  I am very pleased with the Round Lake Beach store...i went in for 1 Windshield Wiper, some Heat and a new batteryfir my FOB....very please wirh price and service. The clerk put my wiper on and replaced my FOB battery..i will forgevet do my business @ O'Reillys.

  Went for battery after checking my car mgr said he was sorry but couldn't install because my battery was also attached to computer components & didnt want to ruin car..he suggested i try grease monkey cause they have necessary tools & are reliable. I thanked the mgr very much for his time & honesty. I will diffently go there for any parts i may need!

  Do not go here!! I have given this place multiple chances. At first it was a bunch of employees swearing all over the place when I was in there with my little kid. Now they can not get parts when they say they will. If you get help from the “assistant manager” and tell him what parts you need, for some reason what ever he gets for you , never fits!! Maybe it is just my luck.

  I went today to see if they could change a battery for my car and the guy who assisted me said he could not because he had to take parts off the car to change it. Since I don’t know much about cars it was normal to me I understood & left. I had told my dad about it and he told me to go to a different place and ask because he was sure they do change the battery & what the worker said to me was odd. I went to advanced auto parts right next door & the man who associated me checked my car and said yes he could. He said he would have to take a part out to put in the battery but that he can do it. Keep in mind the worker at advanced auto parts was much older than the young man at oreillys. I am extremely disappointed on your company workers oreilly! It seem to me that he was just lazy and didn’t want to do his job. You just lost a great customer & I’ll be sure to tell everyone about my bad experience with you guys.

  Terrible customer service. Completely unprofessional. My van broke down(three kids in the car) next to this location. Went in to ask if they could run a diagnostic. He chatted with his co-worker for a couple minutes, then when we get outside he's going to light up a cigarette. So this guy wants to smoke a cigarette before he runs my diagnostic. I told him to just go back into the store. On top of that, the prices are all jacked up. Go to AutoZone
