If you want to fix your phone do not go here. They will mess up more. I had a broken screen, but the phone was working fine, I was using through my watch. I was able to make calls and was able to increase or decrease the volume with side buttons. But after replacing the screen they messed up my network connection and side button. Now I had to get a new phone.

This store is great! The manager went above and beyond and replaced my battery. They made it easy and were professional and courteous. NEVER go to the Gurnee location or any non-corporate owned locations if you want good service.

I’ve been to the store 3 times and called several to get a key fob replacement. The staff can never answer a question directly, always confused. I was told to come in and pay for my fob and the programming, and I will be called when it arrives for an appointment. It’s 2 weeks later and they still haven’t called me, only me calling them and being told the part can’t be found and I have to talk to the manager. I left my number for the manager (Yana) to call me but she will not call. At this point, I’m going in to get my money back. I rather spend my money elsewhere.

My wet cell battery was dated 5/23 bought 10/24. Was not maintained and should not have been sold. The store was fine with my returning it. I inspected their inventory and they had batteries from 1/22 for sale. Don't shop here for wet cell batteries

battery replacement on Iphone. 1st time using Batteries Plus. made appt. no surprises at check in . Jana did a great job explaining process and future info after battery change. Repair was on time. Efficient . Quick. Very satisfied.

Service was great. The car battery that I was looking for was in stock locally. I was able to order it online and pick it up within an hour. The fit was perfect and it works fine. It was not inexpensive, but it was better than ordering it online for delivery from another retailer (which begins with a W) and having it arriving late (2 days) and damaged (it was).

I went to get a screen replacement, as they advertise that they do. Jana questioned and tried to make it seem like my phone was worked on previously, but not until after I came back to pick up my phone. My phone wasn't worked on ever.. They completely broke my phone to where it wouldn't turn on anymore, and it wasn't even assembled back correctly. She brought itnout to me with a runner band and handed it to me. I went somewhere else to have it looked at and I was told they 100% didn't put it back together properly, and has some glue in it..Horrible! They seemed all backwards there. I'm also checking to see if they swapped my phone battery waiting on samsung to confirm my S/N

Don't trust the website when it allows you to schedule an installation of an auto battery. Follow up with the store. The employees I spoke with, two clerks and a manger, were unhelpful and uninformed. They were nice and sincere. But they were just useless. If you know what you want and want to install it yourself, this place is probably fine. But if you need the store employees to have any knowledge or skills, go elsewhere.

Go in here with warranty. Battery discharged a bit from a spark after attempting to put back into my bike. They blame me for being a bad battery owner even though I kept the thing on a tender the whole winter. They tell me they will call me the next day to pick it up after they attempt to chatge it, the next day is Sunday and they are closed... thanks...... really appreciate your assistance....... Will update to a 3 star. In the end they at least gave me a new battery, as it was under warranty.

Store personnel are very helpful and even helped work through an issue with the on-line ordering system (buy on-line, pick-up in-store discount was not working). Vernon Hills team has been great to work with. They didn't have the four industrial deep-cycle batteries I needed urgently, but they went to the Crystal Lake store to bring them in to meet my urgent need. Great Work and customer service!

Jana was awesome. She was super friendly and helpful and was able to finish the repair the phone faster than expected. She gave great advice on phone cases and screen protectors. I will definitely send friends and family to this store for repairs.

Competitive prices and they really know what they're doing! Found this place when searching to fix my phone and I'm glad I did! Fantastic job done and my phone looks brand new for half the cost of what I'd pay at another so called "authorized service center". I shall go back for my future needs and also recommend my friends and family!

My motorcycle died and after calling and verifying they had a suitable battery, i started to walk the 4 miles to the store. The manager tried to contact me and actually sent out a van looking for me with a charged battery. I was told this upon arriving at the store. No one has gone out of their way to help me like that. Due to issues with my cell phone, we never connected but I will never forget the help that was extended to me.

I ordered a battery for my Galaxy S5 online and picked it up the next day. Super easy. Friendly and helpful employees and a great product. 7/1/2020. Ordered another battery for my phone and had another great experience. Thank you again BPB.

I have been dealing with this Store for a few years now and I always get great service. the employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. They generally have what I need in the store but if they have to order it I always get it in a few days. they have also done a fantastic job fixing all our companies phones when I turn them in for repair in a timely manner.

My 1st trip into this store. I really didn't know what batteries plus was. Well, now I do, and I was pleasantly surprised . we were greeted right away and when we asked about a battery for our phone, they new the answer, was able to replace within 30 minuets. The service was great and the price was fair. Kept us from getting a new phone that we don't need right now.

They carry hard-to-find sizes, like batteries for UPS's. If you order online for store pickup, you get a 10% discount, an email notifying you when your order is ready, then go in, show an ID, and pick up your item. Great experience.

Sierra did a great job programming my car key. After having some difficulty, she didn’t give up and figured out how to make it successful. I have been to the store several times for products and have always been satisfied. Sierra is professional and pleasant to work with. Definitely 5 star rating.

This location is absolutely pathetic. I was there to get battery change for my iPhone. The girl working seems lunatic with mind. Seems the staff doesn’t have the common sense to handle situations. Harassing the customer to come back later in 20 min since they are busy and when you come back thinking they will address you right away they say it might take 11/2 to wait. So earlier estimate was 20 min if I come back in 20 min. So making me drive back and forth in -4 temperature and what I get after coming again the staff disgusted behavior and idiotic attitude. I have been a regular and have recommended this location. NOT ANYMORE. They don’t deserve my business.Waited over a week since they didn’t had battery in stock and eventually when they have and they called me to come, you face this rediculous staff. Than being thankful that you waited to get your battery change from us and came back you get treated as mentioned. I would have gone somewhere else...

Sierra went above and beyond to help me with my cell phone and 2 key fobs. She was extremely helpful and professional. The store was neat and clean. I was impressed with the wide variety of items they carry. I would highly recommend this store.

Excellent service. I brought my 91 year old grandfather in to find a new battery for his laptop. Not only did we get the battery he needed, but the clerk also explained good battery use and maintenance to my grandfather. I was very pleased how the clerk spoke directly to my grandfather and slowly enough for my grandfather to understand. Thank you for that.

Should have went to Apple Store. Went here instead because they were closer and easier to drop in. Had to go back the next day as the battery was rattling in my phone. They fixed and in a couple days it was rattling again. Visited for the third time and he said the wrong glue was used and tried again. Seems to be working normal now. But it took three trips total. Had I just went to he Apple Store it would of been done right the first time. I have a iPhone 6.
