I needed to replace the hand grab rail on my 2018 RAM Power Wagon. I found one that I thought would fit according to the Fitment List. My VIN showed an error. They responded to my email and got me the correct part for less$. It fits just right.
What a joke. Delivery timeline has far exceeded expectations. Spoke with a rep last Wednesday. He assured that it would be overnighted the following day, arriving by last Friday, which was 3 days ago. No part still.
Ordered two splash shields for my Fiat 500 Abarth and when my order arrived one shield was in plastic while the other was loose with a missing access panel cover. I emailed them about it to give them an opportunity to fix the problem or at least communicate with me but days later still no reply.
Ordered a sway bar link bolt and nut for Gladiator. Price was good. Shipping price was avg. Processing was slow and shipping a little slow (but they tell you up front). I would order from again, as long as I didn't need the part quickly.
I ordered my parts on a Friday, they were shipped on Monday, and I got them on Tuesday. I paid for standard shipping but it felt like over nite shipping. I’m super happy with my whole experience and will recommend them to anyone needing parts.

I was having a very hard time finding a seat cushion for the Jeep- right side, but found one here. I ordered it late afternoon Thursday and it was here Friday. I appreciate Chris’s help and staying on the line with me to and ensure I filled the order out correctly and he ensuring the part was truly in stock. Went online to order some engine mounts. Website said I needed to call to make sure I was ordering the correct parts. The gentleman that answered was very helpful. He was able to verify I had the correct part numbers and also informed me the parts were on backorder. The items shipped sooner than I expected and the shipping time was very fast. Excellent service, will defenitly order again when I am in need of parts!
After a maddening shipping and communication experiance. The part arrived in the most poorly packaged way I've ever seen and the part is bent and unusable. So glad I have good understanding customers, all they got is mad ones.
Good communication told me my part was back ordered gave me the option to cancel the order or wait. I waited and 3 days later my order shipped. Received everything I ordered! This was the cheapest place that I found to get factory parts also didn't seem to screw you on the shipping like I found on other dealer websites! Will definitely buy from them again! Took over a month to ship my part, they did offer me the opportunity to cancel my order. In hind site it would have been easier and quicker to headed to the local parts store or bought it off Ebay. They did keep me updated so that would be a positive thing I can say.
Should be zero stars. Ordered item online, received confirmation email. Then received an email stating "Thank you for your order. This order did not pass our security check, this order will be canceled. If you still need to place your order, please use Pay-Pal." Upon calling both customer service lines to speak with a representative then treated like a number or nothing? Called at 3:30PM CST, transfered to wherever, asked by a representative to leave phone number in order for a representative to call back, no return call. Called at 4:30PM CST on 07/12/2021 left voicemail and still waiting for a call on 07/13/2021. Hours of operation all CST Monday - Thursday - 7:30AM - 7PM Friday - 7:30PM - 6PM Saturday - 7:30-1PM Sunday - Closed Next, replied to email. Received a response "Our credit card company deems it as potential fraud." Not sure why when the name, shipping address and billing address match the cards information? Extremely Dissatisfied and Disappointing. Tried to use mymoparpart.com to no avail so, went online and ordered from Amazon.
I purchased this on 7/2. Original ship date was 7/6 because of the holiday. Which I thought was excessive as there was a full business day that this could have been sent out on before the holiday. It's now 7/10 and I just got an update that this will ship out on 7/12. I paid 20 something bucks in shipping, this is ridiculous! Should have went with Amazon.
The part I ordered wasn't the right one for my truck, they emailed me and let me know. Received the correct part in 2 days, fast shipping. Great customer service. Would recommend to anyone, and if I need more parts for my truck, I will definitely use them again.
Upon receiving part. Confusion on website. Called customer service to inquire about a $0.78 clip. Thought I paid for 8. Was charged $16 for shipping 1 clip. Customer rep was nonchalant. And not understanding are helpful at all. Will never buy a part from them again

I ordered a part. I was sent an email stating it was upgraded, that I needed to pay double original price. I wrote them explaining I would if they supplied me information how. They replied saying my part was shipped. I didn't pay a dime more. Saved me double my original purchase price. How often do you see that? Awesome shipping too. I received the part in three days.
The customer service representative that I spoke with about a return was very rude and not helpful at all. Be sure to read the fine print on the return policy before ordering. On a positive note, my order shipped and arrived quickly.
After using their part matching tool for my make and model of vehicle and their poor pictures of the part, I paid them $70 for the part. It arrived quickly and appeared to be the correct part. However, it did not match up with my vehicle. When I questioned about a return, I was told the part I ordered wrong and I had to pay shipping back, forfeit shipping to me and pay 45% restock fee. In other words, simply stole my money and I never have received the correct part.

I ordered a part for my vehicle and due to a faulty internet connection on my end I was unable to verify if my order has gone through. After writing a quick e-mail to the company explaining the situation I received prompt follow up informational correspondence as well as a personal phone call letting me know the status of my order. This company is one go those that goes above and beyond for the customer and provides the security needed when making online purchases.
My order came, but it was matched based on my VIN, not the color that I just had my car painted (and ordered). They were nice and called me. The NOT NICE part was that to get the color I ordered, I'd have to pay about $20 shipping and $30 restocking fee - it would be at least $50 to return for the right item, plus shipping again! I ordered a can of paint and will just do it myself. Lesson learned.
Excellent service. Ordered 2 wiper arms online, founded I was able to bend one back to shape. Called customer service and they were able to change order and refund my money. Placed order on a Saturday, received my part on following Monday.
