It's companies like this that make me feel bad that mechanic shops get bad rap sometimes. Austin from a tire Didn't try to sell me on anything. He went above and beyond, trying to help me even when there was no extra pay for it. And he was beyond knowledgeable. These are my primary focuses when I need to find a trustworking mechanic. This group of mechanics are some of the best! Every time we need to take our vehicle there, they go above and beyond. We get our vehicles in record time and never have a problem making an appointment within a week.
Everyone here is friendly with a sense of humor and wants to serve you well! This family business has been around a long time and it shows. Well-experienced mechanics, excellent communication, and always a smile!

Bought a set of tires there. Joe at the front desk is very knowledgeable. I was given a fair price. This is my 2nd set that I have bought from them. I also have used their towing service.

Normally not one to make bad reviews but there’s something shady about this place. Got my car towed into them a couple weeks ago and they tried to play off that they didn’t have my car. Then the desk guy told me it was stolen. And then said it was in an accident , it wasn’t. Just needed a new serpentine belt and they literally found the cheapest one they could put on and charged me 50 for the belt and 150 in labor fees. Took them 3 days to put on . I showed up on the third day and saw my car sitting in the lot. No call it was ready and guy at desk gave me attitude saying it wasn’t ready . Made me sit for 20 minutes and sure enough then it’s ready sitting in the same exact spot I saw it. Belt is squealing ,clearly they couldn’t have been bothered to adjust the tension after putting on a new belt
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Do not recommend this place! At all! Got pulled over not even a block away from there which ended up in my car getting towed): the next day I went to get my car the lady there was not very pleasant she was not helpful at all she told me we needed to pay the city first for her to be able to return our car which is understandable..the thing i did not appreciate is that her knowing the village and the police department were close she still sent us away..she could have easily said that we needed to wait until Monday because the village and the police department were close instead of wasting our time..also she said they close at 2pm but at 1:45 they close the gates..I think they should clarify that in their business hours..i will let all my friend and family to never go there!!
I needed a fix in a pinch, this place is down the street from me and I've never been here before. Right off the bat I can tell these are some seasoned guys that won't be everybody's cup of tea. But I read through all of these bad reviews, people complaining about stupid stuff like them having dogs occasionally in the shop or not hitting them over the head with niceties as soon as they walk through the door. Get over it.
If you want someone to pamper you, go to starbucks. If you want some guys who are going to be Straight Shooters with you and clearly have some experience and world weariness put on your big boy pants and come here. Will be returning for more work. Thanks guys!
Poor customer service! These old people that work there has a bad customer service at all. They don’t even say hi or good morning, good afternoon! They just look at you and as a first time customer i am the one who greeted them. Never go back there since!Anyway, I canceled my appointment or didn’t go through with it since I’ve noticed their attitude!
Horrible, Shady, Unprofessional Business! I will never refer or go back to this rip off joint again. A tow 8 minutes down the road cost almost $600. no one at the office cared or took money off regardless. How is this place still in business!! WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The guys behind the counter were really great !! Needed tires , and they did a great job at a great price !! I arrived a bit early for my appointment and they took me right away .
Always have great service there. They are always friendly and very helpful. They let me know what is wrong with my car and tell me the cost up front. When I had my car towed they arrived right away. Will always use them for my car needs
My family has been taking our vehicles here for years. I have always had a good experience with a-tire. Their prices are reasonable but the quality of workmanship from a-tire is astounding for what you are paying for.

Completely overpriced. Quoted me $100-125 to mount and balance four loose tires on 4 loose wheels! Their lot is always full of metal debris (broken car parts, screws & nails) when I walk by, as if they're hoping to repair flat tires.
Would not tow our wrecked car to the repair shop we wanted. Instead bullied us into towing it to their lot. We weren't told of the storage charge of $60 per day until we called the next day. Unfortunately we can't remove the car, our insurance has to - who knows how long that will take. The employees are agressive and unhelpful.
Wow! I can't believe this business is not 5 stars. The employees are super nice, the prices are easy on the wallet, and they even drove me home and picked me up when I purchased 4 tires. Free rotation ever 6,000 miles doesn't hurt either.

These people are awsome I honest price, local, I have had them tow a motorcycle and a car for me and both time we awsome. I can't say enough good things about them.
Wish I could give this place less than one star... A-Tire left me stranded in sub-zero temperatures for hours.
My roadside assistance linked me up with this shop as I was stuck needing tire assistance four miles (10 mins) from their shop. A-Tire accepted the request and sent me an ETA. It wasn't until I called to check in - after 45+ mins of service being overdue - that I was told ACS cancelled service. They did not notify me, nor did they notify my roadside assistance. This shop made me wait two hours for a lack of service (PLUS time spent waiting/finding another service).
ACS, you're horrible and a sorry excuse for the word "professional"! Do NOT use this place for any kind of roadside service!!
Always get the fix done, they could be a lot more up front with what else is wrong with your vehicle though.. people might not pay you 1000 to fix breaks if you let them know the rear end will still be broken and an additional 3k to fix.. but they will still call you again and trust your opinion.
What's worth more?
Used them lots of times they fixed a flat and mounted the wheel on and put the spare away instead of just throwing itnin the back for $25. Then I busted my lower control arm they said 800-1200 and I ended up paying 680. Highly recommended.
I wouldn't even give 1 star but there is no option for 0. Customer service is excellent and why wouldn't it be when they take you to the cleaners. Bought all 4 tires there and a rim was a decent price. Then sensor whent bad took it back there they said they dont fix those so had to go to Hyundia to see about getting it fixed. Was charged $300 to fix that and then was shown it was broke by A tire when they took off the wheels and was screwed and sodered back on. No wonder it came on right away as tpms. Then was told by them I needed a rear alignment but the bolt was frozen so cant just adjust and would have to be broken off new part ordered and then aligned about $350 yet Hyundia had no problem doing the alignment for $130 and not needing to brake anything off. I would never go there again and felt I got screwed. Also just found out my tires that were purchased new from A-tire in 2018 were made in 2015 so I paid full price for 4 brand new tires that were already 3 years old. They definitely know how to screw a person of course maybe its because I am a women with blonde hair. Shame on you A-tire. I have alot of friends and will let them know what kind of business you really do. The shady kind that should be put out of business!
The front desk heavy set person is a rude individual zero people skills . Does not like to be asked questions and his remarks are what do you want ?? I took my $600 worth of business to different location . Rude Rude customer service.
Got my tires in 2 days, mounted balance 4 wheel alignment, no attempt to sell me suspension or steering work ( when have you ever gotten tires and not been told you need additional work? )
Best part, done, out the door for less than I could find the tires alone online.
Took my teenage son for $345 tow and a $10 fuel surcharge, for less than 5 mile tow. They also charged him $60 storage for 14hrs. Very rude when picking up the vehicle too. Find some place else

Good honest people. Very reasonable. Joe was very helpful in explaining the details of my repair; he even physically showed me where the problems were as the vehicle was raised up.
