Had James help me take my car back to my house he’s a great guy, great speaker. All around a great service to they were fast and efficient would totally recommend this towing company for anybody that needs a tow!
From the minute I called it was nothing but the best. I called and spoke to Maggie who immediately calmed me down and got all my questions answered and sent a driver promptly. The driver Paul was there in 20 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable and took amazing car of my vehicle. Prices we fair and the service was amazing. I would highly recommended them.
They were fantastic. Had a truck with a liftgate stuck all the way down and couldn't move the truck. Called them out to see if they could secure the gate up and get it towed to repair. The driver came out diagnosed the issue and got the gate all the way up. We were then able to drive it back and get repaired. Great work and reasonable price. Thanks again. Will be using you in the future.

He showed up to my home in about 1 hour. Had to back down a 1/4 mile gravel driveway to get at my Chevy 3/4 ton pickup. He was prompt, friendly, quick and professional. Can’t ask for more than that. I believe the price was also fair. So here is the obvious tell tale question. Would you hire and or use them again? Absolutely, you bet.
This company was extraordinary! They were timely, professional, and respectful. They understood the trauma of a car breaking down and were calm and supportive throughout the process. Matthew, the tow truck driver, even stopped at a gas station so that I could get a soda for my son who diabetic and was feeling low. Everything about this company was amazing. They went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

My experience with this towing company was very positive. I was stranded on a very busy road. I called and explained my situation. The truck arrived in 20 minutes. The hook up went smoothly and I was given a ride to my dealership. The charge was very reasonable. I def recommend this company.

My son’s alternator died out in front of our house. The Firestone near our house told us to call All Ways towing. Jerry and his employees were very friendly with us and towed my son’s car to Firestone within an hour of the time we made the phone call. I highly recommend their towing service!

Huge shoutout to Paul and Always Towing. I had an unfortunate fire with my ’67 Nova, and Paul came through in a big way. I gave him a call and he was literally there in 10 minutes—no exaggeration. He handled everything with care, got my baby loaded up without a hitch, and delivered it safely back to my house. Service like that is hard to find. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cars. Highly recommend!
Out for a short ride in my 1946 MGTC.. Car died, I determined I had no spark. Called Allways towing, The driver took extreme care in cabling my car on to the flatbed. . He made sure that nothing was going to get Caught, dented, scratched. And it was not the easiest hookup . Couldn’t be happier with the work he did.

My car broke down after work in Mundelein and I had to go to Island Lake. The Batterie was dead. It was a nightmare for me. But I have to say the Service from All Way's was fast, careful and friendly.
They did a wonderful job. From the phone operator setting up a tow, to the gentleman who towed my vehicle home for me. They were kind professional and their truck was clean and spacious.
Unfortunately my car broke down and needed to be towed. I contacted All Ways Towing. Very polite, quick and got the car to shop. Would recommend and use again.

I had a positive experience w/All Ways! My car needed a tow from Gurnee IL to Brookfield for repairs (was costly but competitive considering the long distance). Very competent, showed up on time, was able to pull my car from garage after doing a few engine diagnostics. Take a look for yourself! Highly recommend. Shout out to my State Farm agent for the referral.

Here's an honest review. These people worked on my truck was taken to them by one of my workers. I never authorized anything. All I wanted was a estimate and the only estimate I got is as they were going along doing the work. I never approved nothing they never gave me an honest estimate. It went from anywhere from a $1000 to $2000, over 2000. And since I didn't pick it up right away. They tried to charge me $4000 for storage one of my other guys. Got it down to the bill with 2143 plus a little under 1800 for the storage fees came to $4000 cash. I feel I really feel they didn't do nothing to to correct the problem and still run doesn't run. And they screwed me they scammed me.Thank you very much and the hard times that we have now, if I could give them minus a 100 review I would but I can't I'm giving them a one star.Thank you very much for nothing.You'll never get no business from me ever and I hope nobody else gives me any business rip off

Excellent service! Had car with dead battery and All Ways answered quickly, scheduled service right away, showed up within 30 min and had car started (still needed towing) right away. Super friendly, professional and reasonable pricing. Definitely keeping this number in my contact list in case of future need!
They were the only ones who helped me bring my car to the mechanic after a tire blew up and falling into a soft ditch at night. Not even my insurance company recognized my ticket to process a tow. They are great professionals helped pull and tow my car and were on top of safety including approaching and surrounding cars to make sure the operation went smooth. They helped me when I needed it. I am saving them in my contacts!

The people at this company are very nice--but the service is a little wonky. I scheduled a tow in the morning for when I got out of work at 3:30, and the driver didn't arrive until almost 4:20. Also, the dispatcher sent him to the wrong address. He eventually got the car where it needed to go, but he said he'd text me a receipt and call to let me know it had arrived (I wasn't with him), and he did neither of those things. Like I said, they were very nice people--but I can't give a 5-star rating because there were a few glitches.
Had a flat with my car recently and all ways towing was perfect for me. They had a super friendly staff over the phone, setting up a service was easy and professional and the driver was exceptional and quick!
