i called and they hung up on me while the phone was still ringing. i called a second time and they answered and i asked if they can look for a part and he said he would go look i could hear them in the background laughing and talking. one guy said “if you move your finger it will hang up” as if someone had placed their finger on the phone button to hang up. a minute passes and the phone was hung up. i ended up going to the yorkville location.
Listen, it's an auto parts store, but this store got staff that would blow any other out of the water, it's music to my ears when I say thingy and they find exactly what I'm thinking of, mind reading or good business idk, Yorkville is dog food compared to Plano. Simple and easy choice, do you want to eat dog food?
Placed an order online for engine oil and filters. Once it was delivered we discovered that the wrong oil was sent and we didn’t receive the fuel filter even though it was listed on the packaging slip. Instead of trying to ship things back we drove to Plano for help. The manager Bri was so very helpful and pleasant from the start. Even though she was just about as confused as we were about how our order could get so screwed up and what she could do about it. Rather than her throwing up her hands and saying sorry can’t help you, she went above and beyond to fix the error. Thank you Bri! My husband and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. The entire staff was very pleasant to work with..
Had to do brake pad change, which changed to pads n rotors, which also led to a caliper replacement. Initially went to the store, Brie was helpful and professional. But after the problems escalated, I had to call Brie like 600 times because of my various issues… Including having no other vehicle and had to get back together to go to work.
She was awesome throughout it all! With their delivery deal ( twice in an hour because i had to add to it), they saved my bacon!
They were a good store to begin with, now i will only go there for auto parts needs.

I had a headlight out so I went to AutoZone and had the best service! The gal that helped me(Sorry, I forgot your name) assessed it and I only needed a bulb replaced. Paid for it, she installed it, and fixed it! I'm so grateful to her as I'm disabled and she gave me such relief and peace of mind. Thank you to her and AutoZone for always being so kind and helpful!!
I had a great experience here yesterday. Noel was so efficient in looking up and pulling the parts that I needed. He was friendly and helpful.
They had numerous brands and versions of the things I came for in stock, and I was out of there with parts for an oil change and brake job on two different vehicles in 10 minutes.

Very nice and knowledgeable although they weren't too sure about an oil filter I may need for for my vehicle. Apparently the Chevy Trax uses 2 different oil filters.
After going to Oreillys in Plano to check my lawnmower battery they were selling me a new battery already. So I decided to get a second opinion and brought it here. Louis the store manager took my battery and actually charged it. He was really friendly and had really great customer service. Welcome to the neighborhood by the way Louis. After picking up the battery Aldo told me that the battery was really good and that I didn't needed to buy a new one. That was true once I put the battery it turned on right away. The battery is really strong and didn't needed to get one. Thank you guys for actually helping me out and not just rushing on selling me another one like Oreillys tried to do.
I went in for a battery change and was helped by a delightful young woman named Carmen. She was very helpful! I would recommend this store to anyone in Plano.
10/10 I am a fan of this and only this Autozone. Their personnel are the most helpful service reps I’ve encountered across any Autozone store. Noel helped me after a frustrating encounter with a different Autozone and was EXTREMELY patient throughout the process. Would definitely recommend a raise!!
Brianne is an amazing asset to your company. She knows what she is doing and is extremely helpful every time I visit! It's almost like it used to be: knowledgeable staff behind the products that you sell. I will return to this store more often!
Pretty good selection of car parts. Prices and fair and the rewards program is nice. I would like to see a better selection of in-store car accessories.
The counter help here are nice people, but with that said they have no clue what they are doing. Most don't now where product is or if they carry it. Frustrating .
I just got ahead light. But the person there said what are you looking for I told him the year make model he told me if regular ones. I had best choose that one then because other wise they will come out funny.
Very helpful, although a man was hired with black short curly hair on the chobby side is new and is rude to costimer's, at least the day I was there. The older gentle men was nice but reluctant thanks to the other guy as I explained earlier . Otherwise have never had problems
I love this particular auto zone. They are super patient when you're trying to figure out details of things you need and also just as helpful making sure you're you're not forgetting anything. If it seems like you don't have the right items they'll suggest additional items at the best price
