Zack was great, communication was excellent. They told me it could be a few hours and it was within the hour. He dropped my car off at a mechanic for me, then found out it needed to be towed again to a dealership so they came within the hour and towed it a second time!

I went to leave for work only to find I had a flat tire. Even though it was 7:40 am on a Saturday I was able to talk to an actual person on the phone and she had someone dispatched right away. She quoted a 45 minute wait, but it was much less than that. The driver, Travis, was great. He was so friendly and chatted with me while he worked. He got my tire changed and made sure I knew all the safety restrictions of the spare tire. He also made sure he got all the information so my roadside insurance claim would go through with no issues. Great service all around. I would definitely recommend and will use them again if needed!
Got this towing company sent to me at least twice to help with our cars. Travis was so helpful and kind through the experience. Most recently, they got there in 20 minutes and when we got back to the house I also got my other car jumped because it'd been sitting there for awhile. Excellent service, I highly recommend!!

Was sent Gibson Towing through my insurance and Travis called me within 30 minutes of filing my claim. He went to the location that I entered and he called me. I forgot there was TWO BPs in Plano and I sent him to the wrong one. He was so patient and understanding and made it incredibly easy to work with. I would 100% use them again for another service!!!! Gibson towing was sent as my roadside service thru insurance. Easy communication and kept me up to date w arrival of town and when it got dropped off at local garage. Travis was great w explaining the process and very professional. Definitely would use again if next arises.
Great customer service. I had them pickup a generator and drop it off at a recycler. The recycler was very difficult to work with but Gibson Towing worked through it. Very reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

I hit a deer and Statefarm set up towing through a different company. That company never showed. I was waiting for two hours in the cold and had to leave my vehicle to go home.
I asked for Gibson towing since I have used them before with great results. (had I known that I could’ve just called them and not gone through State Farm, and I would’ve been reimbursed on the backend, I would have done that in the first place). They got to my car within 45 minutes. I had gone home and the tow truck driver was nice enough to take a picture to let me know that he was there with my vehicle. The next morning they even reached out to me to make sure I was OK. Five stars.100% would recommend .
I had the best experience with this company. My daughter had gotten a flat tire at close to 10:30 pm and with 1 easy phone call they sent their driver Zack to save the day! Travis came to tow my car from my house to the service station. He was so friendly and took the time to talk to me about what happened and what the problem might be. He explained what he needed to do and took care of everything making the whole process go smoothly, even though it was the end of the work day. I haven't had such a pleasant experience with a service person in quite some time. 5 stars for sure!!
Zack is absolutely wonderful! He helped me out in towing my car in a desperate time when no one else bothered to help me out. It was an added plus that he’s towed Teslas before and was cautious to not cause any additional damage to my vehicle.
