The technicians at Pro Auto works are very experienced and knowledgeable. They can repair most any vehicle on the road. I've never had any issues with any work that they've done for me.
Pro Autoworks is the best place to go to when having car issues. They don’t gouge on pricing and are reasonable. Not to mention, the gentleman are so nice and respectful. I needed a tow because my car wouldn’t start; Dan had a tow come right away and Brad (whom is just amazing!!!) jump started my car and got it going. It turned out my battery was dead and it was time for a new one. I ended up not needing a tow and Brad followed me to the shop to make sure I got there okay and so I can get service done and a new battery installed. They got my car done within the hour and on my way I went. No wonder my dad absolutely loved these guys. Brad and Dan, thank you so so much!!!
I’ve posted on their Facebook page, but just came across this. I’ve been going there for about 15 years after feeling I was getting ripped off from the mechanic I had been using. My father and I have been bringing all our cars since then. Glenn has always been fair and honest, even advising me if a repair was not necessary at the moment giving me time to do needed errands before dropping it off. I can honestly say the only time I was disappointed was with the former service manager. Then Joe 2.0 arrived and I was pleasantly surprised by the new experience. He is professional and always takes the time to explain the situation. Both him and Glenn have always been empathetic to my situation. I refer them to anybody that is needing repairs. The team is quick and efficient and I have never left there feeling like I was ripped off or that a repair was unnecessary.
Started with taking my son’s car there, then my dad’s, referred my bestie and now my car. They are reliable, communicative, reasonably priced and friendly. When they tell me my car needs something I don’t feel like I’m being taken. Thank you for the great service!
I always go to the dealer, but hate waiting a week+ to get service done. Had an issue with my alternator/battery. Called the dealer. 2 week wait. Car was dead at the gym at 7pm. Pro Autoworks got me in first thing in the morning, and on the road by 9am.
Found Pro Autoworks through a recommendation from a mechanic acquaintance. Fair prices, knowledgeable mechanics, and honest business practices. Fantastic customer service from Joe. Definitely plan to have my vehicles serviced here from now on.
Had an oil change service done at this shop, drove the vehicle less than 10 miles, ran out of oil and the vehicle stalled. Had to tow it back to the shop, after reviewing the vehicle the shop manager (Joe) said that it was a defective o-ring. He lied, I inspected the vehicle and noticed the mechanic cross threaded the filter housing and did not install it properly.
Spoke to the owner Glenn, and stated that I do not appreciated the personnel lying to customers and taking the for ignorant people. Insulting customer's intelligence is not how you resolve your internal incompetent personnel issues.

I'm a DIY guy fixing my own cars. I can't figure out why my rear shock absorbers collide with the rear hubs when I hit a deep potholes. So I took my car to Pro Autoworks because I know from experience that they are great with alignment. The diagnosis was quick, the price is fair compared to if I'm the one fixing it after knowing what's wrong, and the wait time is quicker. I'm glad that I let them fix it, especially that I notice they put a bigger stabilizer link ( which I painted with anti rust paint already) compared to OEM parts. Thru this shop I realized the importance of stabilizers which I thought was only a nuisance in cars. It's very obvious that their mechanics are well experienced and definitely I'll visit them again for repairs that boggles me. 10 STARS.

I don't often write reviews because like many of you I'm often disappointed with service I receive. That said, today I had an experience that deserves a review. I'm a service contractor and arrived at my shop this morning and the truck that was parked in the front of the driveway would not start. Did all the normal stuff jump start etc. Then I called pro Auto works. They had a tow truck at my shop in about a half an hour moving that truck and allowing my other truck to get busy making money. They towed the truck to their shop and found a corroded wire on a 10-year-old vehicle. They made the repair and called me by 11:15 to tell me my truck was ready. They could have easily told me it was a problem with my remote start or transmission interlock and sold me something. I honestly believe the problem was with one of those things. But they didn't do that. They made the necessary repair and got my truck back to me to make money in a very timely manner. Cannot say how much I appreciate their integrity and their ability to get us back on the road in a timely manner. The cost of the repair in tow was way below what I was expecting to spend when my truck didn't start this morning. Great job! Thank you again.

Every experience with this shop has been good. We have brought 3 vehicles for all kinds of work. A/C, emissions, manual transmission, power steering. They always deliver at a fair price.
We keep bringing our cars there and they keep getting fixed. It's great. Estimates are good and as in the case this last time, the price comes in UNDER that estimate. Glenn is great, the techs are great and the price is usually right on or excellent. Will keep going there.
Joe and their team are very Honest & trust worthy! We had an issue with our vehicle and they couldn’t get the car to reenact the same problem, they don’t play the guessing game and have us replace parts we do not need. Will definitely come back and recommend this shop to family and friends.
Fantastic shop! Glen was extremely helpful when he didn’t have to be and pointed me in the right direction with one of my vehicles. He gained my business for that and now works on both my vehicles. Was greeted by Joe when I entered the front door, and called within 24 hours on the problem and solutions. My vehicle was ready at the end of the day. The total price was more than fair in that I thought I had problems with my 4WD, but in reality did not. Pro Autoworks did not charge me labor, which is beyond fair. I will continue to take my business to this establishment not only because they're honest, but that this place is military/Veteran friendly. Thank you for the excellent experience!

Great mechanic. They're honest and quick, with very fair prices. They explain the work they've done very clearly.
No pushing unnecessary work/parts. No BS. No bad or gruff attitudes (that I've seen), like a lot of mechanics seem to have.
I haven't had an issue with any of the work they've done for me. Even though they often seem busy, they've been great about squeezing me in when I've needed work done.

I have used Pro Auto on a couple of occasions for repairs beyond my knowledge. They were very quick to receive and diagnose my issue. Once they knew what was wrong they contacted me to let me know what they had discovered and discuss the repairs. They gave me up front pricing with no suprises. Once the repairs were finished the even kept the parts that were replaced to show me what the issue was. This made me very comfortable with the repairs and helped put me at ease. They are very professional and straight forward.

These guys have been our "main" mechanic for a few years. They've fixed everything on our Ford Escape, Mercury Mountaineer, KIA Rio, and Hyundai Tiburon. I love this place because they are very honest people. They won't sit there and create a whole list of things are broken on your car, that are actually fine. They aren't seeking to take all your money. They even show us what's broken on our car, and what it's supposed to look like. They have very reasonable prices and work quickly. I do recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment. They are a very popular place.
