Dom was very helpful very friendly and knew exactly how to help! I’m so glad he works here because I bought everything I needed and even some stuff I didn’t know I needed! Now I’m not having any issues and I’m so much happier with my car! I was getting so frustrated.. It’s so rare to get the level of service I got today with Dom but I’m so grateful and I now have a shop right across the street that has everything I need and someone I trust! DOM IS THE BEST! I went in looking for new wipers so I don’t damage my new windshield with crappy old ones and found the cutest pink ones! I had no idea if they would fit my car or how to put them on put Dom looked everything up for me and even put on the wiper blades for me! He was kind enough to also let me check how well they worked and we found out my wiper fluid sprayers were clogged and my wiper fluid was frozen!! He showed me this $3 bottle of liquid the defrosts my wiper fluid and he unclogged my sprayers and voila! My sprayers and wipers were working beautifully!! I also bought better winter washer fluid that won’t freeze and Dom also noticed a leak in my washer fluid reservoir and that helped fixed the issue of where my new fluid was going lol He brought out a funnel for me and tested everything out on my car. GREAT attitude, HAPPY to help and VERY knowledgeable!! Also, everything I needed in 1 store. So glad I stopped by!! THANK YOU SO MUCH DOM!!! I will definitely be coming here for everything my car needs from now on. EXCEPTIONAL customer service by Dom. He’s your guy!!! I needed a new battery for my car. I called to see if I needed an appointment and they said, no, just come on through! When I got there, I was greeted and helped by a nice young man. He found a battery for my car and installed it quickly. He was polite and knowledgeable.

I usually dont leave reviews but Tijuana one of the managers was amazing I went in to get an oil filter and oil. She went on the computer and found all that i needed not only did she let me know the items for my car were in stock but instead of telling me where they are she went above and beyond. She went and grabbed all the items and more she not only helped but gave me such an amazing deal/ discount for all the items I got . She had such amazing customer service and was so nice and eager to help. People like her not only make shopping easy but makes you want to come back.
I went to buy a water pump and an alternator, Dom was really kind and helpful,he was able to find both parts under my warranty that saved me a lot of money.Very professional at helping others.
Was going to get a battery at O'Reilly but the guy there couldn't get the old battery out. Went to AutoZone in Round Lake Beach, and Fabi was very helpful. She got the old battery out and the new one installed without problem. Going to AutoZone from now on!

Went in for a fuse problem. They aren't supposed to work on fuses. I totally was good with that. But the manager there today was so helpful and I really appreciated his help. Turned out I didn't need to replace a fuse. But I am so grateful for his help today and he taught me something I didn't know. Than you thank you.
There's a worker there named Tashina and then there's her shift manager. If I could give him 0 stars I would. She asked him a question and he plain shut her down. She did the best she could to get me the deals for what I was purchasing. She should be the manager I couldn't believe she was more knowledgeable than him. This store is lucky to have someone like her and I hope she gets a raise or something cause her work ethic was above anything I've seen from an auto zone employee
My husband and I went in for aTurn signal/hazzard flasher adapter and gasket paper (material) Friday evening. The guy behind the counter was 100% useless. He said we needed to look up the part numbers because he never heard of either of the items we were looking for that night. He was unwilling to try and look it up on the computer. Was he playing games? We didn't have the part numbers or my phone to look them up. After 10 minutes of trying to find it on our own and trying to deal with your employee we left. Went to Advance Autoparts down the street and was in and out in 3 minutes. We will never be back.
Been here multiple times throughout the years. Mostly to take advantage of their free diagnostic readings when the check engine light comes on and then to buy the parts from there. Staff is always kind, courteous, happy to help, and manly. Had them install a car battery bought from them. Went smoothly. They have the tools and help right there so I don't have to go fishing in a cluttered garage. Since I was there at non peak hours, they got right to it in the parking lot. It really is the services like installations that keep me coming here to this location but I've been to other locations with similar experiences. Thanks as always for the help.
Just went in to get some wipers. The cashier was so helpful assisting me to choose. Michael the store manager on staff offered to put them on when the weather was rainy and windy. Now that customer service! Highly recommend
Very rude. Arrived 12 minutes before closing. I quickly drove there right after work. Guy locked one of the doors. They stared at me for 2 minutes. I motioned to my watch. Eye roll, and they motioned to the other door. Needed just an oil filter. Wouldn't let me find the filter myself. Wouldn't let me choose the brand. He rushed and got it himself. Wouldn't give me the filter number. Then, I Needed a air filter. He wouldn't let me look. After 2 minutes of looking. He said that there wasn't one in stock. After this experience. I will suggest going somewhere else. I know that I will shop at a different store from now on.
I just want to say that Leo, was amazing helping me get everything I needed. His customer service is outstanding! As a business owner I respect and value those employees who do their jobs just the way Leo took care of me. Made it easy and informed me of things I didn’t know about my vehicle. Great Job Leo!!!
7/11/23 I was in there at about 12:30 Kevin helped me he was very knowledgeable an found the right product I needed. He was friendly. Everyone was super friendly but Kevin really did a great job and took extra steps to help me because I knew nothing about fuses. Thank you Kevin for your help an your knowledge.
You better know exactly what part you're looking for because most of their staff is not knowledgeable on automotive parts and rely on the computer to tell them. Also if you're buying parts here remember it is a cut rate auto parts store. Buy the best they have otherwise it's more than likely the part is not going to last long. Remember any warranties they offer our prorated so if it only lasts a year chances are you're going to be paying close to full price for the replacement. A number of years ago I spent $125 on the best battery they had, it lasted a year and a half and when I took it back for the warranty I still had to pay $80 for the replacement. If you want knowledgeable staff and quality parts save yourself the expense and go to NAPA!
Round Lake IL location. Jose, Alex and Fabi are the best! They helped me out of a situation with a dead battery. Not only did they find my original purchase that still had warranty but Alex installed a new battery on the spot. They all were so kind and helpful. They do this store proud. Customer for life !
Kevin has helped me thoroughly the last TWO times I was here. Came in with an out headlight, he changed it out for me and everything, and I just had to pay $18! The shop that pointed it out was going to charge me $75 for the SAME THING HE DID IN 2 SECONDS. I’ll be coming back here with all my questions. This has really made me feel confident in being able or work on my car on my own.
Came here the other day looking for a headlight. They help you from the minute you walk in the door and they’re approachable and knowledgeable. They also weren’t trying to swindle me out of tons of cash on a simple fix.And then they put me on to the rewards program! I was in good hands! The store manager was a great woman to work with.
The customer service I received today from Leo was incredible. From the moment I walked in to the store, I knew I would be taken care of with kindness. He helped me look for the product I was looking for and even helped me install it. The store was busy, but he made sure I got the assistance I needed. I really appreciated that about him.
