I had a very good experience with this shop and would definitely recommend it especially for the amazing costumer service. Previous to calling this shop I called several other shops to see if they could do an inspection on a used car that I wasn't able to bring in myself. This shop is the one that helped me work out the details and get it done. They did a thorough job all at a very reasonable price.

Great experience! Car broke down right before Christmas. Every shop I called either said no or they couldn’t work on it until after the new year… Kankakee Autoplex was not only helpful but they completed all work within a timely manner. Speedy and inexpensive! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
Went above and beyond to be creative in attaching my rear license plate when I broke the stupid plastic anchors. 3M Command Double Stick Tape and a few minutes later and wholla. What a great bunch of guys.
I usually work on my own vehicles if it is something I have the time and the tools for. I am not very trusting of mechanic shops and leaderships are very costly. After the very positive experience I had at Kankakee Autoplex, they have my business for any future repairs I may not be able to do or have the time for. They had my Suburban done quickly and the coat was very competitive and affordable. I can tell they know what they’re doing and it was quality work. Not some shady, throw it together and hope it works type of work. I will be recommending them to and family!
Jim is great. He is honest and doesn't try to scam his customers out of money. If your vehicle has an issue too far gone he tells you the truth instead of charging crazy fees to fix something that's either not worth it or just simply not repairable

Roy brothers has been taking care of my husband's vehicles for years but this was my first year dealing with them. They. Are. Awesome!
I ended up buying a full set of tires through them, which comes with free rotation and they also offer road hazard coverage! Then some months later I had a valve stem stick causing a slow leak it was less than 15 to fix and they got me in same day!
I feel confident that Roy Bro. have my back when it comes to tires and automotive needs.
