  Was going to get a battery at O'Reilly but the guy there couldn't get the old battery out. Went to AutoZone in Round Lake Beach, and Fabi was very helpful. She got the old battery out and the new one installed without problem. Going to AutoZone from now on!

  Went in for a fuse problem. They aren't supposed to work on fuses. I totally was good with that. But the manager there today was so helpful and I really appreciated his help. Turned out I didn't need to replace a fuse. But I am so grateful for his help today and he taught me something I didn't know. Than you thank you.

Not only did they find my original purchase that still had warranty but Alex installed a new battery on the spot. They all were so kind and helpful. They do this store proud. Customer for life !

  Came here the other day looking for a headlight. They help you from the minute you walk in the door and they’re approachable and knowledgeable. They also weren’t trying to swindle me out of tons of cash on a simple fix.And then they put me on to the rewards program! I was in good hands! The store manager was a great woman to work with.

  Kevin has helped me thoroughly the last TWO times I was here. Came in with an out headlight, he changed it out for me and everything, and I just had to pay $18! The shop that pointed it out was going to charge me $75 for the SAME THING HE DID IN 2 SECONDS. I’ll be coming back here with all my questions. This has really made me feel confident in being able or work on my car on my own.

  Leo provided a great service!! He went above and beyond in offering himself to help loosen up the Headlight Back Cap Bulb Dust Cover on my SUV which was extremely tight..
