, but amazingly my empty weigh was the very same at both places, would want to think pounds were being shaved off at the scale....
I agree with the woman answering the phone being unprofessional. Very short with you and didn't answer my question at all. They now recycle aluminum cans but pay 20 cents under what other places give.
I've been coming here for years, always had good selection at descent prices. However, they had called the place where I got my alternator tested and instructed them to tell me its a good part. Won't be going back, I didn't think they would lower their standards to get a part sold.
Woman answering the phone was extremely unprofessional. I asked a question and got hung-up on, so I just called back explained that the call had disconnected and asked my car question again, and once again the woman just hung-up on me again lol. I don't get it...
