Seeing that this company is located in a smaller town, it would be easy to understand if they were a little antiquated in their procedures. That is Absolutely Not the case! Alberto was on top of what I was looking for and was able to process electronic payments flawlessly. Everybody I called couldn't find what I was looking for. Alberto was able to cross reference the part and found it from a different application.

I just Bought two front leather seats of a gmc Sierra from them. I contacted them through Facebook market place and they responded right away they answered any questions I had. I was also coming 2 hours away from them when I got there Tyler had the seats ready and let me inspect them first. BC Automotive made it easy to work with them again.
I dealt with Alberto over the phone about some Jeep doors and interior parts, really nice guy. He took a deposit to hold the parts until I could come pick them up since I'm about 3 hours away. I drove out there a couple days later, and was pleasantly surprised to find the nicest group of people you could expect to meet in the parts business. I mean it when I say every employee I saw was friendly and professional in a way that really stands out in the world today. The gentleman that helped me load my items noticed a small trim piece was missing from my door panel and ran back out to the Jeep to get it for me, along with a couple other little pieces I didn't notice. Who does that? The average guy wouldn't have cared and sent me on my way without it. Not to mention the facility and lot was well organized and as clean as any auto recyler I've ever seen, which is quite a few. I'd go out of my way to do business here again. Thank you for the exceptional service, and give everyone an 'atta boy for a job well done.

BC Automotive was exceptional, their customer service was the best I have ever experienced, they were extremely patient and helpful when trying to figure out my parts list as I do not have any experience with that. They went out of their way to help me figure out what I needed and when I had to order some parts they were delivered exceptionally fast, they stayed in contact with me the whole time. The outside yard was very clean for this type of business. I was super impressed with the whole process, I would highly recommend BC Automotive I’ll give them 10 stars.
