I go here for all my tow needs. They recently took great care of my classic car and brought it to Milwaukee at a very reasonable price. The experience from dispatch to pickup and drop off was all first class.

Fox Lake towing is my go to for any car/truck towing service! Nick was super helpful, very prompt and a really nice guy! They took care with loading our very large diesel truck onto the flatbed and delivered it to the service department right away.

Sean was amazing! He helped me get my car unstuck from a snowy hill on one of the coldest days of the year. He was super creative, very friendly, and fast to arrive. I hope I never get stuck like that again, but if I do I would definitely call Sean back in a heartbeat!

I was involved in a car accident and I needed a ride. The tow truck driver drove me 25 minutes to my house and then drove 30 minutes to where he was going in the opposite direction. This is the best tow company I have ever dealt with. I recommend anyone needing a tow to contact them. I give them 5 stars in every area of their business.

We had gotten stuck in the snow and couldn't get our car out.And Nick was so efficient, got there so quickly and got the car out, just like that.We felt very lucky because we were heading out of town and had to be back home with our dogs.

Was broke down on the side of the road, driver showed up fairly quick and was very nice for working on a Sunday in the rain. No complaints here.

I had my first experience with a car accident serious enough to set off the airbags. The cops were there in a few minutes and Fox towing was right at their heels. It was less Then 20 minutes after the initial accident happened before everything was cleared away and taken care of. The next day I want to take some things out of the car, which was smooth as pie I couldn’t have experienced anything easier or with more friendly staff and people thank you Fox towing. I would recommend you always!!! .

SO grateful to the guys at Fox Towing. My elderly (but-not-quite-vintage) truck refused to start due to the cold this last week, and I was parked (and stuck) in a public place. I truly appreciated how helpful the staff was, and how well he listened to the situation, and offered assistance. Then, of course, there was the hero who showed up with such a positive attitude, and everything was resolved in a matter of minutes. Every element of this interaction made me smile... they made what might have been an aggravating experience into a positive interaction that reminded me of how wonderful it is to have such great neighbors. I call them for a jump start and they were at my house within twenty minutes. Very professional courteous and got my car jumped and on my way in like five minutes.

My mom's car broke down, not even 2 miles from this place, and they were wanting to charge her a $1,000 to get her car out,now it did sit for awhile there, like a week, but only because my mom is a senior citizen and kept forgetting that it was there, right here is highway robbery and I don't think with the kind of profession it is, that it will be in business for much longer, amongst other reasons, I will let someone else tow if ever needed, this is beyond ridiculous,pure evil folks!!!! Good luck with them is all I got to say ?????????????? EDIT: Unbelievable, I can't believe that you would actually state such a thing, you sir are lying, the cops called you to come pick it up, only because it broke down on a little side road, probably not even a mile from where your business is but please if you do insist I would love to see some kind of arrest with the person that was driving it and/or was a passenger, good luck with that,we will be talking to a attorney soon ❗❗❗❗ Good day sir

Buddy just got himself a review. I’m a fellow tow truck driver picking a car up from this lot and the owner or manager come out and tells me this is his world and to move. Right off that bat very disrespectful I was patiently waiting in my truck to pick up a vehicle and this guy comes out yelling great customer service guys!! I hope no body has to deal with that dude he’s lucky I’m in a good mood today let’s just say that.

My husband and I were looking all over town to have someone move our 5th wheel RV to a different area on our property because we currently don’t have a truck to tow it with, and Fox Recovery and Towing was able to meet our needs. They were quick, got the job done, and affordable. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to tow anything! Grateful for them

Bunch of crooks and thieves there. Our driver took the tractor trailer to his home area in Antioch. Parked it at some store’s parking lot and went home for few hours. In the middle of the night. When he came back truck was gone. These jerks stole it! They picked the lock and fired the truck and drove away. It was never towed! Took it to their shady lot and charged us $ 2100 cash only for 15 minutes of driving.Apparently when you want to steal from people you just need a license to tow. Driver’s fuel money was never found either. Stay away from these people!

As being a local shop we use these guys from time to time. They do a phenomenal job, they pulled this excursion out of an almost impossible place. They arrived first time on site but ended up having locked up brakes. We went ahead freed up the brakes and they returned two days later to help us out with the tow. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and very respectful. They took their time to make sure that we got out of there safely and no damages to property or truck. They also unloaded the truck directly into our shop as asked We will continue to use them. I would say fairly priced as well. Thx DR AUTO

Really honest and wise in their sharing of expertise. It's never going to be a good day if you need their service but they will lessen the blow and help where they can.

I called this morning needed to get a car towed out of my driveway. They told me 20 minutes I expected to be sitting here for an hour hour and a half typical to most tow companies but no 10 minutes later Lee pulled in my driveway, most adorable employee ever, and had my car hooked up and out of here in five minutes Definitely will be going back anytime I need to tow. You guys were awesome.

Shawn is kind and caring! My daughter spun out and ended up in a ditch last night in Lindenhurst. Once Shawn towed our Jeep out and realized only the tire needed to be changed, he took us to a safe spot and taught my son how to change his first tire.
