Charged me $325 for a tow while also trying to charge me $50+ for a day of storage even though the vehicle was only on the lot for about 6 hours owner stated “but your going through insurance so you’ll get it back” I understand it’s a business but the size of vehicle and the things I was charged for as in “Oil Dri”??? $15.00??? After hours??? $25??? It was 6am. Admin fee $35????? And a $25 charge for search of the lien letter I own the vehicle…. Will never recommend this company to anyone.
After reading more reviews I can see I wasn’t the only one over charged. Horrible.
The accident happened at 6am maybe 10 minutes prior so again that is foul. To also try and charge me storage I had to ask to be taken off just because you wanted more money bc you figured it was through insurance is bad business practice.
My vehicle had no fluids dropped so the clean up should not have been charged to me. Again I own my vehicle so for you to charge me to search for a lien holder is again bad business practice but your good just defend yourself and brag about what you pay on your vehicle I’m sure your 3.7 rating makes people want to use your service.
I had a flat tire with abscense of spare tire in the middle of I-57 during last night. It was around 2am and even my insurance company could not find any provider who can tow the vehicle to the nearby repair shop. We were completely lost on the freeway for about 2 hours. There was nobody who could or was willing to help me and my friend, but the Hubly’s Towing and Repair. Not only he came to help us very quick once we called, but he was also very friendly and professional. The service he provided was beyond exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs roadside assistance. Thank you very much and you were truly our lifesaver last night
You guys really came through for me when my service truck broke down near Indiana, towed me back to Bourbonnais. The only tow I trust! Always highly recommended!!
Jeremy drove all the way to Piper City to pick up my truck, which had broken down on a Sunday afternoon. He was quick to load it up, friendly, and didn't show any complaint having to drive my wife and I all the way to our service dealership in Fairbury! Thank you, Hubly's!
5+ star service! My son needed a tow due to a mechanical issue and Hublys was very prompt to help get his truck loaded up and get him home safely. I had the pleasure of talking to the owner and his son, both very helpful! 1000% recommended.

Incredibly rude. Believe the comments when they tell you they do not care about you. We were only 5 minutes away and they refused and spoke very rudely.
Way to expensive, call Menz towing , I had a landscaping company get stuck on my property, the landscaping company called Hubby's Towing... 225$ to pull a small truck about 10 feet..... Menzel towing fip over my truck pulled it out of the ditch and towed it for 125 $$$ the owner is trash
I needed to get a wallet containing money & credit cards, and medience just picked up from CVS out of vehicle before they towed it after accident they wouldn't let me, told me to call on Monday and they would see what they could do..
From peoria , broke down up that way , they came to my rescue , fixed vehicle and its good as new , owner , nice guy and a great staff , I would highly recomend to all !
This is place is awesome! I had a driver broke down in construction and called two other places for them to tell me they were too busy to help. When I called Hubly's they were ready to help! Thank you so much for saving the day!
The manager/owner is very rude. I stopped to ask a question concerning delay in my vehicle inspection pick up and HE YELLED HIS ENTIRE RESPONSE TO ME. His delay cost ins co addl day and he didn't get the cussing out I should have given that he deserved.
The driver was very rude and seemed to be mad that he was towing my car. I called at 11pm to tow little over 1 mile and paid $100 cash and no paper work or receipt.
After a 4 a.m. flat tire while trying to get home with our small children, we gave Hubly's a call. We had already tried calling several towing services in the area, but none of the others could get to us any time soon. Jerry was kind and helpful. He even waited with us at the tire shop to make sure we were taken care of before he left. Great service! Would highly recommend them!
I have used Hubly's service at least 5 times over the past years. No one ever really wants to have a car towed...but JR and Mr. Hubly have always offered exceptional service at a very fair price. Very good service every time. Would highly recommend them if you need a tow anywhere!
A little empathy and consideration please. My girlfriend's father passed away while he was driving his car. Due to the circumstances, his truck was towed last night by this company and taken to one of their lots. The company knew the driver of the vehicle had passed away because I spoke to them about it prior to heading there. When his wife went to pay for the car, the tenant was rude and very . disrespectful. We went to pick up the vehicle, the battery was dead and that tenant could only say, "what do you want me to do about it?". Certainly capable of jump starting a car. That's beside the point. Disappointed by the way the entire situation was handled.
