Stopped by during a snowstorm with a broken windshield wiper, and Lido was absolutely amazing. He didn’t just point me to the right part—he went outside in the snow and fixed it for me on the spot. Outstanding service, incredibly helpful, and truly above and beyond. Thank you, Lido! Highly recommend this location.

The guys working there tonight were very friendly and helpful.

Both gentlemen who were working were extremely helpful and deserve some sort of a raise one of them went outside to help a family push there car to a parking spot. Kudos to both of them. This happened Sunday June 15 between 6:00 pm to 8:00pm

I was excited when this O'Reily' opened near my home My family and I shop here all the time. However, very disappointed ? I purchased a pepper spray protection 3 in 1 item. Few days after purchased I brought it back. Told them it did not work? Manager goes to the back? Comes back and tells me? All good, it works, I fixed it? I said, ? I trusted he knew something I maybe did not?? Went in March 23. I told them, I tried using this when I needed it and it failed. Not exactly a good time to find out product fails. Manager told me that 1. He already replaced it? Huh? No, you did NOT? Then 2. Had the nerve to tell me the 30 days expired? Then, WHY? Didn't you replace it when I told you it was broken the first time. Finally, he did remove another one from the package. Making sure that if this NEW spray is defective? I won't be able to return?? BAD BUSINESS? Should of checked records? We spend a lot of money here for all our automotive needs. Not anymore. Good luck.

I hardly know anything about cars, the guy who was there tonight was very helpful.

In 5 degrees and freezing cold Dj was nothing but help installing my battery when I didn’t know how too thank you guys so much I highly recommend. This guy deserves a raise!!!

Herman at the North Chicago location was a great help to me today when I came in. He helped me not only find the size of the windshield wipers I needed but also attached them for me since I was not sure how.

I had the pleasure of Herman C. helping me replace my break lights. I went to a different automotive store to begin with. Waited in line about 10-15 minutes to be helped. Just for them to try to charge me before saying he basically didn’t want to help me install them. As soon as I walked in O’Reilly I was greeted by all 3 staff members. Was in the store about 2 minutes before Herman started working on my car. Fast, productive, friendly staff. I had my one year old daughter with me and they were all so friendly and helpful. Thank you again Herman. HIGHLY RECOMMEND OVER COMPETITION.

My daughter needed a new battery and Lido offered great service and even installed it for her, making sure that she didn’t lose her settings as he switched the battery out. We will definitely be coming back!

The general manager at this location is so rude very Unprofessional interrupting your employees with false information when they are speaking with customers we didn’t ask for his help, he so disrespectful a man who wasn’t raised with respect for women! O’Reilly’s should watch who they put in management position sad not a good look!

My car refused to start, and needed jump starting every time. Vee went out of his way to assist me with a new starter installation, along with installing a new battery due to a faulty one! Definitely the place to go when it comes to great customer service and a great job!

After driving to multiple auto part stores around town my bf and I finally arrived at this O'Reilly. I will not be going any where else but this store in the future. The employees were very kind, helpful, and professional. A welcome change from similar stores around the area. The item we bought rang up as more expensive than the tag had said and they gave us the tag price, saving us some cash. We had to return one of the items because it was faulty and they had no issue letting us try out the new piece in the lot and making the exchange hassle free. 10/10 will shop again!

My car died at a gas station near Naval Station Great Lakes. Called O’Reilly on Green Bay and asked if they could deliver and install a battery at my location. Jerome took it upon himself to go above and beyond to meet my needs. 15 minutes later, I am on my way. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Manager is a know it all guy who tells you hell help and tries tell you a million things that are unnecessary . He's all talk . I sent my wife in there to pick up parts and he sold her a part three time more expensive on the opposite end of the car . I called and he says if I wanted the right part to bad I shoulda came in myself . Avoid this place like the plague .

Customer service is absent. On several occasions that I have been in this brand new store, I have experienced employees completely ignoring customers or even acting as if I'm interrupting them by shopping. I have observed them on their phones and even playing basketball in the store and parking lot. Today I was ignored by 3 employees while I attempted to get checked out. My business will now go to Advance Auto Parts 2 blocks away.
