LTS Motorworks has work on my Jaguar F-Pace. 3 time now. Leon and his crew are very respectful and knowledgeable affordable with all makes and models of cars. He has done 2 oil changes a coolant flush and brakes. Very happy with all their service they have completed with my car. Recently we had a control arm break on another one of our cars. Call Leon up.told him the problem He had the car towed into his shop got right on to fixing the car and got it back to me. It was unbelievable how fast efficient LTS was. Save us from renting a car. We took our ‘66 Impala in due to gas leaking. The service was timely and the price was great. They found the issue and fixed it without piling on addl services/repairs. We will definitely be using LTS Motorworks in the future!
It’s not very common to find an honest mechanic these days. I’ve been taking my work truck to LTS after having some problems and they have been great to work with. They don’t guess on what the problems could be, they are great with diagnostics and finding out the root cause of the problem. Amazing customer service from the owner who takes his time and knows what’s going on in his shop. They honor their warranties on their work with no questions asked, it’s a great place to take your car that will leave you with a peace of mind.
I have been going to LTS Motorworks for @15 years, and have always been very satisfied with their service and knowledge. Recently had to have work done on 1990 300zx, and things were done quickly and for a fair price, car is running great again. Also have them do basic maintenance work on more current vehicles, always happy with the results.
If you’re shopping around for the best car shop, you’ve found your place. Lino is absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and keeps you in the loop about everything that’s going on with your car. My car didn’t even want to start and he made it brand new again. Highly, Highly recommend taking your cars to LTS Motorworks. I have a 2007 Honda Pilot and wasn't sure to keep it or get a new car. Lino did a full evaluation and made recommendations on what I should fix now to drive a safe car and what can wait. The repair costs were totally reasonable that I didn't bother calling other shops to compare. I will keep coming back for future repairs.

My Ford Explorer needed a water pump replacement. I soon learned this requires a complete breakdown of the engine and an extremely skilled mechanic. I reached out to several mechanics in Lake County and to my surprise many turned me down. I called LTS Motorworks and spoke with Lino. Lino was honest and straightforward about the complexity of the labor. He confidently talked about the number of times he has done this in the past, which was very reassuring. Lino was spot on with his pricing, timeframe, and communication. When I got the call to pick up my car I told them I would need to plan for transportation as I did not have a secondary car Lino was kind enough to arrange for someone pick me up from my house. This was just above and beyond.

They got my car up with little downtime, did a great job on the front and rear struts and did not charge an arm and leg, did the brake booster in an extremely short amount of time, even helped me find a place to get my wheel reconditioned and addressed my concerns promptly. 10/10, definitely a reputable mechanic to take all your vehicles to.

It says they specialize in imports, but these guys did a fantastic job on my '99 Jeep XJ. In less than a week they brought this vehicle back from the brink of death, and all at an incredibly reasonable price. I'm so grateful that my neighbor recommended them to me, as this thing will now serve as a reliable daily driver for my daughter and I for years to come. Thank you, Lino!
Took my new/used Range Rover in due to a coolant leak. The guys found the issue and fixed it the next day and I had it back. Very affordable cost compared to what I thought it might be. Excellent communication and solid work.
LTS is great! Leno and his crew really know their stuff! Communication to their customers is excellent and their prices are good! They serviced my 2014 Chevy Malibu for brakes and batteries. Drives like a dream! Highly recommend this shop.
I did a google search for foreign car repair shops in the area I came across LTS Motorworks. I read about 10 reviews and they were all of very happy, satisfied customers. After reading I knew I had to give them a call. Lino answered the phone and I told him about the howling noise my Mercedes was making. He told me to bring it so that he could drive it and see for himself what the issue was. It ended up being a bad rear differential. Lino was very thorough with his work and always kept me updated every step of the way. He even took the time to go over my car and let me know If there was any future issues that I need to worry about. My Mercedes now runs like new! I can’t thank him enough! If you are looking for a good, honest, knowledgeable mechanic then you should give Lino a call. I finally found someone locally now that I can trust to work on my vehicles.
I dropped off my car Friday after 5pm, it was ready the next day early in the morning, LTS even showed me all the parts they had to replaced and explained in detail what the issue was. I didn't had a way to get there to pick up my car, they were nice to pick me up at my place so I could get my car, not every mechanic place does this. This is my second time going to them, I really like their prices, and service.
Lino is absolutely the best mechanic I have ever taken my vehicles to. After several bad experiences with other mechanic shops and some damaged components, i brought my car to Lino and he professionally and expertly completed the job in 1 day after other mechanics had refused to take on the job. Would recommend going to him before allowing other less capable shops to touch your car.
This one of the best mechanics you will find in Lake County IL. The work is quality and done right. You will never be over charged and this one of the most honest mechanics you will ever deal with. I trusted him to do extensive suspension work on my own daughter's Jeep so that should speak volumes to anyone who has a family. Highly recommended you won't be disappointed...
Leno is the owner, and he really knows his trade. I have used him to repair my Acura 4 times, and he did a great job. I also bought a 2009 Jetta Wolfsburg Edition from him that one of his customers gave him, after deciding he did not want to pay for the needed repairs.
I bought it for my wife and she has driven it for the last 5 years. It now has about 85,000 miles on it. Leno knows his cars and trucks. I would recommend trying him next time you need a repair.

Lino is the man! I bought a VW lemon and had no clue where to go I was looking online and everyone said this was the place to go. I was very nervous but some how lino and his men worked their magic and got my suv running. I gave lino a project and he went above and beyond fixing it, he called and updated me every step. I will never go to another shop after this.
Had a issue with my Mercedes Benz gl550, suspension was bad, brakes were having a issue too, fixed everything without a problem! Great customer service 10/10
