Eric the tow guy is an exceptional human being taking advantage of by wrong information given to me by an officer as I had a flat tire on the side of the expressway the officer told me that I had to take the tow truck from him and pay $150 Eric informed me legally I can deny the tow truck and wait for him as long as I was pulled to the side of the shoulder safely which I was, turns out that I wasn't being told the legal truth and the officer ended up leaving and not making me use his service and Eric came to the rescue for a cheaper price and gave me a brand new tire and defended me if it wasn't for Eric my car would have been impounded or I would have had to pay an incredible amount that the officer and the tow truck people were quoting me, Eric is the truth he is for the people!!!
I locked myself out of my van with the engine running. I contacted roadside assistance from my auto insurance company. After being strung along and waiting for over 4 hours with being told various ETAs from the towing company they contacted, I searched for close assistance and found this place. Spoke with Erik and he got to me in about 15 minutes. He was so quick with getting my car unlocked, very compassionate about my situation and just a really nice person. My van was literally running on fumes by the time it was unlocked since it had been idling for so long and Erik went above and beyond and made sure I got to a gas station safely. I’m so thankful for Erik in what was an incredibly frustrating afternoon. He’s definitely going to be my go-to guy for future vehicle troubles. Price is competitive, and I will be sending the bill to my auto insurance company for their folly of leaving me in the lurch.
Jumped my battery, car died 20 minutes later. I called 4 times within 2 hours of the jump, and totally blowing me off, went straight to voicemail. Way overpriced, didn't leave the charger in long enough to get a good charge.
Erik got to us pretty fast, less than 30 min. He brought a regular size spare tire for our Kia so we were able to go on about our day without having to worry about speed. It was late so that was very convenient because we were able to carry out errands and hold off on replacing the tire for a couple days if needed. He was very fast with replacing it too. It was cold and we were able to stay in the car. The price was reasonable for the quality of the spare and the fast, & convenient service!
Had a small accident that impaired my trailer and even though he doesn’t normally work on trailer he was there within 15 minutes of calling him, figured it out ajd got me back on the road super fast!! Erik was super friendly,accommodating,knowledgeable and best of all showed up in 30 minutes maybe less and had my spare on and inflated to the correct psi on about 10 minutes. Best service on a long time I cannot recommend them enough!!! They offer a lot of services including bringing a spare tire if you need one. Awesome company!
Erik was a ray of sunshine for me yesterday. I woke to a flat tire but there was no problem with my tire, my rim had cracks in it. Not only did Erik provide me with a spare tire, the spare was the exact match to the factory rims that are already on my car. So I asked if he had another one, and he said yes and bought it back to me within an hour. My day started off horrible and Erik came with the sunshine!!!!

Erik is the absolute best at his craft. He will stick around to make sure there are no other issues with your vehicle and makes sure you are on your way before him actually leaving himself. 5 stars isn’t enough….500 star service all the way. Reasonably priced! It wasn’t cheap but it was fair. Another company quoted me a ridiculous price. Called and was out in a little in a half an hour. Will be recommending him!
Great service I got a flat on i-94 in Gurnee IL coming from Kenosha WI and called many other companies and no one had my tire but this guy showed up with a new tire for my ford f250 truck. Best mobile tire service out there. he was fast and cheap too! Thank you so much
