Somehow I put my truck in four-wheel-drive and was unable to get it out of four-wheel-drive. I was at the state park at 5 PM on a Sunday – the sun was going down and knew no one around who I could call for help. Cordes brothers were closest, so I gave them a call. Clayton answered the phone and was so kind and calm, I immediately felt less panicked. I told him I would need a tow and was at the state park by the ranger station. He asked me what was going on and when I told him, he said I think I can help you over the phone! He walked me through how to disengage the four-wheel-drive, and in under five minutes I was rolling like normal! I asked him how I could reimburse him for his help and he adamantly refused any money. He said he was glad to help and he was glad that I sounded calmer & told me to enjoy the rest of the weekend. Cordes Brothers Towing will always be remembered fondly! These guys are the real deal!
Zach dufrain needs to act like and adult while representing you guys. I'll give a 5 stars as to not hurt ya'll. But he needs to remember again, respect goes a long ways. So he shouldn't lie to get his way.
8/25/25 I was on my way to Wisc, my car started to make some weird noises. I decided to turn around and come home. When in Lincolnshire I felt it was better to get towed home so I didnt do anymore damage, cuz I have no clue. I called Cordes cuz they were close to by house and he gladly came to Lincolnshire to tow me home. My emotions are all over the place but so glad this small business from home understand and helped me out. Thank You SO Much
Had a great experience with Cordes Brothers Towing this morning. My car had been sitting for a couple months and the battery was completely dead. After calling around, most companies quoted the same price, but Cordes Brothers stood out because they took the time to ask what was wrong, explained that newer cars don’t always jump easily, and offered to try jumping it before towing…at no extra cost. They even called 10 minutes before arriving (which I appreciated since my household was still asleep), and didn’t tack on a credit card fee like other companies. They weren’t the closest option, but their professionalism, honesty, and extra effort make them my go-to for future towing needs.

Mr. Zach towed my daughters truck. Super courteous and made sure it was well taken care of. He even thought to secure the tonneau cover to prevent damage. What a pleasant experience even though being broke down is such a pain.

We had a truck go down while we were out plowing. I called cordes as I just seen him in town. He came right away got the truck and crew back to my shop so they could continue working in another truck. Will definitely be using again if needed.
Clayton the owner answered the phone on the first ring. My truck engine had ceased up. Clayton was able to provide not only a quote but was able to me within FIFTEEN minutes and had her loaded on the road in twenty minutes. I received a call once our truck arrived at the shop and unloaded and the keys were placed in the key box. It was all around a very smooth easy process in 10 degree weather. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

This was my first time calling for a tow and the driver that took card of me was very kind and did a great job taking his time explaining how everything was going to go. He gave me a time line of when he was going to be there and he was spot on. Very professional, great service and priced well for an after hours tow. I hope I don’t need to use them again BUT if I needed a tow again I’d definitely call them.

A huge thank you to Cordes Brothers for coming out at 10 pm to change my flat tire. After waiting for 1 hr 45 min for help from another company, he was there within 10-15 min. Was done in another 10-15 min and had me on my way. Very nice as well. Highly recommend.
I caught a flat on I57 and I was driving with my spare tire on one of my rims. My main tire was still flat in my trunk. It seemed like a bad situation. I had to wait for a tow at about midnight. Fortunately, the Mr. Clayton Cordes came to my rescue. He was fast, polite, professional, insightful and the most helpful tow service I have ever used. He got me to my destination and gave me the best lead on two new tires to help my out. I will use them again and refer others. Forget the rest and use "The best hookers in town!"
Called and was out to me in under 30 minutes to change a flat tire. Was very polite and kept up conversations. Once he had the spare put on he also put the bad tire back where the spare tire belongs. Even in this cold weather very happy to be doing severe to help some one in need.
