Biggest waste of time dealing with this store. Called ahead for a service was told they offered it turns out they don’t and got upset when I refused the service they offer. Then tried buying parts and got questioned about why it was being done instead of just giving me prices or if they carried the part. Turns out the person helping might be the owner after I just had enough and said I will go somewhere else to get my parts he followed me out still trying to talk after he was no help at all.
Im leaving a bad review because im just a girl trying to buy specific car parts from this place. I had all the information i needed and Wes was who was “helping” me order this part. He mentioned that he had put in the order it should be there the next day or two so i called two days later and another person assisted me and mentioned that he never put in that order so when i tried to order it again with Wes he wanted more information about what the part and started talking me down as if i didnt know the right information literally BASIC INFO. I feel that because I am a woman i was an easy target for him to belittle my intelligence.
No nonsense auto parts store with more years of experience than all the chain autoparts stores in the county. Same day and next day part ordering and great pricing.
I love this place! Got some money back on a radiator when I brought the old one in! Very helpful guy's that didn't laugh at me when I told them I (woman) was doing it myself

If you own a Chevy or GM they have quality parts in stock. Very helpful good people work in this small auto parts store. Trusted over auto zone and all the other big stores for my Chevy needs
I've been patronizing TCA for close to forty years. They always have what I need, are knowledgeable, and are price competitive with the national chain stores. They also have a machine shop.
The worst service Ever! The manager is extremely rude and ignorant .They sold me the wrong parts and stated it makes no difference to use a part that doesn't meet the criteria. I wonder how you have business with such poor attitude. I feel sorry for other customers who have been wronged due to the lack of competence !
This place has the best service in town and in parts have them lowest prices, I been coming to this auto parts since the 80''s no complaints what so ever.
Horrible customer service! Wish i could give them no stars, I was the only customer in line this morning still had to wait in line for 10 minutes for 1 out of the 3 employees to help me. Once i was finally helped, the guy was looking at my part i needed all crazy asking me all kind of questions except the make and model of my truck to better assist me. All i took him was something similar to a castle nut.
