Great people! Fast, efficient and kind. I broke down on the side of 90 and they had a wrecker there almost immediately!! Definitely sticking with these guys if my lucks ever down again!!
Purchased a 1957 Chevy last week and had it towed. Easy company to work, on time and hassle free. I couldn't have asked for anything better. After waiting 5 hours for my insurance to send me a tow i called all the tows in the area and they all said they were 24 hours and no one picked up. called this place and they had someone to me within 15 minutes and the guy was very nice. they even gave me a follow up call the next day. will always use this company if im ever in need again!
Had my car towed last week from a gas station to my mechanic 10mi away. When the driver finally called me he was at the wrong gas station further into town. Then when I was contacted by my mechanic about cost, they informed me of the very high price for the tow and said it was 14 miles away. Sounds like I was charged for the driver going to the wrong location. It went from gurnee to fox lake and was over $200.. I have had a tow all the way from park ridge for about the same price. I guess it is what it is. But I do not appreciate being charged for extra miles due to a mistake on their end..

Tire rim split and needed a tow around 8:30pm. Have roadside but for some crazy reason they couldn’t find a tow at that hour . Said they tried 66 companies and not one responded ... Guess that’s what took an hour to find out sitting stranded…Needed to wait until the morning they say or find my own tow... ummm.. scusi what you mean get my own?? Isn’t that what roadside supposed to do or am I missing something yeah waiting isn’t gonna work especially where we broke down..A tow was going to happen if I wanted it or not… what a joke..Called All towing and they were there within 20-30 min! Thank you Sweet Baby Jesus . They were Friendly, prompt, and professional. Definitely recommend

The service was affordable, professional, and very friendly. They got my car started quickly and made a stressful situation so much easier. Paul, Maggie, and Ken have helped me several times in the past 12 mos but this last time they went above and beyond. On a fridged day I was going to work seeing several accidents along the way. Little did I know someone would lose control while I was sitting at a stop light and crash into my SUV leaving it immobilized. It usually takes hours to just get a tow truck to come and give you a jump start on a fridged day let alone tow you to safety. I was stuck in the middle of a busy intersection. I remembered the great service I got from ALL WAYS TOWING and hoped they could help. They were there in minutes!! Paul hooked up my SUV and pulled it safely to a nearby parking lot. Ken was in a second truck and told me to warm up in the passenger seat while we waited for the police. After I gave my report, Paul took my SUV to their lot and Ken offered to drive me to work just a few blocks away. I can't thank them enough!! Paul, Maggie, and Ken didn't make me feel like just another customer. They made me feel like family.
They were quick to respond after I called and tried to jump my car with a powerful jump pack but there were other issues with my alternator that didn’t allow the car to start. They were professional and quick to respond.
Had James help me take my car back to my house he’s a great guy, great speaker. All around a great service to they were fast and efficient would totally recommend this towing company for anybody that needs a tow!
From the minute I called it was nothing but the best. I called and spoke to Maggie who immediately calmed me down and got all my questions answered and sent a driver promptly. The driver Paul was there in 20 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable and took amazing car of my vehicle. Prices we fair and the service was amazing. I would highly recommended them.
They were fantastic. Had a truck with a liftgate stuck all the way down and couldn't move the truck. Called them out to see if they could secure the gate up and get it towed to repair. The driver came out diagnosed the issue and got the gate all the way up. We were then able to drive it back and get repaired. Great work and reasonable price. Thanks again. Will be using you in the future.
He showed up to my home in about 1 hour. Had to back down a 1/4 mile gravel driveway to get at my Chevy 3/4 ton pickup. He was prompt, friendly, quick and professional. Can’t ask for more than that. I believe the price was also fair. So here is the obvious tell tale question. Would you hire and or use them again? Absolutely, you bet.
This company was extraordinary! They were timely, professional, and respectful. They understood the trauma of a car breaking down and were calm and supportive throughout the process. Matthew, the tow truck driver, even stopped at a gas station so that I could get a soda for my son who diabetic and was feeling low. Everything about this company was amazing. They went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

My experience with this towing company was very positive. I was stranded on a very busy road. I called and explained my situation. The truck arrived in 20 minutes. The hook up went smoothly and I was given a ride to my dealership. The charge was very reasonable. I def recommend this company.

My son’s alternator died out in front of our house. The Firestone near our house told us to call All Ways towing. Jerry and his employees were very friendly with us and towed my son’s car to Firestone within an hour of the time we made the phone call. I highly recommend their towing service!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge shoutout to Paul and Always Towing. I had an unfortunate fire with my ’67 Nova, and Paul came through in a big way. I gave him a call and he was literally there in 10 minutes—no exaggeration. He handled everything with care, got my baby loaded up without a hitch, and delivered it safely back to my house. Service like that is hard to find. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cars. Highly recommend!
Out for a short ride in my 1946 MGTC.. Car died, I determined I had no spark. Called Allways towing, The driver took extreme care in cabling my car on to the flatbed. . He made sure that nothing was going to get Caught, dented, scratched. And it was not the easiest hookup . Couldn’t be happier with the work he did.
My car broke down after work in Mundelein and I had to go to Island Lake. The Batterie was dead. It was a nightmare for me. But I have to say the Service from All Way's was fast, careful and friendly.
I had a positive experience w/All Ways! My car needed a tow from Gurnee IL to Brookfield for repairs (was costly but competitive considering the long distance). Very competent, showed up on time, was able to pull my car from garage after doing a few engine diagnostics. Take a look for yourself! Highly recommend. Shout out to my State Farm agent for the referral.
Here's an honest review. These people worked on my truck was taken to them by one of my workers. I never authorized anything. All I wanted was a estimate and the only estimate I got is as they were going along doing the work. I never approved nothing they never gave me an honest estimate. It went from anywhere from a $1000 to $2000, over 2000. And since I didn't pick it up right away. They tried to charge me $4000 for storage one of my other guys. Got it down to the bill with 2143 plus a little under 1800 for the storage fees came to $4000 cash. I feel I really feel they didn't do nothing to to correct the problem and still run doesn't run. And they screwed me they scammed me.Thank you very much and the hard times that we have now, if I could give them minus a 100 review I would but I can't I'm giving them a one star.Thank you very much for nothing.You'll never get no business from me ever and I hope nobody else gives me any business rip off
Excellent service! Had car with dead battery and All Ways answered quickly, scheduled service right away, showed up within 30 min and had car started (still needed towing) right away. Super friendly, professional and reasonable pricing. Definitely keeping this number in my contact list in case of future need!
