Robert was awesome. Very kind and helpful. My wife and daughters were in Barrington dress shopping when the tie rod end came off of our suburban. Robert was very careful loading it on the flatbed to insure that there wouldn’t be any damage. He hauled it to there shop and left it on the truck until I got there to decide what I wanted to do. He directed me to a parts store to get the part I needed to get back on the road. It was a blessing that Robert was the one that came to our rescue. Thanks again Robert.
Bob was fantastic. Fast, efficient, safe, curious, professional! I could continue with the adjectives but I bet you get the point. I have had 5 tows over the last 6 months and Bob was by far the best. My Mercedes was in the garage with no key. Anyone that knows anything about Mercedes, knows that makes it extremely challenging but he didn’t even bat an eye.
I personally dealt with Terry and she was the greatest! Robert and Don took EXCELLENT care of my vehicle and I was very impressed. Nora helped my Aunt get all the information she needed and was also wonderful. This is truly a great team! Thanks guys!

I had a great experience with Nationwide Towing Service near Hawthorn Woods! The dispatcher girl and Sid, the driver, were incredibly friendly, professional, and right on time. He made a stressful situation much easier with his calm demeanor and efficient service. I truly appreciate how smoothly everything went. This is the best towing company I have ever meet. Yesterday I got stuck in the ditch and scared for my life. They guided me through everything step by step. The receptionist is very rude and not all understanding. The drivers however are very kind and willing to work w you. Having my interaction w the receptionist and dealing what I’ve already been dealt, I’m irritated as she had no understanding or patience at all.. and let someone talk! She interrupted me several times.

My stupidly expensive 2018 Mercedes-Benz S 63 AMG Cabriolet, which is a complete piece of garbage, broke down and stranded me in a grocery store parking lot in Crystal Lake Illinois. The car had some kind of electrical problem and all electrical anything was out. Zero power. And the top was down. And rain was coming.
Could not shift the car into neutral so it would be very difficult/impossible to move and it was in a parking spot that was very difficult for a tow truck to get into.
D&R towing came from Mercedes roadside assistance dispatch and they sent an old-school tow truck man out named Bob.
Bob was able to reset the software somehow and the car started and I was able to get it home. Note that I had the same problem with the car about eight months ago in Scottsdale Arizona and nobody, including the Mercedes dealer, could really figure it out. The world needs more Bobs.
Connie the dispatcher at D&R was also super throwback and fantastic. So as highly recommended as I can say.
Danny gave me a tow about a month or so ago. He was easy to work with and we had a pleasant conversation about my Saab. Managed to hit the shift unlock, which is in a weird place, and from a defunct car manufacturer, even faster that I would've been able to, and rolled my car back to a place where he could hookup without risking scraping my car against the light post next to it in the parking lot. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, would recommend.
My QR scanner didn't seem to be working but the driver Danny picked up my car. He seems like a good guys and he was super fast. Thanks again guys for helping me out!
My Expedition died and I was able to pull into Pepper Rd right off Kelsey Rd. I called USAA, since I have roadside assistance. They called some towing company in Skokie that would take over 2 hours to get to me. I cancelled that and called D&R. They are right near where my vehicle was. They arrived in 10 min or less. Got towed to A&N Mastertech maybe 1 mile away. Great towing service, great guy who ran the truck.

I was in a roll over accident and they had taken my car to their lot , they were cooperative with me over the phone and in person they explained everything they let my jobs towing come pick up my car no issues whatsoever I would 100% recommend this towing company
This evening my motorcycle stopped running, and I was stranded on the side of the road. I called D&R towing and very nice young lady answered the phone and I told her my problem. About 45 minutes later a tow truck showed up and a gentleman named Danny got out of the tow truck. He was very pleasant. Got my motorcycle loaded. And treated it like it was his own. When I got in the cab of the truck for my ride home, I noticed his wife was in the cab we had a very nice 45 minute drive to my home where he carefully unloaded my bike. I would highly recommend them.
I was driving my friends car when it broke down 50 miles from home with electrical failure. Rob not only got picked me up on EASTER, but did so with a smile on his face. He got both me and the car home safe. Really appreciate the experience I had with Rob and this company. Highly recommended
My son slid into a deep ditch at 10:00 at night. I called D&R and they came out right away. Danny took great care with the car and made sure no damage took place getting it out of the ditch. Nicest guy ever. I was blown away by his knowledge and skill at what he does. So refreshing to deal with a guy like Danny in such a stressful situation. Kudos to D & R and Danny. Awesome service!
We were in a predicament tonight. It had snowed a LOT and because everything is white we thought we were pulling out of a driveway but it was actually a high curb so our truck got stuck, half in and half out. After waiting waiting over an hour for AAA and getting refused by their tow people we had to call 911 and they called D and R who sent their angel Danny. He was beyond nice and helpful and was able to get us out of our mess without messing up the truck. I highly highly recommended him and he’s invited to the wedding.
Driver Don came out and helped me with my broken down vehicle. He was very polite and knows how to treat people when their vehicle breaks down. I don't think the rates could possibly be cheaper. I've always heard great things about D&R Towing.
Thomas arrived quickly and was very kind when he helped us unlock our vehicle. Our dog accidentally pressed the lock button while we stepped out for 1 minute. They had the right level of urgency and Thomas handled it in a matter of minutes. D&R Towing was beyond helpful when we needed our luxury SUV towed due to a flat tire. They arrived unbelievably quick (20 minutes or less), handled the vehicle with care and had great communication. They were even kind enough to follow through on the vehicle drop off and communicate any updates from the tire store upon dropping it off for us. Would use them again if needed!

Driver was amazing. No issues with him at all!The only issue I would bring up is the woman that answered then phone the second time we called to confirm she was very dismissive of my questions and I almost cancelled the tow because of her. But I'm glad I didn't , I just took it as she was having a bad day. They should really speak to her about it. But anyways the driver Loaded vehicle with care and drove with care. We live on a 4 lane busy roadway and he unloaded with caution while making sure not to interrupt traffic to much. Very profession. Will definitely use again if ever needed.
Locked my keys in my car brian came out in less than 10 minutes got my car unlocked in less than 5. Brian did great service, was very friendly, and charged me less than precision locksmith in palatine without telling them my quote from competitor. I thought a tow company would charge more but i was very pleased. I recommend them for future lockout service.
